The use of essential oil's for medicine has been around for centuries. Today I will share with you how oregano oil and Melissa oil removed a wart. After being diagnosed and receiving a prescription for traditional medicine I decided to go to my essential oil cabinet instead. The results were quick and non-toxic ! Today's episode is a very short conversation about myth busting Real estate perception. There so many people that earn a real estate license or dream to get a real estate license and think that business is just going to come by osmosis. Trust me when I say it's going to take a minimum of 3 to 5 years for things to just flow your way. Work the hours or spend the money is the best advice I can give you. I was lucky enough to start on a strong team with an amazing mentor. My suggestion is take every class you can, treat this as a career not a job, and be willing to commit to the hours.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Betsy Hughes, SRA with BK Appraisals. Appraisers holding the SRA designation have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding, and ability. This designation sets her apart from the typical residential appraiser. In order to maintain the designation continuing education above the state requirements is required. We asked some of our listeners what things do you want to ask a real estate appraiser: What are the requirements that a real estate appraiser is looking for when determining the appraised market value? Does it help for a real estate agent to forward upgrades and comparables to help determine sales price? What are the value of swimming pools and acreages? What are the adjustments for bedroom count?
