Back from November 2021, this episode is just bonkers: original songs, sound collages, audio easter eggs, and other inanities stacked one on top of another. We've got stamps.com jingles, a goth lament about needing a public toilet, TS Madison hollering about a good dick, a Cinderella scene that curdles into filth, and a thank-you number built entirely out of Kevin's orgasm noises. Bits by and from Jeff Barr, Soce the Elemental Wizard, Brian Babylon, David Crabb, John LaSala, Detox, Alaska, and a stray Tom Brady sample wander through too. For nearly an hour, RISK! sets the stories aside and just plays. Leave your reactions and find the exhaustive list of credits at risk-show.com/podcast/the-best-of-risk-inanity-cre1304 Be Part of RISK!
Send us Fan MailDurana Elmi, cofounder of Cymbiotika, joins Skin Anarchy to talk about building a transparency first supplement brand: the loss that inspired it, why absorption matters more than dose, how the pouch format drives consistency, and the gaps in women's health. What inspired Durana Elmi to start Cymbiotika?Loss. After she and her husband lost family members they could not help despite having resources, they set out to change how health is accessed. "The inspiration came from losing family members who we couldn't help." They saw an industry short on transparency and education, and built to fix it.Why does supplement absorption matter more than dose?Because most of what you swallow never reaches your cells. Elmi recalls her uncle, a doctor in Geneva, questioning her bag of pregnancy pills. "The delivery and the absorption... is so low." Cymbiotika's liposomal format, she says, delivers far more than a pill, which is why people feel a difference. Why did Cymbiotika choose pouch supplements? For consistency, which is the only thing that produces results. Elmi wanted something she would actually use daily rather than leave in a cabinet. "I need something to throw in my pocket that can go with me... that's the only way that I can be consistent." The format also lets customers share it easily. How do you scale a wellness brand without compromising?By never chasing trends and never cutting efficacy. Elmi says the company stays anchored to its liposomal delivery and to solving real problems. "We just don't take shortcuts in the efficacy and how we source our raw ingredients." She adds: "I don't believe that companies fail. I believe that founders give up."Why does women's health get overlooked?Because the research and the empathy have not been there. Elmi speaks candidly about perimenopause and thyroid struggles the culture treats as unspeakable. "What we experience and endure as a woman, no one talks about." She argues products built for women should be informed by women's actual experience. Why is transparency so important in supplements?Because it is the foundation of everything else. Rejecting proprietary blends, Cymbiotika publishes what goes into its products and how they are made. "Transparency creates trust and trust creates community." That community, she says, is what makes the brand durable rather than fear of competitors copying formulas. How does Cymbiotika market without heavy influencer ads?Through experience rather than hard selling. Elmi is skeptical of influencer pushes and invests instead in customer experience and cultural moments. "The real marketing today is how are consumers experiencing your brand?" The goal is an emotional connection that turns a product into a ritual. How should you actually approach longevity?Start with the basics before optimizing. Elmi points to sleep, movement, nutrition, stress management, community, and supplementation as the foundation. "It starts with the basics," she says, describing how wearables taught her that even a nightly glass of wine was quietly wrecking her sleep. How do you compete with integrity?By perfecting your own craft instead of tearing others down. "When you put other people down... you're really showcasing your own insecurities." Elmi ties it to company culture, from sourcing to monthly beach cleanups, arguing the brand's integrity reflects who the founders are. What does uplifting other people really mean? For Elmi, it is a superpower measured by how others feel in your company. "How do you make them feel, that is your ultimate superpower." She teaches her daughters the same, and mentors newer founders freely. "I don't feel like I compete with anybody. I want you to learn from my mistakes."Listen to the full episode with Durana Elmi of Cymbiotika on Skin Anarchy, available wherever you get your podcasts.Shop CymbiotikaDon't forget to subscribe to Skin Anarchy on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your preferred platform.Reach out to us through email with any questions.Sign up for our newsletter!Shop all our episodes and products mentioned through our ShopMy Shelf!Support the show

Skywalking Through Neverland: A Star Wars / Disney Fan Podcast
We're heading back to Rebel Scum Con III for behind-the-scenes stories from The Mandalorian and Grogu with creature and stunt performers Misty Rosas, Richard Cetrone, and Donald Mills! Misty Rosas reveals how she served as the on-set reference performer for Hugo Durant—and surprises us with the news that she also helped bring Gatori to life. She explains how her physical performance helped establish the characters' movements and eyelines before ILM completed the CG animation. Misty also drops an exciting tease about Hugo's food truck possibly coming to Galaxy's Edge! Next, Richard Cetrone takes us inside his performance as Rotta the Hutt. More than Rotta's stunt performer, Richard embodied the breakout character in all of his scenes. Then Donald Mills shares what it was like stepping into the role of legendary bounty hunter Embo and becoming part of Lucasfilm's close-knit family of performers. As a bonus, Kevin Bradford introduces us to Galaxy Tours, which takes Star Wars fans to the real Tunisian filming locations from A New Hope, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Raiders of the Lost Ark. We're already in the early planning stages of our own Tatooine adventure—and you may be able to join us! All interviews were recorded at Rebel Scum Con III. Your hormones aren't broken — they're communicating. In this episode, I'm walking you through the exact map I use with every client and inside my Soul Aligned framework: the energetic correlation between your seven major glands, their corresponding chakras, and the symptoms showing up in your body right now. We'll go gland by gland and I'll show you how each one maps to a chakra, what it's asking of you when it's blocked, and the specific physical and emotional symptoms that show up when that center is out of alignment. But this episode is bigger than symptoms. It's about why alignment is the actual mechanism behind manifestation. You can vision board, affirm, and set intentions all day — but if your body is in a state of misalignment, you are not in a receptive state. Receiving requires a nervous system that feels safe, a body that isn't in survival mode, and an internal "yes" that isn't muffled by fear, grief, or an old belief still running the show. You cannot fully receive the life you're calling in while you're disconnected from your own body and out of alignment with the divine. Your glands and chakras are the communication line — and when that line is blocked, it's not just your hormones that suffer, it's your capacity to receive everything you've been asking for. In this episode, you'll learn: How your body is designed, and what it's communicating through your symptoms How to locate and release the root beliefs driving your hormone chaos What an authentic yes and no actually feel like in your body Why alignment — not effort — is the real mechanism behind manifestation and receiving How to start building a hormone protocol that's personalized to your specific system How to move from understanding your patterns to actually living differently inside them If you've been doing "everything right" and still aren't receiving the life you're calling in, this episode will show you what's actually blocking it — and why root-cause work has to include the energetic layer, not just the physical one. ✨ Mentioned in this episode: CLICK HERE to download my FREE Manifestation Mindset Makeover guide
There is a thing called the "Governor's Tag" in our wildlife management system. It's an often expensive tag that is accused to be antithetical to the North American Wildlife Model - because only the rich get to play in that proverbial sand-box. This is why Robbie went to New Mexico to start a documentary around this "Governor's Tag" - there is no better place to do this than in New Mexico. Robbie sits down live with John Mark Matkin, following his three-year journey to hunt New Mexico's coveted Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep after ultimately winning the state's Governor's Tag for $1 MILLION. Robbie and John Mark are joined by outfitters/guides Jim Breck and GT, John brings us through the failed bids, setbacks, surgeries, and determination that finally led him to an extraordinary 200-plus-inch ram in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico. Why can you feel almost functional one day and completely wrecked the next with hypermobile EDS, HSD, POTS, or MCAS? And how do you know whether you need more treatment, more rest, more movement, or an entirely different approach? In this special episode of Bendy Bodies with the Hypermobility MD, producer Aron Korney turns the tables on Dr. Linda Bluestein, asking questions submitted by the hypermobility community about some of the most frustrating and misunderstood parts of living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), POTS/dysautonomia, joint instability, chronic pain, and related conditions. Dr. Bluestein breaks down why symptoms can fluctuate so dramatically from day to day and explains the physiology that may be driving those changes. Sleep quality, hormones, hydration, immune and mast cell activation, physical activity, cumulative stress, and other factors can all influence how someone feels from one day to the next. The conversation also tackles something that is rarely discussed enough: the shame, guilt, and self-doubt that can come with unpredictable chronic illness. Dr. Bluestein shares practical ways family members, partners, and friends can offer support without minimizing symptoms, giving advice that wasn't requested, or assuming they know what the person needs. They also explore two professionals who are often missing from a hypermobility care team: pelvic floor physical therapists and mental health professionals who truly understand chronic illness. Drawing from The Book of Questions: Living with Chronic Illness by Brianna Greenspan and Dr. Gregory Stock, Dr. Bluestein discusses a powerful self-advocacy question: “Despite how I'm feeling in this exact moment, what can I do to best support myself starting now?” Sometimes the most useful intervention isn't a complicated new treatment. It may be drinking water, eating something, changing position, putting on compression, asking for help, modifying an activity, or simply doing one small thing that moves you forward. And then things get rapid-fire. Dr. Bluestein reveals some of her favorite and most underrated treatments for hypermobility, the misconceptions about joint instability she encounters most often, and what she considers one of the most dangerous myths in EDS and HSD care: that surgery is always the answer for an unstable joint. They discuss why joint stability is more complicated than ligaments alone, how systemic issues such as mast cell activation may influence symptoms and stability, and why optimizing the entire person before pursuing surgery can matter. The episode closes with a simple strategy for anyone who feels overwhelmed by a long list of health problems: don't try to fix everything at once. Start small, build momentum, and keep moving in the right direction. Whether you're living with hEDS, HSD, POTS, MCAS, chronic pain, dysautonomia, or another complex connective tissue disorder, this episode offers practical strategies for understanding symptom variability, building a better care team, advocating for yourself, and making progress without needing a perfect plan. In this episode of the Ecomm Breakthrough Podcast, host Josh Hadley explores why businesses hit growth plateaus, identifying two key factors: execution and market size. Drawing from his experience scaling an ecommerce brand to eight figures, Josh emphasizes that even skilled operators are limited by their total addressable market (TAM). He advises entrepreneurs to evaluate their market's size and growth trajectory, warning against shrinking niches like keto snacks. Josh recommends pivoting to adjacent or larger markets when growth stalls, citing Simple Modern as a success story, and encourages choosing markets with strong tailwinds to maximize business potential.Bullet Points:Mindset shift regarding stalled business growthTwo primary reasons for growth plateaus: execution and market sizeImportance of selecting the right total addressable market (TAM)Insights from scaling an ecommerce brand from zero to eight figuresImpact of market size on business growth potentialExamples of markets experiencing growth and decline (e.g., keto snacks, med spas)Need for entrepreneurs to evaluate true market size and growth rateRecommendations for pivoting to adjacent or larger marketsImportance of understanding market nuances beyond broad industry dataStrategies for leveraging existing expertise to tap into new growth opportunitiesTimestamps:00:00:00 Introduction: Two Reasons for Stalled GrowthThe host introduces the two main reasons for stalled business growth: execution and the size of the total addressable market.00:01:00 The Importance of Market SizeYour business goals must match the size of the market you're in. Typically, it boils down to two major reasons. Number one is going to be execution, and number two is going to be the size of the market. Today I want to unpack why your brand might not be growing to the level that you want it to be, and how I've seen that happen in my own business. Welcome to the Ecomm Breakthrough Podcast. I'm Josh Hadley. I've scaled my own ecommerce brand from 0 to 8 figures, and I'm actively building towards nine figures in sales. This podcast is where I document that journey and share the systems, the strategies, and the lessons learned in real time so that you can learn what actually matters and scale your own business. My name is Josh Hadley. First and foremost, I am a man of faith. I am a husband to a beautiful wife and the father of four children. I've been playing in the e-commerce space for over a decade, doing over $20 million in annual revenue in multi-million on sales channels such as Amazon, TikTok, Shop and Shopify.Josh Hadley 00:01:00 And last but not least, I am also the host of the number one Business strategy podcast for eCommerce entrepreneurs, and that is E-com breakthrough. Today, I want to unpack something extremely important that honestly took me way too long to discover and actually understand. And it is this sometimes the goals and passions that you have, and the size of business that you want to create does not match the size of market that you are you are currently playing in. And the example is this. Let's say you want to have a $100 million brand before you can say, yeah, I'll be able to create $100 million brand. Even the best operator may not be able to create a $100 million brand. If they pick the wrong drumroll, please mark it. At the end of the day, the total addressable market is one of the number one things that will predict the success and the future growth in your brand More than anything else, I have seen this time and time again, and the lesson comes from this as I continue to go to ecommerce events and different mastermind groups, oftentimes I've been sitting next to an operator that, honestly speaking, I'm not overly impressed with.Josh Hadley 00:02:19 They kind of seem pretty lazy, and they don't really run a very good team, and they might be fairly unethical. Yet guess what I hear? Oh yeah, I'm running this million dollar brand. And guess what? The underlying reason as to why they're running a $100 million brand is they are riding the coattails of a massive trend and a massive opportunity that is growing over 20% annually year after year. The market is growing in a massively meaningful way, and so they only need 0.5% of the market. And honestly, they don't even need to be that good of an operator because like the market's just so hungry for what it is that they are offering. Alex Ramos talks a lot about that today. Right now, which is like the med spa space is just like a massive opportunity. It is growing year over year, month over month. It is a hot space. And honestly, there's a lot of like fairly poor operators that are succeeding massively well in the med spa space just because like it is such a hot and attractive and growing market right now.Josh Hadley 00:03:32 And so the lesson is this you might be one of the best operators that is out there, meaning you're a great leader, you have a great team behind you, you have the right processes, you have the right playbook. But guess what? If you're in the wrong market, you're only going to rise to the size of market that you can actually conquer and however big that market is. So let's take this as an example. Let's say there's a particular market for we'll talk about a specific supplement. Right now let's talk about, like, the Cato market. Okay. So in the Cato market, or let's call it the snack market, not necessarily supplements. Okay. Cato was on a tear, you know, five years ago or so. But Cato as a whole is actually seeing declines year over year now. So now is not...

Two classic RISK! stories about walking into a room that codes you as wrong from the second you open your mouth. Tara Clancy commuted from working-class Queens to a Manhattan college, where a classmate mocked how she said "huge" and a writing professor slipped her a bag of third-grade grammar workbooks. Susan Kent moved to segregated Fitzgerald, Georgia at age six. By high school her closest friend Walt was Black, and when Jen played a Bobby Brown dedication for her from Walt over the local radio, Susan understood he was about to ask her to prom. Fitzgerald had two proms: a whites-only one and a Black one. The Patriotically Correct Radio Show with Stew Peters | #PCRadio
As closing arguments wind down in Utah, the deep state's desperate plot to frame a lone-wolf scapegoat for Charlie Kirk's assassination is falling apart at the seams. Armed with boots-on-the-ground reporting from citizen journalists and relentless exposure of regime shills, we break through the propaganda machine to deliver the unfiltered truth to the American people. Ana Escobar joins Stew to detail a shadowy web of Hebrew Google searches that allegedly tracked political figures and false-flag operatives right as covert Egyptian military flights touched down across America and unpack new forensic updates surrounding the explosive destruction of a DoD-contracted munitions plant and reveal suspicious flight patterns linking private jets to an alleged off-the-grid weapons trafficking network. The whole left-right paradigm is nothing more than a carefully crafted show designed to keep everyday Americans distracted while the real ruling class pulls the levers of power. Stew sits down with Dr. Michael Rectenwald to expose the false political choices, dissect the ongoing psyops, and lay out what it actually takes to fight back for true American sovereignty. The fake medical establishment relies on toxic GLP-1 injections and poison "food" to keep Americans sick, broken, and dependent on big pharma. Energized Health founder John Jubilee joins Stew to expose how targeting root cellular hydration naturally shreds fat, rebuilds muscle, and reverses chronic illness without gym gimmicks or big box slop. On June 17, 1972, a seemingly minor burglary at a Washington, D.C. office building set off a chain of events that would shake the American political system to its core. What began with five arrests soon revealed secret campaign operations, illegal surveillance, hush money, destroyed evidence, and an expanding effort to conceal the truth. The investigation would consume the country, test the limits of presidential power, and ultimately bring down a president. Has your life ever been changed by a plant? When I ask this question of a group of herbalists, most say yes. But if you're just taking your first steps on the plant path, your answer might be no, or not yet. To the skeptic, the entire premise sounds completely ridiculous. How exactly could a lowly, unintelligent plant change your life? What is this life transformation that can occur by working with a medicinal plant? How does it work, and is it even real? In this post, I'm getting personal, which I don't usually do, but I want to illustrate the principle of a plant changing a person's life by sharing my own story with Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) and the profound impact this plant has had on my life. In this post, you'll learn: How my experience with Wood Betony shaped my understanding of transformational healing Why herbal medicine can be approached as support for the body, psyche, and spirit How synchronicity and intentional relationship can guide work with medicinal plants The role of Wood Betony in grounding, digestive support, and self-confidence How plants may help turn past struggles into insight, growth, and wholeness

In this episode of Unashamed Unafraid, Sam interviews Curtis Morley, who shifted from tech CEO and entrepreneur to “Emotionologist” after personal upheaval and a difficult divorce. Curtis explains his framework of “counterfeit emotions,” including shame as the counterfeit of guilt, misery as the counterfeit of pain, and sobriety as the counterfeit of recovery, emphasizing that recovery measures “how deep” rather than “how long.” He discusses dopamine dependence, why the problem is the need for pornography rather than pornography itself, and a bus metaphor for witnessing emotions and choosing authentic counterparts. Curtis outlines additional dyads (love/lust, kind/nice, excellence/perfectionism, joy/pleasure) and offers hope through his Be Whole method, plus shares the origin of his song “Whole Again,” inspired by his daughter's healing after a rare blood disease.- - - Sign up or book a call with Curtis! www.counterfeitemotions.com/recovery- - - In the sobriety world you often hear the saying it's only a matter of time until… you have another relapse. In the recovery world it's only a matter of time until… you overcome this for good. Sobriety from pornography is only the first step, but most programs end there. It turns out that sobriety is actually the counterfeit of recovery. A false sense of security with blockers and filters but without curing the underlying issues. People have believed for decades that willpower and white knuckling is enough. That's where the trap is. Sobriety is a life of fear and misery whereas recovery is full of joy and refined. There is so much hope for full recovery. Is possible. People are overcoming the struggle for good. Freedom from the grind feels amazing to wake up every day with peace and hope. This week on the Oakley Podcast, Jeremy Kellett sits down with long-time shop foreman Toby Bishop to unpack how Oakley's shop operations are evolving to better serve owner-operators. They cover the design and opening of the new West Shop, the full remodel of the East Shop, and planned upgrades to the wash bay, including floor and lighting improvements. Toby explains Oakley's work-release and reentry programs with the state of Arkansas, highlighting how they give incarcerated individuals a real second chance and help them become strong employees. A major focus is the upcoming fleet-wide tire and wheel change from 11R24.5 to 22.5, why manufacturers are phasing out 24.5s, and how Oakley will manage costs, casings, and logistics during the transition. Send us Fan MailJust when you think you've made peace with your life, grief comes barreling back into the station. All aboard! This weekend was a really good one. We had family in town, celebrated birthdays and baptisms, spent time with people we love, and watched all the cousins together. And somewhere in the middle of all that joy, I realized I was struggling.Watching kids around Roman and Stella's ages run around, play together, and experience childhood in ways my kids can't brought up a kind of grief I haven't felt this intensely in a while. Add in the physical and mental exhaustion of getting two medically complex, fully dependent kids to multiple family events all weekend, and by Sunday night, I was completely spent—and sad.In this mini episode, I'm talking about the weirdness of grief as a disability parent: how it can coexist with genuine happiness, how other people's completely normal milestones can unexpectedly hurt, and how accepting your children's diagnosis doesn't mean you stop grieving what the disease has taken from them.I also talk about the guilt that can come with those feelings—because I love my nieces, and cousin's children. I love watching them grow. I want every beautiful thing in the world for them. And sometimes watching them do those beautiful, ordinary things still breaks my heart. Both can be true.So if grief has recently punched your ticket for a ride you absolutely did not ask to take, grab a seat.Apparently we're going for a ride.CHOO CHOO.
What do video games and homebuilding have in common? More than you might think! Thomas Holt spent years creating visuals for major video games before turning his attention to residential construction. Today, he helps companies rethink the way they design, sell and build homes through artificial intelligence (AI). Holt, co-founder and vice president of visualization at Higharc, joined host Carol Morgan on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to discuss spatial AI, the future of new home sales and why technology could dramatically speed up the way the industry brings new products to market. From Video Games to Real-World Construction Holt's background in video game development may seem like an unlikely path to homebuilding, but he sees an important distinction between the two. “In games, you're inventing a world, and the only rule is that it has to feel right,” Holt said. A house has a lot more rules. Every wall has a cost, windows have requirements and design decisions affect framing, permitting and construction. Ultimately, there's also a homebuyer counting on the finished product to work as intended. For Higharc, that means creating a digital model that accounts for more than what a home looks like. The platform connects information across the design, sales, estimating and construction processes. Ending the “Game of Telephone” One of the biggest challenges in residential construction is not necessarily creating information. It's keeping that information consistent as it moves through an organization. CAD drawings, for example, are essentially representations of a building. A line might indicate a wall, but the line itself doesn't represent what a wall is. That becomes an issue when the file moves from design to estimating, sales and construction. Each team may have to interpret the information and enter it into another system. Holt compared the process to a game of telephone. “Every one of those handoffs is a different chance for the versions to kind of drift,” he said. By the time those differences reach the field, they can show up as change orders, material overages, delays and other expensive mistakes. A shared digital model gives each department access to the same underlying information, reducing the need to translate it over and over again. Why Spatial AI Is Different From Generative AI Generative AI has become remarkably good at producing things that look and sound convincing. But convincing isn't necessarily the same as correct. An AI-generated floor plan might be perfectly useful as inspiration. It's a different story when someone needs to estimate materials or send the plan to a job site. Spatial AI is designed to understand the relationships between elements in a building. A wall isn't simply a line. It is a wall with characteristics and construction implications. The same applies to windows, kitchens, rooms and other components. That context allows the technology to produce information that can support the actual building process. A More Interactive Way to Shop for a New Home Consumers have become accustomed to customizing products online. They can build a car, change a pair of sneakers or configure a computer before making a purchase. A house is considerably more complicated. There can be an enormous number of possible combinations, and changing one element can affect several others. Historically, giving buyers that level of choice has required a lot of manual work behind the scenes. Higharc's web-based showroom is designed to make the experience more seamless. Buyers can explore 3D floor plans, change structural options and swap exterior collections while seeing those choices update on screen. The experience can also incorporate real manufacturer products and builder-controlled pricing. The bigger advantage is what happens behind the scenes. Because the experience is connected to the same underlying information used throughout the process, changes can stay aligned with what the company is actually selling and building. For buyers, that means more freedom to explore. For sales teams, it means less work trying to keep countless combinations straight. AI Could Give Homebuilding Teams More Time Holt doesn't see AI completely replacing most jobs. Instead, he expects it to change how people spend their time. “I think everybody's job in some way is going to improve,” Holt said. That could be particularly valuable in an industry that continues to face labor shortages. Rather than eliminating people, technology can help teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on work that requires experience and expertise. The same principle could extend to the job site. Holt expects technology to improve access to information, quality control, analytics and other tools that help tradespeople and field teams do their work more effectively. Higharc Expands Its Reach With $95 Million Funding Round Higharc recently raised $95 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. The investment will support two major priorities: accelerating the company's AI product development and expanding the platform beyond builders into the broader housing industry. For smaller companies, the appeal may be the ability to offer buyers sophisticated 3D sales and marketing experiences. Larger organizations can benefit from bringing more consistency to complex product lines, options and processes. The Future Could Be Faster Home Design Creating a new plan or adapting an existing one for a different community can take months. That makes experimentation expensive and can discourage companies from making frequent changes. Holt believes AI could dramatically shorten that process. “I think where AI will take us is to a point where plans can get generated and validated in hours instead of months,” he said. That would give companies more room to test ideas, adapt designs to individual markets and respond to what buyers actually want. In some ways, the future could mean products are tested and refined continuously rather than treated as finished once they reach the market. He talks about how a run club turned him from a solo gym guy into someone who found community through running, and how that shift has bled into a deeper look at faith and why he thinks about the body as something designed on purpose. He and Nicky get into training for their upcoming Indianapolis marathons (his goal: a sub-2:50 and a Boston qualifier), the biggest mistake he made as a new runner, and what he actually tells patients who try to self-diagnose shin splints or plantar fasciitis with ChatGPT. He also breaks down why most runners don't need to change their running form at all, and the one piece of advice almost nobody follows even though it matters more than anything else he prescribes.
