The first camp pushed their limits and left them wanting more. The community of Burn sisters and Burn brothers and the trainers were so welcoming and it felt like a new home away from home. After deciding to become franchise owners and open the South Lakeland location, they had to balance new schedules to keep their health a priority. They believe nutrition is a huge part of overall health and it provides the energy needed to run a business. But even with all of this, the most important part of the whole journey is showing our children that with hard work, anything is possible. As Taylor describes her journey from helping a friend out with some extra fabric to recognizing a business opportunity, you can tell she is a passionate person with a heart to serve. East of These sells custom, handmade scrunchies, bandanas, pet bandanas and more, offering a very unique and boutique vibe to their customers. They also partner with Gospel Inc. Ministries, which offers a sewing internship program for women who want to get off the streets. From this program, Taylor was able to employ two of the graduates full-time. Her story is inspiring as she takes us through how she started making scrunchies and selling out of her garage, to working at the church with Gospel Inc. Ministries, to now having an administrative office at Catapult and room to create in the makers space.
