Setting up a property for short stays is not the same as setting up a furnished rental that can be let for longer periods of time. There are a lot of details (and costs!) that you may not have considered. They dispel myths about vacation rentals, and whether or not it's possible to buy an apartment in France as a non-resident and rent it out while you're away.
