Read about her below!TW: Alcohol use, sobrietyAbout Lexi:Hi, Im Lexi Beal—Business Energetics Coach and Sound Healing Facilitator helping high achievers and leaders align their Inner Compass to transcend new levels of growth, fulfillment and success in all areas of their lives.Long before I found myself in the online business space back in 2018, I put in nearly a decade of experience coaching (competitive gymnastics, CrossFit/ CrossFit Gymnastics, Yoga, Sound Therapy) and guiding high performance individuals, leaders and athletes of all kinds too overcome the many fears, challenges, beliefs and pressures that come up when stepping into their fullest capabilities and potential.I know from my own personal experience as a 10 year competitive gymnast, 3 year competitive Olympic weightlifter, and Business Owner what it's like to feel as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders and still somehow find the strength to show up regardless; because after all, achieving true fulfillment in all areas of your life is supposed to be hard. Right? (Hint: it doesn't have to be)Throughout the years, I have been able to bring my unique knowledge, experience and training into one transformational and powerful container which harmonizes the dualities of both the discipline, strength, power and skill within ourselves with the intuitive, creative, nurturing and compassionate parts of ourselves, all of which are needed for any business leader or high achiever to connect more deeply to their inner Champion, lead others and create epic results. I am finally full-time owner of Moving Bravely and while I work behind-the-scenes on rebranding and launching the new look, enjoy this summer series interview with Ellen Barnard of Harmony Hive. Read about her below!TW: Grief, Loss, miscarriage, body acceptance, women's health, women's bodies, women's advocacyAbout Ellen:The evolution of my career and my personal health struggles have created a unique perspective and approach to health. I have been an athlete, struggled with PCOS, spent the typical (for my generation) years on birth control & got off of it when I realized its implications, I've taught myself to track my cycle through FAM, healed many health issues with nutrition and lifestyle changes all leading up to what I thought was my “healthiest” version of me. To then have a devastating miscarriage and be thrown into a world of unknowns and fighting to advocate for my own health. I was already a Doula and childbirth educator years before my own experience with loss and then spent the next year deep diving into what it meant to be truly healthy. To set the foundation to lower inflammation, balance my hormones, nourish & prepare my body for fertility, learn my genetic markers and other root causes for my fertility struggles. What I realized in that year was this was what ALL women should know, this is what we need before we get on birth control or diet!I was sick of not knowing my body, not feeling empowered with the limited information I was given about health and the lack of help I was getting from the MANY providers I saw. I took my health into my own hands in many ways and chose to connect the puzzle pieces of my health journey and find providers to help me HEAL. Not to reach a destination of health but to know my body, know what it felt like to thrive so that when life changes, things shift, I had the foundation to manage my health and the tools to find the root causes of whatever symptoms I was experiencing. I was done with diets, quick fixes and weight loss.I was certified for Nutrition coaching and took all the continuing education courses I could around fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and created the Harmony Hive to help walk women through this foundation! I created what I wish I would have had in that year to help guide me in the simplest and straightforward way possible, not to mention the most time effective way! It was overwhelming to compile the information, research, advocate and hold myself accountable. Now I am leading women all over the country in understanding their bodies, what works for them and helping transform their health and lifestyle to set them up for success.http://yourharmonyhive.comhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/426957078285684https://linktr.ee/elliey_Connect with Lauren:Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/movingbravelyMoving Bravely: A Brave Community - DM / Email me about my membership!Email: lauren@movingbravely.com Support the show (https://buymeacoffee.com/movingbravely)

One of the most frequently asked questions I receive as a structured living and high performance coach for women who consider themselves to be helpers, leaders and service-based professionals is: "what if my day doesn't go according to my plan?"and to that I say, "IT WON'T!"We hold onto the idea that we "should" have control over all the things in life and through my coaching framework of #plantobebrave, you will discover and accept the things you can control and let go of the things you cannot.Connect with me:Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/movingbravelyMoving Bravely: A Brave Community: http://www.movingbravely.comEmail: lauren@movingbravely.com

I recently heard the "crab in the bucket phenomenon" and I am OBSESSED!! I cannot stop talking about it and I have heard so many disturbing examples of women putting their own insecurities and fears on others. We must be able to recognize when this is happening and start to let others go after what they want even if we are afraid/insecure about it! I get a bit heated about this because WOMEN MUST STOP LIVING THEIR LIVES BASED ON THE INSECURITIES OF OTHER PEOPLE!! "I am dyyying to hear from you. Lauren McGlamery talks about her background in mental health social work and how she learned everything needed to intentionally design a day that is productive, effective, and meaningful. She defines the differences between structure and routine and why she prefers structure. Like usual, this is just the beginning of a conversation around how to best design a day that is fit for YOU!"I am dyyying to hear from you. This episode may just be one of the hardest episodes I will ever make and share. I want you to know that you are not alone in your battle. We are bombarded with false information all of the time and we can only challenge so much of it before we believe the masses. You are more than a number / measurement. You are a unique set of character strengths paired with lived-experiences and you deserve to be seen through that lens. As we all do. This is just the beginning of the conversation on this experience and I would love to hear your story and your response. If you are in need of help or someone to speak to, please contact NEDA for support."I am dyyying to hear from you.
