Welcome to episode 285 of the Grow Your Law Firm podcast, hosted by Ken Hardison. In this episode, Ken sits down with John Kormanik, Esq., a Certified Professional Coach and former trial lawyer. John brings decades of experience from the courtroom to the coaching space, guiding attorneys to say “no” to burnout and “yes” to a legacy they're proud of by realizing their potential and optimizing their life. With 20+ years as a practicing attorney including time as a Deputy Attorney General, law firm partner, and firm owner, John understands the unique pressures of the legal profession. Today, he coaches lawyers on reengineering their mindset, optimizing their systems, and rediscovering the joy in their work and life. When he's not coaching exceptional attorneys, you'll find John experiencing the world with Michelle, his wife of more than thirty years, riding his mountain bike, or walking his yellow Lab, Olive. What you'll learn about in this episode: 1. Dispelling Myths: - Success doesn't require constant grinding. - Being busy doesn't equate to productivity. 2. Strategic Decision-Making: - Importance of having free time for strategic thinking. - Making tough decisions and embracing white space in the calendar. 3. Work-Life Balance: - Avoiding the belief that one must be available 24/7. - Prioritizing personal time for long-term success. 4. Relationship with Money: - Understanding that money alone does not guarantee happiness. - Viewing money as a tool for experiences rather than the end goal. 5. Asking for Help: - Acknowledging that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness. - Recognizing the value of mentors and coaches in providing guidance and uncovering blind spots. The Book of Revelation is known as Apocalyptic literature and has fascinated scholars for centuries, each giving his or her own interpretation. It wasn't until the Restoration, though, that we received the keys to understand its message. With the help of Joseph Smith's questions and the Lord's answers, we learn that the Book of Revelation discloses vital information about the last days. It is filled with God's direction for Jesus' Second Coming and the end of the earth. The keys to understand it were given in the day it was needed. It is a book for our day. Join Dr. Lynn Hilton Wilson as she unfolds the keys of the Book of Revelation that help decipher its teachings and prophetic direction.
In filings ahead of the August 11 trial, prosecutors and defense attorneys disclosed two surprise Pennsylvania-based witnesses: William Searfoss, a correctional officer at the Monroe County Correctional Facility who oversaw Kohberger during his short stay following the December 2022 arrest, and Anthony Somma, a former classmate from a youth law enforcement program that Kohberger attended and was later removed from amid complaints from female peers. Their exact roles—whether they will bolster the prosecution's case or support Kohberger's defense—remain unclear, with both flagged for a June 30 pre‑trial hearing to determine if they will be required to testify .In addition to these two, a third potential witness emerged via resurfaced bodycam footage featuring a woman identified only as “M.M.” and described as a DoorDash driver who delivered food to victim Xana Kernodle's residence just minutes before the killings. She claims to have parked beside Kohberger that morning and later told officers, “I saw Bryan … I'm the DoorDash driver." Investigators are evaluating whether her testimony can be brought forward, though her credibility may be questioned due to her involvement in an unrelated DUI incident.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Mystery as two surprise witnesses in Bryan Kohberger murder case are revealed with weeks to go before long-awaited trial | The US Sun
Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant to Kanye West, has accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session in 2021, which was co-hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs. Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, leaving her disoriented and impaired. She claims to have blacked out after consuming the drink and only learned years later that she had been assaulted. According to Pisciotta, West later admitted that they "hooked up" at the event, a revelation that shocked her as she had no memory of the incident. In addition to these allegations, Pisciotta also claims West subjected her to sexual harassment throughout her employment. She described instances where West sent her explicit messages and photos, and even forced his way into her hotel room in 2021, attempting to assault her. Pisciotta's lawsuit, which was initially filed for wrongful termination, was amended to include these new claims of sexual assault and harassment, further complicating West's ongoing legal issues.(commercial at 10:21)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Kanye West ex-assistant makes more horrifying claims after accusing him of 'drugging her at Diddy party' | Daily Mail OnlineBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

In this episode of DISCovering You, Victoria and Heather dive into the often-overlooked low DISC factors—the behaviors and traits that fall below the midline on a DISC assessment. While most discussions focus on high DISC traits (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance), Victoria explains how the low end of each scale holds just as much insight into personality, communication, and team dynamics. The conversation explores how low traits manifest differently than their high counterparts, challenging the assumption that “high is better.” Using personality models like Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies and the Enneagram, Victoria draws rich comparisons to deepen understanding. One of the most prolific visions in Church history unfolds to Joseph Smith and Sidney Rigdon in 1832. Lasting an amazing 90 minutes, the pair see God the Father, Christ, Satan and the three degrees of heavenly glory. The revelation meant so much to the prophet that he reworked it as a beautiful poem and included it in a letter to W.W. Phelps, with whom he shared correspondence. To others though, this revelation signified the end of their relationship with the prophet. But why? Join Dr. Lynn Hilton Wilson as she tackles some of the tough questions surrounding one of the most significant revelations of the Restoration. Were there any witnesses to this amazing vision or was it explained to members of the Church at a later date? Was the content of the vision accepted by members of the Church or did it create controversy? How similar were the revelations that Joseph received to the teachings of other Christian leaders of the time?
