Know you are Worthy “She choose Herself and the Game Changed” Worthiness this is a topic very close to my heart and was a key area I needed to address when I began my true recovery for an eating disorder around 4 and half years ago.  Sadly it has taken me many years to realise that I am worthy because I am me. Our sense of worthiness is often one of the core reasons we don’t go for or get a promotion in our careers, stay in an unhappy relationship, stop us from losing weight or fall into a pattern of self destructive eating.

Allowing Self Love  We all want a life that feels good but how do we get there…. The bookshops are filled with how to practice self love titles, pinterest has countless printables on self love ideas, there is even apps and journals all helps us find self love however if we do not allow that space in our lives to practice no New York best seller can help.  After having a few weeks that have seemed to pass in the blink of an eye I caught myself saying I have been so busy and on Sunday I felt exhausted, overwhelmed and if I am honest I just wanted some me time however as a mum it is not always that easy. I started to look at my last few weeks and what I hadn’t allowed space for and that was me. I had also become busy for busy sake.  To allow self love we have to let go of the guilt and words such as lazy, should, can’t, busy from our daily chat these all put barriors up to us allowing self love.
