I'll also discuss ancient practices passed down from my farmer grandparents like planting according to the phases to maximise growth. In this episode, Daniel Moult, Head of Organ at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, demonstrates how a series of new, historically inspired organs that he's commissioned, will transform the musicianship of his students, not just from an authentic approach to early music but across the board in organ playing technique. He also talks about the career and musical aspirations of young organ students today.https://www.bcu.ac.uk/conservatoire/music/departments/keyboard/organ http://www.danielmoult.com/ One of the world's leading organists and improvisors, David Briggs, talks about his role as Artist in Residence at the Cathedral of St John the Divine in New York and the 'American sound'. He gives an insight into the art of improvising and how his own style has been informed by transcribing the improvisations of legendary organist, Pierre Cochereau, from hundreds of archive recordings. David also reflects on his work in transcribing large-scale orchestral works for the organ and the resulting ethical dilemmas he has to consider. https://www.david-briggs.org/ https://www.stjohndivine.org/ Subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, and do get in touch at: theorganpodcast@rco.org.ukhttps://www.rco.org.uk/

Ok, I'll admit it: I'm a total TikTok skeptic… … At least, I was until today's episode, when my guest Tom Moult changed my mind for good! If you can't decide whether or not TikTok is right for your business, this is THE next thing you need to prioritise on your to-do list - because if you're a skeptic like me, you could be leaving serious money on the table. In this week's episode of the Bringing Business to Retail podcast, Tom Moult, co-founder and CEO of Buttr Marketing, shares 3 simple tactics that will convince even the biggest cynics amongst us. Because TikTok isn't just another social media platform. It's a total revolution in customer engagement. Tom's here to tell us why an organic presence is the most important investment you can make (yes, before diving into paid advertising!), as well as the secret weapon of a cascading ad strategy that's alllllll about driving up those results. So you can either keep thinking TikTok's just a throwaway platform that's not for you… .. Or you can steal Tom's secret strategy and see ACTUAL cash in your bank account from taking it seriously. This episode has everything you need to leave your doubts behind and start winning on TikTok. You can't afford to miss it!

Tony Watt took advantage of Louis Moult's injury to stake his claim for ownership of Dundee United's 'number 9' spot with a double against Queen's Park. But should he keep it if Moult is fit for next week's huge clash with Raith Rovers? On this week's Courier Talking Football, Jim Spence, Eric Nicolson and Sean Hamilton discuss this, United's stylish win over Queen's, two refereeing decisions that killed St Johnstone's hopes of victory over Livingston and Dundee's solid Premiership start ahead of the visit of Ross County - and a big shot at three points.

St Johnstone's loss at Hibs was a big downer for Perth fans – but their next game against Livingston looks potentially season defining, even at this early stage. This week, Jim Spence, Eric Nicolson and Sean Hamilton discuss whether they can drag themselves off the foot of the Premiership, Dundee's chances of a win at Hibs, Tony Watt's chance to shine in Louis Moult's absence at Dundee United, Duncan Ferguson's return to Scottish football with Inverness and his first match – against Dick Campbell's Arbroath.
Hope you enjoy it. It's got to be sexy. It's got to be funky. Those are the only keys to my gate, Darlin'. Layered Lyrics. That's what I do. The first time mentor DJ AlenP at The Beat Music Academy told me it was a bad idea it felt like a boot in my ass. It felt like Momma saying to me at nine you cannot be anything you want as an answer to my question. I'm dramatic, but I also notice moments like this. I spent every moment after that learning to layer lyrics. Learning to do the shit I was told was a bad idea. I use BeatSync, not exclusively but sometimes. Told that was bad as well. So many rules for something which feels so free. I guess they are only rules if you label them that. Consider this a re-introduction. The first dozen songs are HouseOfNae through and through...true blue spiral, blue heart, blue blood, platinum gold, HouseOfNae. In this episode, Susan and Lizzie Moult discuss:How people pleasing starts When you no longer feel adequate The complexity of our minds Putting an end to the cycle Key Takeaways:People pleasing is a learned behavior that is often reinforced in childhood. It takes work to unlearn this behavior and start living a balanced life. The most common trait for people pleasers is that we stop believing in ourselves, we stop showing up for ourselves because we no longer feel adequate for others. Our minds are innately complex, and different people have different kinds of intelligences. Don't let people's label of you hinder you from doing your divine work. Getting kids of your own is a chance for you to stop your own bad childhood experiences from being part of their life too, put an end to the cycle. “Obviously, the remedy to people-pleasing is putting your needs first.” — Lizzie Moult Connect with Lizzie Moult:Website: www.lizziemoult.comLinked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lizziemoult/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lizziegmoult/Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com.au/lizziemoult/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lizzie_moult/ Connect with Susan Kennard:Awaken the Light Within FREE VIDEO COURSETwitter: @susankennardFacebook: Susan Kennard - Expand Your Consciousness, Sparkle to SuccessWebsite: SusanKennard.co.ukLinkedIn: Susan KennardEmail: Susan@SusanKennard.co.ukReach out to find the program for you! Hello everyone welcome back to our channel Today we'll talked about OpinionPity the poor, oppressed driver forced to share their roads with the rest of usCatherine BennettWe're still in thrall to the car – to judge by the lenient sentences for reckless motoristsReports from the frontline of the war on motorists have made distressing reading for some vehicle owners. With low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) surviving both physical and media assault, improved protections for pedestrians and cyclists in a revised Highway Code will weaken still further, they discover, a right to road domination long understood to be, if not divinely ordained, something even better: unassailable.Howls of below-the-line outrage in traditionally motor-friendly media confirm that views on road use can still, given the number of cycling and walking motorists, be startlingly tribal. To make vulnerable road users safer, as the government intends with revised hierarchy at junctions, appears for the extreme motorised group to be a more grievous insult to their status, if possible, than the sight of a straggly planter where there was formerly a Land Rover's right to roam. What, after all, is the point of a massive city-based 4x4 if it must now give way, as in the revised regulations, to a cyclist enjoying the right to ride safely in the middle of the road, or to go first at a junction? The rage is near palpable. “Goes against the natural order of things,” offers one Telegraph reader. “Cyclists and pedestrians will die clinging on to their rights, while ordinary citizen motorists will rot in gaol at the taxpayer's expense.”What next for an oppressed and often unloved group whose only fault, beyond the environmental damage, is their involvement in the majority of vulnerable road user deaths? Could they soon face prison sentences for simply being a bit pissed and turning a car over? Permanent driving bans for, say, killing someone or quite reasonably driving over an extra-irksome cyclist? It may be some comfort to these persecuted drivers that UK targets for road casualty reduction were abandoned back in 2010. That Grant Shapps, the transport minister, introduces himself as a “petrol-head”. And whatever excruciating junction-based humiliations may lie ahead at the hands of pedestrians and cyclists, terrible drivers can still, as demonstrated last week, hope for leniency in the courts. In the first of two cases that could, equally, have been designed to frighten potential cyclists off the roads, a Mr Alan Moult, aged 73, was jailed for chasing after a cyclist (including along a pavement) then running over him with his Land Rover Freelander. His victim, who had annoyed him, was fortunate to survive injuries including a fractured pelvis, torn genitals, six broken ribs and a punctured liver.By itself, a dashcam recording in which the cursing Moult's wife screams at him to calm down, makes a powerful case for acknowledging that cars, like kitchen knives, are murder weapons in the wrong hands. Since Moult's conviction was for causing serious injury by dangerous driving, he was jailed for 18 months and chastised for behaviour that was “grossly disproportionate”. Locals can expect to see him back in his Freelander, a lifetime ban having presumably been judged over-harsh, after a three-year disqualification.A reluctance to impose long bans seems to have coincided with the 'stagnation' of UK road safety. In what can't have been the best promotional week for Land Rover (an angry Range Rover driver was also charged for “nudging” Insulate Britain protesters), another prominent customer, the minor celebrity and driving ban veteran Katie Price, received a suspended sentence for driving when uninsured and disqualified. She was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine. The judge also imposed costs of £213, and a two-year driving ban – an arguably disappointing choice when a longer version could have protected the public from a motorised Price for 80 years. Then again, a speeding driver recently jailed – for 40 months – after killing a 15-year-old boy, was disqualified for three years.A reluctance to impose long bans seems to have coincided with what the Towards Zero Foundation regrets as the “stagnation” of UK road safety. If the UK aligned itself with the UN's target of a 50% (by 2030) reduction in road fatalities and serious injury, it argues, “we have the opportunity to save around 170,000 people from dying or experiencing life-changing injuries from road collision”.Sussex police are considering appealing against Price's sentence, which “could have and should have been much worse”. It might even, given her vast following, have doubled as one of those teachable moments recommended by anti-knife crime experts: “An event or experience which presents an opportunity to learn something new or re-evaluate an existing belief.” In this case, to re-evaluate the existing belief that, whatever the Highway Code might say about junctions, car drivers belong at the top of the road-using hierarchy. A serial traffic offender who was lucky to trash nothing more than her own car, has, the public may instead have noted, been more forgivingly treated than the Insulate Britain pedestrians jailed in November. Their sentences of between three and six months (along with combined costs of £45,000) were welcomed as a deterrent by National Highways: “The judge's decision will hopefully make people think again about carrying out reckless and dangerous protests such as these.”Teachable moment: if you want to behave recklessly and dangerously on a road without incarceration, inconvenience, or even incurring a large fine, it's advisable to do it inside a car. As for almost killing a stranger in a moment of madness: that too, as demonstrated by Mr Moult, is best done, for the avoidance of more stringent penalties, from a seatbelted position inside, for preference, one of the car industry's more environmentally objectionable models.Where does this leave the war on motorists (as the imposition of any road safety measures is traditionally known)? Some, no doubt, are likely to feel deeply their humbling by less magnificent road users.“Pedestrians leap from the prow of my Morgan,” Boris Johnson wrote when a motoring columnist, “the bonnet connoting the size of my organ.” By way of compensation for this lost status they may, then, escape a good deal of future disappointment. That's all for today, please like , share , subscribe Thank you see you next time bye bye☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆https://linktr.ee/jacksonlibon---------------------------------------------------#facebook #instagram #amour #couple #couplegoals #famille #relation #doudou #youtube #twitter #tiktok #love #reeĺs #shorts #instagood #follow #like #ouy #oyu #babyshark #lilnasx #girl #happybirthday #movie #nbayoungboy #garden #fromthebayou #deviance #autotrader #trading #khan #academy #carter #carguru #ancestry #accords #abc #news #bts #cbs #huru #bluebook #socialmedia #whatsapp #music #google #photography #memes #marketing #india #followforfollowback #likeforlikes #a #insta #fashion #k #trending #digitalmarketing #covid #o #snapchat #socialmediamarketing #bhfyp
This podcast provides some deeper insights into our new publication by Solovyeva et al. (2021) dealing with Arctic Geese in the Eastern Russian Arctic. It provides a showcase for the 'New Digital Arctic' as the myriad changes in the Arctic land-, sea- and coastal-scape are unfolding so fast with devastating outcomes (Krupnik and Crowell 2020). This research shows a more nuanced range and distribution pattern for these two species - Tundra Bean Geese & Greater White-fronted Geese - during moult and brood-rearing than previously known for flyway delineations, nesting and summer range maps etc. This was possible by using Machine Learning and many Open Access GIS data ("Big Data"). Based on the first-time online release of 24 years of field data in very remote areas like rivers of Yakutia, Chaun research station, Chukotka and Northern Kamchatka it presents the best-available public and digital information on the topic, added by GBIF.org data as well as compiled and geo-referenced (Russian) literature data for a good model assessment. This podcast emphasizes the experience and suggestions for data sharing in polar regions and elsehere, as stated by D. Carlson for the International Polar Year (IPY; Carlson 2011) making open access approaches a best-professional practice, if not already mandatory by many funders, e.g.Huettmann et al. (2011), Huettmann and Ickert-Bod (2017) for examples. An application is provided how it can affect better management and protection, e.g. for Climate Change forecast and conservation (Spiridonov et al. 2012). This research raises the question why so many data repositories are either empty, locked behind passwords, or underused, and it shows that Open Access and Open Source in 'The Cloud' can provide a generic progress tfor everybody. Here we provide a workflow and baseline across international researchers to achieve such outcomes with ISO-complian metadata to actually understand the data sets, model inference and outcome. Hey gang. So we need to riff on this video clip that surfaced a few days ago and responses to it. The title segment will be the public episode and continuous audio will go to patreon.com/winecellarmediafund. At the request of recent Patreon Subscribers, between now and Sunday 6/28/20 we'll be crafting how we can run a tiered system that works well for our comrades. You're our bosses and we do this work for you. Black men are looking for a man who was captured on video hitting a woman in the face with a skateboard in Harlem. The video, which has since gone viral, shows the suspect standing close to the victim as they exchange a few words. When the victim stops talking and looks down, the suspect hits her across the face with his skateboard. The victim falls to the ground without moving, and the suspect’s friends laugh at the incident. New York Police have indicated that the assault took place in Harlem, but it’s unclear exactly when. The footage was shared on social media on June 16 by Paris Milan and it has since received over 3 million views: Skeeter Millz is known as the name of Rodney Abdoul Moultrie, who attacked a skateboarding woman. Rodney and his friends filmed him, laughed and humiliated her. If you have any information about the woman, please it has not been defined yet. Also, if you have seen or know where Rodney and his accomplices are located, please contact the police department. I have reason to believe they are in Harlem, New York. If you have any information about Rodney Abdoul Moultrie, please contact the Black Men Looking For Him.

He has made several CDs, including the first solo recording of the newly-restored organ of Arundel Cathedral, and one of Handel's organ concerti and other pieces on the Signum Classics’ releases, Handel at Vauxhall.
