I don't know if you've ever ridden a motorcycle, but I know that I have. Years ago, my motorcycle safety class instructor told the class, “Right before you start the bike, close your eyes, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are about to ride a machine that could kill you if you aren't paying attention.” A stark warning for sure. To this day, I still go through that mental procedure before I hit the start button. Fortunately, every moment of our lives aren't lived in that level of life and death immediacy. However, where we are looking and giving our attention to, is EXACTLY where we are heading. In this episode, I talk about another very important riding principle that would serve you well to adopt in your everyday life. Remember, you ALWAYS get to choose to pursue clarity.Paul. . .pauljdaly.comConnect with Paul J Daly on LinkedInFollow along on InstagramFollow Paul J Daly on TwitterLike Paul J Daly on Facebook

An Expert and Former Addict Answer Your Questions.Since 2018, Joshua has given more interviews about pornography addiction and betrayal trauma than anybody in the world. After speaking openly about pornography addiction, he began receiving messages from wives, girlfriends, and mothers of addicts. As a result, he now speaks about the issue of working through betrayal trauma, especially with the partners of addicts and those who are facing infidelity.Today, Josh is not only recovering from a 24-year pornography addiction; he's also been sober since 2014. In this episode, Jack talks with award-winning financial strategist and champion for Women's Economic Development Audrey Godwin about how she is helping smart and savvy women entrepreneurs and professionals to fund their lifestyle for their lifetime.Making money is one thing, but keeping the money you make takes a completely different skill set. According to Audrey Godwin, it requires you to be intentional and in alignment with who you are rather than just following the latest trends and fads in the financial world.Over her career, she served clients as a trusted adviser and Chief Financial Officer. Audrey believes that financial mastery is not an all-or-nothing choice but behaviors that are informed by who we are being and becoming.Rather than selling financial services, Godwin's focus is on educating women so they can make the best financial decisions for their individual situations. As the founder of Fearless Financial Mastery Academy and creator of the Position 4 Profit (TM) framework, Godwin teaches women leaders to align their finances with the vision, values, and priorities for every season of their lives and business.Listening to this episode, it's easy to understand why Audrey Godwin's clients recognize that her ability to feel deeply yet make decisions with a clear head makes her a valuable partner in helping them become fearless and financially savvy leaders. To learn more about Audrey Godwin and the Fearless Financial Mastery Academy visit https://theaudreycompany.comConnect with Audrey on social media at:https://facebook.com/theaudreygodwinhttps://instagram.com/audreylgodwinhttps://linkedin.com/in/audreylgodwinListen to the full episode - https://influencersradio.com/

Debating whether podcasting is a viable vehicle for your business marketing? In this conversation, we explored the current state of podcasting, how it has evolved in the last couple of years, and where it is going.Gary came from the broadcasting world with 40 years of experience. If you are in this community, you are most likely pursuing something specific in life. There aren't too many lazy, unmotivated folks checking out my content. While I was jam packed into a middle seat in the back of a plane on a four-and-a-half hour flight from Chicago to SanFrancisco a few weeks ago, I had a little moment of clarity that I made the topic of this podcast. Here's the gist, my level of misery in that middle seat was completely shaped by my perspective on the situation. I'll talk about where I landed (pun intended). I also bring in a little help from some other thought leaders who helped shape my thinking on this; John Maxwell, Timothy Keller, and Simon Sinek. In today's episode, we're talking with Jessica Thiefels - a published author, host of Mindset, Reset Radio, CEO of Jessica Thiefels, and co-founder of Don't Ask How. She's been writing for more than 10 years and has been featured in top publications, including Forbes and Entrepreneur. She is republishing her book on Amazon next month – “10 questions that answer life's biggest questions” and she's on a mission to empower women to make their own rules and live with intention, so that they wake up every day excited about the life they get to live. And I am so excited for her to share some of her great words of wisdom with you all today. Memorable Moments:[00:04:15.11] Stop accepting the status quo. The status quo is meant to keep us on a certain track, doing what our parents wanted us to do or what we think we should do. Question the status quo, so we can really start to build that extraordinary life we really see for ourselves. Why do I need to work nine to five? Why do I need to work for someone else? Why can't I create my own business? You can![00:06:56.03] Don't wait until something massive, traumatic, or terrible happens to make an important change in our life when we have the opportunity to do that all the time. Ask yourself that question constantly to make sure that you are living in your values and that you are moving towards what you want. [00:09:34.24] Make your own rules. Surround yourself with people who are thinking these really big things because it reminds us that we can make our own rules. It's so easy to get stifled by people who are triggered by our ambition or too scared to dream big or make their own way. Take risks and be fearless.[00:12:42.08] Live an empowered life and know that in the doing is how you're going to change your life. TW: Allyson briefly speaks on her experience growing up in a home with domestic abuse and how her father murdered someone and fled. There may be more hurdles and obstacles in your path because of your race, geography, gender, etc. but nothing strips us from the ability to be a creator and create the things in life that we desire. That's why this episode from my Top Ten Chats and episode 129 of Becoming Iconic is about why we don't earn money, but we create it! In this episode of Becoming Iconic, Allyson Byrd shares the importance of reimagining everything you have been taught about money in your life and actionable steps you can take right now to shift your mindset to create money and bring abundance into your life. Allyson and I cover some of the following topics: Allyson's story of growing up in a broken home, reconciling a missing part of herself that she didn't know was missing and becoming one of the world's most trusted leadership advisors and sales experts for entrepreneurs and small business owners. How the world can be better at educating themselves and raise their voices to the systemic racism and social injustices that are still happening in America to this day. Shifting your money mindset from working to earn the money you have into divinely creating and attracting it. Breaking the traditions of what you have learned about money and teaching children to have a healthy relationship with money from a young age. Money mindset is built from the very moment we learn about money. It is so important that we are intentional in what we teach our younger generations so they can pass down positivity, openness, consciousness, worthiness and personal power into the future. In this episode, Jack talks with real estate agent Janine Rosario about the special considerations when selling a home due to a divorce or separation.Divorce and selling a home are considered two of the top 10 most stressful events in life. Going through both at the same time can amplify that stress exponentially. For many couples, their home is the greatest asset they have, and the decision to divorce often requires the house to be sold. As emotionally draining as the process may be, it's important to understand that the decisions made can have a lasting impact on your life long after you go your separate ways.Janine knows this first hand because she's been through it herself, and it's one of the reasons she is so passionate about helping others navigate through the process. As a real estate agent serving the Orlando and Central Florida area, Janine works directly with people going through a separation or a divorce by helping them successfully navigate the home selling process—from preparing the home to sell through closing—so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives and find a new dream home for themselves and their family. To learn more about Janine Rosario visit https://www.janinerosariorealestate.comConnect with Janine on social media at:https://facebook.com/janinerosariocbrealtyhttps://instagram.com/janinerosariorealestatehttps://youtube.com/channel/UC-Wx1saEtgEOQ-juTBwboFgListen to the full episode - https://influencersradio.com/janine-rosario

An end goal isn't always going to be what leads one to the path they are meant to be on. Things change. You change. Passions change. Ideas change. Goals change. Life is an adventure, especially when trying to figure out your career path. Instead of putting the pressure on yourself to have a concrete end goal, allow the journey you're on to take you there. By embracing the adventure and sticking to the journey, the right path will find you.Joshua Cluff, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, has an unusual narrative. His narrative wasn't anything like his high school friends who chose to believe that they would fall into their place and ended up miserable in their jobs. His narrative also wasn't to be a doctor or a lawyer, or follow the footsteps of his parents. Joshua instead got really courageous in his journey and took on the adventure. He took five years of time in between high school and college to really have an adventure. Those five years that he took to figure himself out before jumping onto a path, was the best decision he has made in his entire life. By staying true to the adventure, Joshua found himself in something he truly loves, with therapy and psychology, and is now a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Clear View Psychology Services. He works with a team of experienced clinicians to provide progressive, evidence-based assessment and consultation services to adolescents and adults in wilderness therapy programs, residential treatment programs, and in the community, to improve client care and treatment outcomes. On this episode of Success is Subjective, Joshua joins Joanna to share his clumsy and unscripted journey that led him to a life he loves and wouldn't trade the world for. Joshua, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for young adults believes that he would not be where he is if he were to have gone straight to a degree after high school. Listen in for insight how Joshua's glass half full outlook and dedication to the adventure allowed him to find work that he couldn't be more happy with, and be able to bring a wide variety of unique life experiences to his clients seeking to navigate and find balance, and peace in life's journey. What You Will LearnHow college was never a topic growing upWhat led Joshua to join the military straight out of high schoolWhat led Joshua to join wilderness therapy straight out of the militaryHow a clear vision of his passions helped Joshua tremendously in collegeHow 5 years in between high school and college was the best decision Joshua madeJoshua's shift from therapy to psychological assessmentsHow trusting the adventure now still motivates Joshua even in his careerThe importance of keeping strength and digging deep in what you desire to do in lifeConnect with Joshua CluffDr. Joshua J.
