Dr. Julie Hackett is the current superintendent of the Lexington, MA Public Schools. Her career begun in Maine, where she worked her way up from a High School English teacher to a middle school principalship and into the central administration department. In 2007, she and her family moved to Massachusetts, where she ultimately became the superintendent of Taunton, MA Public Schools for the 10 years before her current position as superintendent of the Lexington Public Schools.
