Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary
Four weeks of analysis has focused on how sloppy this suspect appears — the cheap Ozark Trail backpack from Walmart, the holster sitting awkwardly over his groin, the improvised camera cover made from weeds pulled out of a potted plant. The assumption is that this operation was unusually amateurish. Former FBI behavioral analyst Robin Dreeke says that assumption is wrong. This is what most offenders actually look like. We've just never had a nation watching before.Dreeke spent 21 years with the Bureau, including leading the FBI's Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program. He's seen hundreds of criminal operations. The ones that make the news and the ones that don't. The ones that get solved quickly and the ones that drag on. And most of them look exactly like this — improvised, imperfect, messy. The Hollywood version of crime has distorted public expectations. We expect precision. We expect planning. We expect professional-grade execution. Then we see real footage and assume something's off because it doesn't match the fictional standard. Dreeke explains why that expectation gap matters — and how it affects the way investigators, media, and the public interpret what they're seeing. The harder question is what four weeks of evasion actually tells us. Sloppy execution that gets caught in 48 hours means one thing. Sloppy execution that's still working a month later might mean something else. Dreeke breaks down the difference between low capability and high desperation — and what the behavioral throughline across all visible evidence reveals about who this person actually is.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? With the NFL combine now just a few days away, we thought it might be a good idea to throw out a few names we’re looking forward to watching and we think the Jets brass should be too. https://api.spreaker.com/v2/episodes/70201742/download.mp3 Of course there are the big names such as edge rushers David Bailey and Rueben Bain along with linebacker Arvell Reese and safety Caleb Downs. But who are some of the prospects who aren’t being mocked to the Jets by every pundit, fan or insider? Let’s take a look. QB Drew Allar, Penn State: Allar is a tough watch when you turn on the film. Sloppy mechanics lead to often wildy inconsistent play at quarterback. However, Frank Reich is said to be looking to land a tall QB who can work from the pocket which does describe Allar. If Reich believes he can fix what’s wrong with Allar, he may be a developmental QB the Jets target. QB Taylen Green, Arkansas: We loved Green coming in to this season as we anticipated another step forward in his growth, but like Allar, his consistency left plenty to be desired. Green’s footwork will often get sloppy and he tends to leave his feet when throwing the ball down the field for no apparent reason. But he’s a QB who has what both Reich and head coach Aaron Glenn covet at the postion. Reich wants a tall QB with a strong arm, while Glenn wants a QB who can beat you with his legs. Green can do both when he’s on. RB Emmett Johnson, Nebraska: With Breece Hall’s future up in the air and Braelon Allen coming off of a major injury, might the Jets look at a running back? If so, Johnson should be under consideration. His ability to fit through small holes while evading multiple defenders gives you a guy who can take the smallest crease and grab you 7 or 8 yards in a spot where most backs might give you 1 or 2. WR KC Concepcion, Texas A&M: Concepcion has struggled with drops over the course of his college career, but he also brings electric speed and versatility to the position. A guy who would serve primarily as a slot receiver, we’d be willing to bet Concepcion could be effective on the boundary as well. Expect Concepcion to test extremely well this week. WR Brenen Thompson, Ole Miss: Expected to be the fastest player in Indy, Thompson’s size will scare some team’s off as he’s currently listed at 5′ 9”, but his play making ability will get him plenty of attention. Adding Thompson to any offense will bring considerable juice. TE RJ Maryland, SMU: We loved Maryland’s game back in 2024 with SMU before he suffered a season-ending injury after seven games. He’s probably one of the bigger “under the radar” prospects who can boost his stock in Indy with a strong showing. OG Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M: Vega Ioane is a guy who should be at the top of the Jets options with pick sixteen, but if they pass in that spot and are still looking to add a guard, Bisontis in round 2 wouldn’t be a bad idea. Expect a solid showing on the bench press. C Logan Jones, Iowa: The Jets should be looking to upgrade at center with such a deep class and in all honesty, Jones would be our first choice. The Iowa product showed great movement on film over the past couple of seasons so we expect a solid showing for all 32 teams at the combine. His teammate Beau Stephens, a guard at Iowa, should be another option for the Jets in the middle rounds. DT Nick Barrett, South Carolina: The Jets will need to beef up their interior defensive line and Barrett is an powerful, explosive option. Very curious to see how he fares on the vertical and broad jumps along with bench press. Your identity is a defense mechanism. And defending it is exhausting you. Most conversations go like this: someone shares something, you think while they're talking, then you share over what they shared. Tit-for-tat. One-upping. No depth. No actual communion. You're not listening—you're waiting to talk. When you're truly listening, you're not thinking. You can only reach that depth when you realize: I'm done defending myself. I'm done imposing my egotistical preferences onto situations. The ego is necessary but must be understood. It's like oil and water—elements that don't mix well but both are needed. Too much logic? Small-minded bullshit. Too much intuition? Sloppy fool's work. Let your heart guide, but the mind engineers the insight. When you're zoomed in, everything looks huge. Zoom out—that creates the space to comprehend what was impossible before. This episode reveals why the ego is necessary but must be understood, how defending your identity keeps you stuck in subtle resistance, and the power found when you realize there's nothing to defend. You must choose to be comfortable with uncertainty. Stop demanding certainty. Listen if you're ready to stop performing and start embodying.New episodes out every Monday and Thursday at 10 AM Eastern TimeGet The Book - https://go.justinegliskis.com/The Greek God Physique Strategy Session - https://calendly.com/egliskiscapital/greek-god-physique-strategy-callJoin 497+ https://signup.justinegliskis.com/Email egliskis@pm.me to get in contact with meDiscover a podcast designed for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, offering insights on stress management, health and wellness, and overcoming imposter syndrome, while emphasizing work-life balance, energy alignment, and inner peace; explore topics like burnout recovery, business automation, scaling a business, business growth strategies, client management, mental resilience, overcoming anxiety, and achieving clearer thinking for sustainable success, using the blade of awareness, solving emotional dysfunction and unveiling the trickster within. Unbilled utilities don't scream. They whisper and slowly drain your NOI while no one's looking. In today's Multifamily Operations Tip of the Day, Mike Brewer unpacks a silent but costly threat in property management: unbilled utilities. It's one of the easiest ways to bleed margin — and most teams won't notice until it's too late. Faulty meter reads. Sloppy allocation. Gaps in billing during unit turns. It all adds up. And here's the kicker: AI is your best defense.AI can run a real-time audit of your utility billing processes, flagging mismatches between usage and charges the moment they happen. That's not just efficient. That's smart income protection. But it gets better. We're entering an era where AI doesn't just observe, but acts. Real-time prevention. Autonomous corrections. And in 2026 and beyond, a new acronym will lead the charge: IF. Fair and accurate utility billing isn't just about recouping costs. It builds trust, promotes conservation, and protects your NOI. Precision is no longer optional — it's table stakes. If you're ready to stop invisible losses and start using AI to protect your portfolio's bottom line, like this video, subscribe, and share your utility billing best practices in the comments.Support comes from: https://www.365connect.com/?utm_campaign=mmnHosted by: https://www.multifamilymedianetwork.comPlus: why in-person events like RETCON https://retconference.com/ matter more now than ever.

Getting started can feel harder than the work itself—especially when your brain insists on finding the perfect system before you begin. In this episode of Adulting with ADHD, Sarah sits down with Russ Jones, host of the ADHD Big Brother Podcast, to explore what happens when we stop waiting for certainty and start jumping in sloppy instead. Russ shares his late-in-life ADHD diagnosis and how burnout, depression, and the isolation of the pandemic led him to rethink productivity from the inside out. Together, Sarah and Russ unpack why ADHD brains get stuck in planning mode, how perfectionism disguises itself as "research," and why starting imperfectly is often the most compassionate move we can make. This conversation is a grounding reminder that progress doesn't come from flawless systems—it comes from momentum, connection, and designing effort that your nervous system can actually tolerate. In this episode, we explore: Why ADHDers often over-plan instead of starting—and how to interrupt that cycle What "jumping in sloppy" really means (and what it doesn't) How finite effort and timers can reduce anxiety around overwhelming tasks Why quitting is sometimes part of getting started The concept of felt accountability and why other humans make follow-through more likely How community, body doubling, and shared effort reduce shame and isolation Reframing productivity as something we do together, not alone Russ also shares the heart behind his ADHD Big Brother approach—why guidance works better when it feels like support instead of authority, and how small, human-scale systems can help us finally tackle the tasks we've been avoiding. If you've ever told yourself, "I know me—this won't work," this episode gently challenges that belief and offers a more hopeful alternative: start where you are, start imperfectly, and don't do it alone.

Most bulks fail long before training does. In this episode, John and Luke break down why so many lifters either push body fat far too high or stay so lean they stall progress completely. The goal is finding the middle ground that actually builds muscle without losing control. They walk through the common mistakes made during massing phases, how to set a productive rate of gain, and what the post-show phase should look like if you want 20–24 weeks of real progress. They also dig into the lifestyle factors that quietly determine whether your surplus is productive at all — digestion, sleep, stress load, cardio, food accuracy, and training performance. If you want a clearer framework for running a lean, efficient offseason, this episode will help you rethink how you grow. Tune in every week for new episodes from the J3 University Podcast. Sunday night's awful performance against the Texans at Arrowhead will be the game remembered as the end of an era. The Chiefs have had an amazing decade of football but it's obviously time to re-think everything. This season is toast. We know the teams coming to Kansas City for the World Cup in June and we're pretty sure you can only find on of the eight on a map. The College Football Playoff is set and it's leading to the demise of the bowl system. Everyone is turning down post season games now. Trump is furious that Zelensky hasn't even read the peace plan he has offered to end the war with Russia. National Parks "free entry" days steal headlines that look bad for the President. And a saloon owner is now getting death threat over his free beer offer.
Donate (no account necessary) | Subscribe (account required) Join Bryan Dean Wright, former CIA Operations Officer, as he dives into today's top stories shaping America and the world. In this episode of The Wright Report, Bryan covers the Pentagon's new Inspector General findings on Secretary of War Pete Hegseth's use of the Signal app, Eric Swalwell's push for voting by phone, new revelations about how the Afghan terrorist in Washington was radicalized, a Senate bill that would end dual citizenship, and promising research on depression and mental health. Pentagon IG Clears Hegseth of Wrongdoing: The Inspector General found that senior Trump officials violated protocol by discussing Yemen strike operations on the Signal app, but that Hegseth had legal authority to declassify what he shared. The report warns that using personal devices creates risk, although no adversary appears to have intercepted the information. Bryan describes the episode as sloppy tradecraft that prompted the administration to tighten internal communications procedures. Swalwell Pushes Voting by Phone: California Democrat Eric Swalwell is proposing phone-based voting, insisting it can be secure. Bryan counters with his CIA experience, explaining that any phone-based voting system would be a prime target for foreign intelligence services. He argues that electronic voting in any form creates undetectable vulnerabilities that nations like China and Russia would exploit. How the Afghan Terrorist Was Radicalized: New reporting shows that Rahmanullah Lakanwal told his wife he was meeting with members of the Tablighi Jamaat, a Deobandi revivalist movement with a long history of extremism. The group has terror cells in parts of the United States, and Lakanwal previously assisted the CIA in killing their members overseas. Bryan explains why investigators are now trying to determine whether cells in Phoenix, San Diego, Chicago, Indianapolis, or on the East Coast are connected to the attack. Senator Proposes Ending Dual Citizenship: Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno introduced a bill requiring Americans to hold only United States citizenship. He argues that dual allegiance creates legal and security conflicts and says becoming an American should be an all-or-nothing commitment. Bryan encourages listeners who support the idea to contact their senators and weigh in. Mental Health Research Offers Hope: Studies show that taking a weeklong break from social media reduces depression and insomnia. British researchers also found that nitrous oxide treatments can rapidly improve severe depression when other therapies fail, and exercise and time in nature remain highly effective for anxiety and mood disorders. "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." - John 8:32 Keywords: Pentagon IG report, Signal app, Pete Hegseth declassification authority, Eric Swalwell voting by phone, NSA hacking risks electronic voting, Rahmanullah Lakanwal Tablighi Jamaat radicalization, dual citizenship, Exclusive Citizenship Act, depression research nitrous oxide, social media break mental health
The Rams lost their first game in a long time yesterday, and fans were rightfully upset at their performance in Carolina. But, the sky isn't falling. Matthew Stafford is still your MVP favorite. The Rams are still favorites to win 13 games, own the #1 seed, win the division, win the conference and win the Super Bowl. But, in order to put themselves in the best possible position to accomplish all of those things: they need to win 4 of their next 5 games. No questions about it.
