So our goal is to help socially educate and engage the world about #Pharmacy by introducing you to ideas, people, and stories to help you maximize your engagement and understanding. My name is Deeb Eid, your host, and I am a pharmacist by trade and the creator and founder of Pharmacy Universe. Over the past few years I’ve developed a greater appreciation for social media and the engagement or educational opportunities it could provide to various audiences. I also started to realize that Pharmacy, in general, has a gap that can be filled in this area. During my first few years, as I traveled across the country and continued to meet others within pharmacy who were working on awesome initiatives, I realized that there was an opportunity to spread the word. Whether it be changes to advance practice, innovative practice models, or discussion on the future of healthcare, these stories needed to be shared. I view Pharmacy Universe as a way to share unique stories, ideas, and people who are working within healthcare and pharmacy. P.S. This Episode is called "The Lost Episode", because at one point I did record and publish and Episode 1, but after some technical failures, the Episode was somehow deleted and lost! So here we are with another attempt! The Podcast broadcasts on Spotify, iTunes, Google, YouTube, and iHeartRadio! Check out our pages below, subscribe, and follow us for updates!
