We go through phases all the time. If we maintain a certain cognitive strategy through every phase, we will reach closer to our own missions and be more productive. A cognitive strategy could be "Be calm and optimistic" or "Share peace and love." These may seem flowery to some, but they actually work and improve more people's well-being. I am getting this out early in August, with hopes that my next episode will happen sooner. Is it ideas towards a song.

I am still working on this one. My studio is a work in progress. I put a version out yesterday. I am try to take it further, but time and studio functions are still fluid. I hope to hear from YOU soon. This song is about real time truth. I feel that if we work together to share accuracy and clarity in our perspectives of reality it can help more of us.

Because there is not much time in the work week to record music, I have been back and forth with this one. Not sure how far to take it…. This was recorded on June 20, 2024. I finally have a version that stands up! If we all got time to do what we want, we would likely find more peace and productivity together. This is about enjoying our time off, and just getting some time in the first place. ☮️

This is a song that i completed “as is” since last month. Yes it could develop more but I want to get it out this month. The song is about caring for the world. Sometimes we are oblivious, but I think that we should try to reach out past that and make a positive difference!

This was recorded around 2003. MacroMichael on vocals, Lee Matuga on Lead Guitar and Adam Sarsby on drums. Some background is that all of the lyrics that you hear are off the top of my head, except for the verse from "Intermittent Intimate," later in the song, which was composed another time. There is some explicit language in this. I apologize if you are sensitive to that. There is good intentions behind this jam, towards the world and all people. We do our best to be interpreted that way. I will get back to my other current song-writing episodes in June, and I will try to include maybe some drums and bass, but time will tell. The song is largely about understanding existence within the world we live and in our relationships. How do we succeed? “Constant improvement of our soul, Through passing and failing and changing.”

I found this in my attic. Well… seriously… I usually write my lyrics in one or two sittings. If I like them and I have time, I put guitar to it and post it. It just happens upstairs, and incorporates everything that I can imagine to make things better in the time I have and with what I intend to offer, fresh guitar and vocals or whatever. ☮️

This song was featured in my first episode for this podcast, but the guitar part did not originally match up. I have made some progress in playing lead and singing at the same time, since then. This is an improvement. I'm not looking for perfect. I am looking for an example of the lyrics with guitar, so that I have a starting point. This song was written around 2003. It has not been played with the guitar and lyrics in harmony prior to these last couple recording sessions. The song is about looking deep into things, and having lucid conversations to help us make it through life.

I wrote this song this week. Some snow days in there, but once the lyrics were started, the music happened fast. This is the quickest production time for my podcast episodes, (writing lyrics to publishing episode) but I think this episode still stands out with good lyrics and guitar work. Rough but flowing. Message consistent: Promote peace.

New lyrics are about thinking. Belief. The song has developed so far, very fast. As usual, I am going to publish at a fresh stage. I like the guitar work. With some input and collaboration on all these songs, there are great possibilities untapped,

This is fresh. Brand new. The guitar ideas have just formed now. The lyrics share some different angles in a themed poem that I just wrote. It's about taste.

This is what it is. It is about the lyrics and guitar, completed in one month. Sure I would like drums and bass, and it would evolve from there. Better vocals and guitar? Leave your comments! :)

The lyrics were written in September just prior to recording. I love the guitar. I would like to add a solo… The lyrics are about remembering the connection to life and nature, at all times. We are connected and we should respect that. Be cool. Be kind.

This was just easy to play to. I wrote the lyrics in October 2022. I printed them off and then discovered them just prior to recording, almost a year later in September 2023. All I'm really looking for here is an example of how my lyrics can be put to music, hopefully with some nice guitar. I think these licks are tasty.

This was worked on over the summer of 2023. The lyrics were written in June. This song has some break-through moments. I experiment with my voice and hit good notes. The guitar work is good. The second solo is one of my best recorded solos. More imagery with the elements.

I've been scrambling to find time to finish writing and record this. I don't want to delay any longer. This is a work in progress. Peace and Love.
