InConcert Sierra's programs have primarily been held at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, but soon the organization will have its own performance space. On Tuesday, the Board of Directors and Staff invited the public for a groundbreaking ceremony. KVMR's Joyce Miller brings us the story. Although California produces millions of tons of hazardous waste each year, there aren't many sites that can process it.
