Our guest today is Chef Chris Clarke, a culinary veteran and educator with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Chris is a past winner of the “Denver’s Best Home Chef” and has appeared on several morning programs sharing her culinary expertise. To widen her understanding of food, Chris decided to spend a year traveling and eating around the world. Chris sold most of what she owned and traveled she did, writing a book about her adventure titled, "Clarke Wanders: The World or How a Very Sober, Mostly Vegan, Spinster Chef Wandered a Welcoming World for a Year”. If that wasn’t enough, after returning home, Chris created a podcast called ’Something About Food Podcast” where everyone has a seat at the table.
