In this episode, Ariana and Amanda discuss stories of friendships they have had and how their personal development affected those relationships. They focus on how their own growth caused those relationships to grow for the better. There is also mention of how becoming more themselves has led them to have stronger boundaries about who they let into their lives and how they allow themselves to be treated by others.
