Ecclesiastes 8:1-17 The Lord commands us to do what is right here on earth for no one can tell us the future. God has given us 24 hours in a day because we can only take so much. He knows the future in the meantime since we can not see far ahead he wants us to enjoy life to the fullest. He is the supreme King, he knows what to bring to our life when to do so. The world revolves around the sun every day to bring a new day to everyone everywhere in the world. A new chance to draw closer to God. To walk along the side of the King; who can bring the right things to our life. Don't look at what others are doing stay focus on your lane for God can surprise you at the right time.

Are you afraid to pull out your pre-covid jeans and put them on? Me to. Before the country opens back up after a year of shut downs let's take a moment to acknowledge that our bodies just survived a global pandemic. After that moment of gratitude I encourage you to look at this next year as a moment to slowly, compassionately, and intentionally release the weight that you gained. I am going to start by eating one amazing salad a day as a meal. I'm not going to weigh myself or focus on how much I use to weigh. That's toxic thinking. Instead I am going to focus on one small change that will make my body, mind and spirit thrive. My guest this week is a personal trainer with 24 years of experience, she is an author, motivational speaker and life coach. Join Pam Sherman and I as we talk about eating our Vegetables.
