Mark G is with his family on vacation, so Byrdoe decides to have a free for all discussion this week with a special guest involved. Byrdoe talks with Jace Dugas, a good friend he's been knowing for over 20+ years. This is the final part in this 3-part episode, and it centers around family. Byrdoe lets us in on a treat as he has conversation with his little ones, and then continues his conversation with Donovan as Donovan discusses the joys of being a family man & how it has helped shape his adulthood. In the second part of this 3-part episode series, Byrdoe lets Donovan have the floor as he explains his journey from employment, to discovering his passion, to becoming his own boss. Donovan has had the opportunity to run his own real estate investing company by partaking in buying & holding, creative financing, wholesaling, just to name a few. Listen very closely as he drops some very important gems, detailing a crazy journey of how he got started to where he is now.

Byrdoe is solo this week, and episode 10 is split into three parts. In this first part, Byrdoe talks about the Travis Scott "Astroworld" fiasco, Kanye's "Drink Champs" interview (and lack thereof b/c of Byrdoe's choosing), the latest in sports, and part 1 of his interview with Donovan Richard. Donovan Richard is a childhood friend of Byrdoe, dating back 30+ years, who is now the owner of his own real estate investing company, JD Home Solutions 4U, LLC. Mr. Richard's company focuses on acquiring and also to disposition properties for the purpose of flipping, buy & holding, creative financing, and wholesaling. It makes for a very interesting & informative interview if you want to know more of what it's like to be in that world. Their discussion on this episode is just a catch-up between the two & Donovan giving some interesting background info on his life journey.

In the second part of today's episode, Byrdoe & Mark G discuss a statement that went viral on the internet that touched the topic of the unborn & the Roe V Wade issue. This has always been a touchy subject for people to discuss & offer perspective on, and a lot of times, it's more layered & nuanced than just being cut & dry. What is pro-life? Is it just the unborn, or should you support life from the womb to the tomb? Some may scream "pro-life," but their actions only;y seem to indicate that, to them, pro-life is the unborn. Tune in as the guys discuss what that should actually be.

In the first part of this episode, Byrdoe & Mark G have sort of a free for all discussing a few things before diving into the main topic. The guys bring up some church traditions they've recognized throughout the years, discuss Drake's new album (with another layer to add with Kanye's album), and the NFL season kicking off & how their perspective teams fared. Many people have their own opinions on what is considered among these, but a lot of times, it's culture-driven & it's viewpoints are indoctrinated into people. In this episode, Byrdoe & Mark G dive into this controversial topic, but first, they discuss Kanye's "Donda" album & the controversy surrounding the album listening session that was in Chicago at Soldier Field. After about 30 or so minutes, they dive into this debate of cussing vs cursing & it's a must listen!!! We hope this talk can encourage you, but also give you insight into a different thought process that can hopefully help you break through the struggle that comes with this topic/discussion. In part 2 of the bonus episode, Byrdoe & Mark G interview Byrdoe's cousin, Jr. Boy, about his upcoming wedding. They discuss marriage, fatherhood, and even dive in to topics involving the shoe game & life in general. Jr. Boy gives some very poignant answers, and when it comes to the shoe game & shoe culture itself, he's known as a guru & the "plug's plug" himself. Division is another monster within itself, especially among people & social groups. It thrives off of the attention of others & the money it generates. Well, this title speaks for itself. Today, within the church, there have been certain issues that have made its way to the forefront. One main issue has been politics. What side do you lean towards? Are you DEM or REP? Are you conservative or liberal? Pro-life or Pro-choice? Another issue that has reared it's head is more of a newer topic being addressed, which is CRT, or Critical Race Theory. Many have tried to say what it means without accurately expressing what it is, and in turn, has caused it to become sort of a boogeyman within the church recently. Tune in as Byrdoe & Mark G discuss these topics and how it should be navigated.

As a follow-up to the previous episode, Byrdoe & Mark G sit down to discuss how silly differences can lead to division when the main focus is not put at the forefront.
