ive been struggling lately with feeling like i smother people into not wanting to be around me. i kind of was triggered when my trainer made fun of me during the very few times im extroverted to people im not used to. it ruined my mood but my mood wasnt the best anyway. Today i talk about the progress I've made and are continuing to make. I'd felt like i wasn't being the most productive this past few weeks even though I was still making an effort to find a job and preparing for my court case etc. its just the days were still mostly empty but now i feel the results of that effort I was making coming in and it feels good. i have developed methods to organize and track my productivity and a potential way to rewire my brain for good for the better!
