In this episode, Jessica sits down with Cameron Oaks Rogers: creator of the Freckled Foodie empire, host of Conversations with Cam, mom, and TBMer. Cameron shares how a life-changing accident pushed her to leave her career at JP Morgan, start a food Instagram, and eventually build it into a thriving podcast and community. New Money Making Conversations episodes drop daily. I want to alert you, so you don’t miss out on expert analysis and insider perspectives from my guests who provide tips that can help you uplift the community, improve your financial planning, motivation, or advice on how to be a successful entrepreneur. Keep winning! Two-time Emmy and Three-time NAACP Image Award-winning, television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviewed Dr. Tiffany Bussey Director of the Morehouse Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (MIEC) at Morehouse College. The conversation focuses on entrepreneurship, wealth creation, supplier diversity, workforce development, and emerging opportunities in sustainability-related industries. Dr. Bussey explains how Morehouse helps Black and Brown businesses scale through access to capital, contracts, strategic relationships, and business development programs. The discussion also highlights partnerships with organizations such as Goodwill, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo that help create pathways to employment, business growth, and economic mobility. Purpose of the Interview The interview was designed to: Educate entrepreneurs about resources available through the Morehouse Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. Challenge stereotypes about Black-owned businesses and workforce readiness. Highlight business opportunities in sustainability, renewable energy, EV infrastructure, green construction, and agriculture. Demonstrate the importance of access to contracts and relationships, not just capital. Encourage business ownership as a pathway to wealth creation and closing the racial wealth gap. Key Takeaways 1. Entrepreneurship Can Help Close the Wealth Gap Dr. Bussey emphasizes that entrepreneurship and small business development are powerful tools for creating wealth and addressing racial income inequality. 2. Access to Opportunities Is as Important as Access to Capital While funding is often discussed as the largest obstacle for minority entrepreneurs, access to contracts, customers, and decision-makers is equally important for growth. 3. Morehouse Has a Proven Record of Impact Over the past 20 years, the Morehouse Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center has: Supported more than 400 businesses. Helped create over 850 jobs. Facilitated more than $34 million in new capital access. Helped businesses generate more than $82 million in new revenue. 4. Sustainability Is a Major Economic Opportunity Dr. Bussey encourages entrepreneurs to explore high-growth sectors such as: Renewable energy Electric vehicle infrastructure Green building and construction Sustainable agriculture Environmental technology and services She describes sustainability as one of the most significant emerging economic sectors globally. 5. Workforce Development Matters Businesses often struggle not only with financing but also with finding qualified workers. Partnerships with organizations like Goodwill help create a trained workforce pipeline to meet employer demand. 6. Goodwill Offers Career Training One of the most surprising insights from the interview is that Goodwill provides workforce training, certifications, and in some cases stipends for participants seeking new job skills and career pathways. 7. Entrepreneurship Is Not Easy Dr. Bussey cautions listeners against romanticizing entrepreneurship. While ownership can be rewarding, running a business requires long hours, resilience, and a willingness to embrace risk and failure. 8. The Three Cs of Business Growth The foundation of Morehouse's Small Business Executive Program is: Capital Connections Contracts Dr. Bussey argues that sustainable growth requires all three. 9. Relationships Drive Revenue Business success depends on building genuine relationships and understanding customer needs. Companies win contracts when they present solutions to customer problems rather than simply selling products or services. 10. Minority Entrepreneurs Should Pursue Future-Focused Industries Rather than focusing only on traditional business models, entrepreneurs should position themselves in growing industries where demand and opportunities are expanding rapidly. Notable Quotes On Economic Empowerment "We believe that entrepreneurship and small businesses are one of the pathways in closing the racial income inequality gap in this country." On Business Growth "At the end of the day, it's revenue that drives and scales businesses." On Opportunity "What we don't talk about quite as much is access to opportunities." On Program Design "This is not just technical assistance for technical assistance sake. This is not about butts in seats." On Sustainability "We know that global warming is a thing and it does exist, and that there is a huge industry that is being developed." On Entrepreneurship "Entrepreneurship is in our DNA." On Failure "We have to accept that failure is part of the process." On Ownership "Ownership is what we need." On the Three Cs "Capital, connections and contracts." On Selling "People don't buy products and services. They buy solutions." On Customer Value "If you approach a customer and say, this is how I can help you solve your problem, more than likely you will get that business." Bottom Line Dr. Tiffany Bussey's message is clear: business success requires more than funding. It requires access, relationships, contracts, workforce talent, and the willingness to pursue emerging opportunities. Through the work of the Morehouse Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, she is helping entrepreneurs build scalable businesses, create jobs, and generate wealth within underserved communities. The interview serves as both a roadmap and a call to action for aspiring business owners to pursue ownership, innovation, and long-term economic growth. #STRAW #SHMS #BEST Money Making Conversations Master Class with Rushion McDonald is America's premier entrepreneurship, business leadership, financial literacy, and wealth-building podcast featuring successful entrepreneurs, executives, founders, celebrities, and industry experts sharing actionable insights for professional and financial success. What if your next best friend is just a ping away? In this episode, Jessica sits down with Hope and Alyssa, two TBMers who manifested a deep, lifelong friendship after moving to Amsterdam from opposite sides of the world. A heart-led list, a leap of faith, and a shared commitment to their TBM work turned a chance meeting at a playground into a soul-deep bond. They unpack what it really takes to move a friendship from first hello to true intimacy: listening to your pings even when the timing looks wrong, moving through fear of rejection, choosing authenticity over performance, and bringing the same intention to friendship that we bring to dating. If you've ever wondered whether deep, real friendship is still possible in this season of your life, this is your reminder that it absolutely is. The people you're looking for may be looking for you too. And it all starts by trusting yourself enough to show up as exactly who you are. Rather than telling you what to believe, she invites you to consider where this growing reliance on external technology may ultimately lead.Beginning with the online discussion surrounding Stephen Bartlett and his comments about being unable to perform optimally after drinking wine, Suzie examines the wider pressure to measure, monitor and optimise every aspect of human life. She introduces transhumanism and Rudolf Steiner's concept of the Ahrimanic force, exploring whether merging the human body with technology supports the evolution of the soul or pulls humanity further into materialism and disconnection from its spiritual nature. In this episode, you'll learnWhy optimisation culture has become such a prominent part of the wellness industryWhat transhumanism is and how it proposes enhancing the human body through technologyHow Rudolf Steiner described the Ahrimanic force within his anthroposophical teachingsThe difference between developing your internal technology and outsourcing awareness to external devicesFour questions to help you reflect on technology, embodiment and spiritual sovereigntyFollow Wisdom from the Akasha on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, or subscribe on YouTube, so you never miss an episode. In this GCMA Insights episode of Golf Club Talk UK, Leighton Walker is joined by Gareth Morgan, Professional Development Manager at the GCMA, for an in-depth conversation about professional development, career planning and why continuous learning has become essential for today's golf club managers. The discussion begins by reflecting on how opportunities for education within the golf industry have evolved over the past two decades. Gareth shares his own experiences of entering club management at a time when structured development opportunities were limited, before exploring how today's managers have access to a far broader range of qualifications, learning pathways and professional support. A central theme throughout the episode is the importance of taking ownership of your own development. Gareth explains why every manager's career journey is different, how identifying long-term aspirations can help shape meaningful learning opportunities, and why education should be viewed as an ongoing investment rather than something undertaken only when problems arise. Leighton and Gareth discuss the value of creating a personal development pathway, recognising individual learning preferences and combining formal education such as that on offer through GCMA - with informal learning through networking, mentoring, podcasts, webinars and shared experiences. The conversation highlights how continuous development helps managers become more effective leaders while adapting to the changing demands of modern golf club management. The episode also explores the practical challenge of securing support for professional development within clubs. Gareth shares advice on planning education well in advance, incorporating development into annual budgets and helping boards and committees understand the long-term value that investment in people delivers to both individuals and their clubs. A significant part of the discussion focuses on aspiring managers and those beginning their careers within the industry. Gareth explains why future leaders should openly communicate their ambitions, seek guidance from experienced professionals and build strong networks, while encouraging General Managers to actively support and develop the next generation of club leaders. The conversation concludes with practical advice on ensuring learning translates into meaningful action. Gareth outlines his "Three Pledges" approach, encouraging delegates to identify tangible actions immediately after completing a course, helping transform new ideas into lasting improvements within their clubs. Whether you're an experienced General Manager, an aspiring leader or a committee member looking to better support your management team, this episode provides valuable insight into building a culture of continuous learning and investing in the long-term development of both people and golf clubs. We chat about the reality of team dynamics playing the grunt woman or the domestique who protects the leader without ever getting to wear the yellow jersey and how Bridie turned her casual blog posts and a viral 2-million-view open letter into her ultimate pathway straight into the mainstream sports broadcast booth as a leading voice for the Tour de France.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

What if the fastest way out of predatory lending isn't a lecture on budgeting, but $50 saved at a time? That's the model behind Mint to Prosper Foundation, a savings marketplace built for asset-limited households to step away from payday loans and rent-to-own traps and build their first real financial cushion. Host Dr. Laura Scherck Wittcoff sits down with founder and Executive Director Nesha K. Brown, who turned the loss of both her parents and a period of homelessness into a peer-cohort savings program now operating in two states. Guest Nesha K. Brown, Executive Director & Founder, Mint to Prosper Foundation Nesha is a social impact strategist focused on financial empowerment and systems design, specializing in structured savings pathways that help asset-limited households step away from predatory lending and reach long-term stability. Her work is rooted in personal experience: after losing both parents by age 19, she was pushed into homelessness and had to unlearn and relearn everything she knew about money. What began as her own financial "social experiment" grew into a program that has since served over 1,500 people. What is Mint to Prosper Foundation? Mint to Prosper Foundation is a nonprofit savings marketplace that helps unbanked, underbanked, and asset-limited households build their first financial safety net and move away from predatory lending. Its core offerings include: The Community Savings Program, a 12-week hybrid cohort model combining an in-person opening retreat, virtual workshops, one-on-one financial coaching, and an online peer community, culminating in an in-person closing retreat and certificate Purpose, a fintech app currently in production that helps users build micro savings habits and connects them to safer financial pathways, expected in app stores by late 2026 Active programming in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Nesha's hometown) and Tulsa, Oklahoma, with each region running its own opening and closing retreats Key Topics Covered From personal crisis to nonprofit After her father's death at work, Nesha discovered her survivor benefits, meant to be her safety net, had been misused due to his financial illiteracy. Determined to change the trajectory for herself, she began teaching herself financial literacy and sharing what she learned online. Within six months, at age 20, she had earned $55,000 simply talking people through budgeting and credit basics, an accidental start that organically grew into Mint to Prosper Foundation. The pilot program In 2024, Mint to Prosper received a grant from Louisiana State University to run a social experiment with 30 unbanked or asset-limited participants, in partnership with Chase Bank, helping them build a first $500 safety net over ten weeks. The average participant was 34 years old, had never saved more than $800, and had experienced some form of financial trauma, insights that shaped the program's focus on micro habits and behavior change rather than large, intimidating savings goals. The pilot's success, including one participant who leaned on her cushion during a Louisiana hurricane rather than meeting the full $500 goal, evolved into the current 12-week Community Savings Program. The highlighter exercise After her father passed, a financial coach had Nesha print her last bank statements and highlight her spending into needs and wants. Seeing her spending laid out visually was an awakening, showing her that her "wants" had surpassed her needs, and became a simple, repeatable technique she now teaches others: assess your reality, then ask what you're willing to sacrifice to change it. Predatory lending, up close Nesha shares her own early experience taking out a payday loan against a paycheck stub at triple the typical interest rate, and describes how loans marketed as two-week solutions trap borrowers for an average of five months. She and Dr. Laura also discuss rent-to-own furniture schemes, using Nesha's own washing machine and dryer purchase, paid at $30 a week, as an example of how affordable-looking payments can end up costing double the item's value. Nesha notes that the predatory lending industry has been extracting wealth from vulnerable communities since before World War II, an estimated $280 billion industry today. Turning awareness into action Rather than only warning people about the risks of predatory lending, Mint to Prosper reframes the conversation: showing participants what they could have done with the money instead, whether that's a certification, child care access, or another upward-mobility opportunity, so people see themselves as part of the solution rather than victims of the system. An intergenerational cohort Participants range from age 18 to their mid-60s. Nesha shares the story of a participant in her late 50s, a grandmother, who told the group she'd made "careless mistakes" raising her own kids but was determined to get it right for her grandchildren. For Nesha, it was a powerful reminder that it's never too late to reset, regardless of age, and that the work is fundamentally intergenerational. Advice for anyone feeling stuck Nesha's core philosophy: start small. Before you can save $500, you need to know how to save $50. She encourages people to assess where they are honestly, choose a micro starting point, and remember that, as she puts it, "Rome wasn't built in a day," but the bricks still count, no matter how small. What if your wilderness season isn't a sign that God has left you—but proof that He's preparing you? In this powerful return to the Revelations Podcast, Christa Black Singh shares how God has continued to redeem every chapter of her story. From heartbreak and divorce to remarriage, motherhood, and deep spiritual healing, Christa reflects on what it truly means to walk with Jesus through seasons of crushing, restoration, and rest. Together, Reagan and Christa explore difficult but important topics including suffering, biblical discernment, spiritual warfare, the unseen spiritual realm, New Age deception, healing from trauma, and learning to hear God's voice before praying and speaking our own declarations. Christa also shares deeply personal stories about the loss of her daughter Goldie, God's redemption through unimaginable grief, and the profound lessons she learned after leaving New Age practices behind. Christa breaks down the realms of heaven, ancient technology and how understanding the strategies of the enemy can transform our spiritual lives. Whether you're walking through a wilderness season, wrestling with spiritual questions, or longing for deeper intimacy with Christ, this conversation will encourage you to trust God's goodness, embrace His refining work, and remember that His redemption is always greater than your pain. Key Takeaways God often uses wilderness seasons to prepare us for greater purpose. True success is becoming more like Christ—not gaining influence or recognition. God can bring healing from trauma and understanding the connection between spirit, soul, and body. Discernment begins by asking, "Lord, what are You saying?" before speaking. Spiritual warfare is real, but Jesus has complete authority over every power. Healing involves our relationship with God, our emotions, and our willingness to surrender. No failure, trauma, or loss is beyond God's power to redeem. Jesus is the only doorway to the Father, and lasting freedom is found in Him alone. It's Monday, July 27th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Pakistani Supreme Court releases Muslim murderers of Christian couple The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered the release of the final three men on death row in the 2014 murder case of a Christian couple, Shahzad Masih and his pregnant wife, Shama, reports International Christian Concern. With this decision, along with the dismissal of a state appeal against the acquittal of 102 other suspects, no one remains convicted or in prison for the attack.  Here's the back story.  On November 4, 2014, in a village in the Punjab Province, a violent mob attacked Shahzad and Shama after they were accused of desecrating pages of the Quran, Islam's misguided book. The mob severely beat the couple before throwing them into a hot brick kiln, where they both died.  While five men were sentenced to death and nine others received short prison sentences, they all were released back into society. Let's pray the prayer of Amos 5:24. Lord, “let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.” Wildfires in France and Spain have displaced 250,000 people France sent a hulking military cargo plane to dump tons of flame retardants as it battled raging wildfires on Saturday and slashed the final stage of the bicycle race, Tour de France, to redeploy security personnel to the blazes that forced tens of thousands of people to flee their homes, reports the Associated Press. The giant A400M transporter swooped in low, its long plume of ochre-colored retardant trailing over drought-hit woodlands on the ground that fought flames that authorities feared could spread toward the wine region city of Bordeaux in southwest France, 310 miles away from Paris. Wildfires in southern Europe last week have now displaced more than 250,000 people. Former Maine lawmaker replaces Graham Platner on Democratic ticket On Saturday, former state lawmaker and logger Troy Jackson secured the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in Maine and will face longtime GOP Senator Susan Collins in November in a race that could decide which party controls the Senate, reports The Associated Press. Jackson replaces Graham Platner, who won the Democratic primary in June, but withdrew from the race earlier this month following an allegation of sexual assault that Platner has denied.  Maine Democrats met Saturday to choose a new Senate nominee to face Collins. Trump's CDC nominee commits to abortion data reporting Former Deputy Surgeon General Dr. Erica Schwartz, President Donald Trump's nominee to head the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, testified last week that it is “absolutely critical” for the CDC to gather reliable abortion data upon which policymakers and health analysts can make decisions, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Nominated in April, Schwartz is currently appearing before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee for her confirmation hearings. Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri raised the matter of abortion data collection and analysis which the CDC had paused in November without explanation. HAWLEY: “The CDC collects data on abortions that are committed in the United States of America through a system called the ‘Abortion Reporting System.' This system is voluntary, and so a number of states, not coincidentally large blue states, do not turn over any data so that it's difficult to get a picture of just how many abortions, and under what circumstances, are committed in this country. We do know the numbers are going up, way up. Since the Dobbs decision -- well over a million abortions last year.  “Would you commit to collect the data on the number and circumstances of abortions, as is provided for in this system, and to work with those states that are currently holding out and not giving it to actually get the data so that we can know we can get a picture of what really is going on here? Will you do that? SCHWARTZ: “Senator, you have my commitment. Abortion surveillance is absolutely a critical component of what the CDC is currently doing. I will look into that.” HAWLEY: “Thank you.” SCHWARTZ: “But I also want to make sure that certain states are not conflating emergency services and hiding abortions in that emergency services case definition. We need to make sure we're pulling out true abortions and making sure that we're really having clear case definitions regarding abortions, so the data is actually accurate.” HAWLEY: “Fantastic!” Christian WNBA star attacked for opposing men in women's sports Sophie Cunningham, an eight-season WNBA veteran, got re-baptized earlier this year to reaffirm her Christian faith as an adult, reports The Christian Post. Appearing on “The Travis Hearn” podcast, she was asked about her faith. HEARN: “What's it like being a believer in Jesus Christ, a follower of Jesus, a woman of God, in the WNBA?” CUNNINGHAM: “For me, to be a believer in the W[NBA] … I think there's a lot more believers than you would actually, because a lot of people don't speak out about it. I am loud, I am confident, and I think being actually a woman of God, it's allowed me to walk into rooms with my shoulders back. I have a different type of swag and confidence about me because I know God has me.” Cunningham made headlines in 2022 when she approvingly retweeted an X post by CBS host Josh Prate opposing trans-identified male swimmer Will Thomas, who pretends to be a woman named “Lia,” being allowed on the women's team. As a result, the Left spewed hateful remarks about her on social media.  Indeed, 2 Timothy 3:12 says, “All those who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” During an interview with ESPN last week, Cunningham asserted that she does not hate transgender-identifying people, but believes in standing up for young girls in their private spaces. CUNNINGHAM: “I think it's really important to protect children, and that's little girls who are also involved in that category. And so, I do have beliefs. I have morals, and I'll always stand on those and be true to who I am. And when it comes just to protecting young girls in sport and women in sport, I feel very strongly about that.” On July 23rd, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt expressed the Trump administration's solidarity with Sophie Cunningham. LEAVITT: “This is something the President feels strongly about as well, and the American people do too. Men should not be playing in women's sports. It's completely ludicrous that anyone could support that.  “It's even more ludicrous that you do have Sophia Cunningham, a female athlete herself, very accomplished in her own right, coming forth and speaking that truth that men shouldn't play in women's sports. We want to protect women and girls. “The backlash she is receiving from Democrats is astonishing. They are clearly very out of touch with the American public on this issue, which is an 80/20 issue. It's common sense. It's rooted in basic biological fact that men should not be competing against women on playing fields across the country.” And ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith affirmed Cunningham's insistence that men, pretending to be women, should not compete against biological women. SMITH: “I can't applaud her enough. This notion that you're hating on the ‘trans community' because you are not a proponent of them participating in female sports is utterly ridiculous. Sophie Cunningham said every word right on the money. There's no hate involved. There's only love we're talking about.  “But what happened to loving girls who are born biologically as girls. What about their rights? What about fairness associated to them?  Smith cited the story of Will Thomas, the male swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania, who is now pretending to be female as a good case in point revealing how demonstrably unfair it was to let him compete against biological women like Riley Gaines. SMITH: “'Lia Thomas.' I'm gonna keep bringing that name up: 400+ in the world competing as a male, transitions to female and he was number one. If we're gonna act like transitioning from male to female doesn't involve an advantage for that trans athlete, I have nothing to say to you. You're not exercising common sense.” Pastor Robert Jeffress' ministry surpasses 1 million YouTube subscribers Pastor Robert Jeffress' Pathway to Victory YouTube channel has surpassed 1 million subscribers, reports the Christian Post. Jeffress, who leads the 16,000-strong congregation at First Baptist Dallas, said the YouTube channel's launch was "an amazing opportunity to share the Gospel through our Bible-teaching ministry. We're grateful for the response.”  Amazingly, the church only launched the channel in 2024. Pathway to Victory was launched in 1996 and serves as the broadcast ministry for First Baptist Dallas and airs on 900 radio stations across the United States. Pastor Jeffress said, "Our mission has always been to pierce the darkness with the light of God's Word, and this [1 million subscriber milestone] is a testament to the power of the Gospel to transform lives." Worldview listener in North Carolina: Your news gives me hope! Karen Heyda in Hillsborough, North Carolina wrote me and said, “Mr. McManus, I was just listening to an episode of your tremendously uplifting, edifying and encouraging newscast. I am deeply grateful to you for giving us the world news from a Biblical perspective.  “That Biblical perspective gives me hope. Why? Because world news is typically BAD NEWS. It's often frightening and depressing. Yet when world news is presented from a Christian perspective, there is hope because Christ, our Redeemer, reigns and we are able to pray to Him and trust in Him Who makes all things new. “Reminding us of this truth encourages us to listen to your news program and to get on our knees and unite ourselves in prayer with and for those we've just heard about who need our prayers. Thank you for waking me up to a deeper and better way of responding to the world news today and every day.” 17 Worldview listeners gave $6,320.25 And finally, by Saturday night at 7:00pm Central, 17 Worldview listeners stepped up to the plate and invested their treasure to fund the six-member team behind The Worldview for another year. Our thanks to the McVeda Family kiddos in Great Falls, Montana who raised another $42.25 on Friday selling chocolate chip cookies and glasses of tea.  This is their third donation. One lady bought 10 cookies for $20, a glass of tea for $5, and then donated an extra $10.  Their initial two gifts, which totaled $347, have inspired a growing number of Worldview listeners to donate $347 or make a monthly pledge of $28.92 for a year totaling $347. And that was exactly what 10-year-old Anna McVeda had prayed – that God would somehow use their fundraiser to excite others to contribute. I am so touched by the McVeda kiddos. By the way, Fred and Cathy in Cascade, Montana, the grandparents of the McVeda Family kids, were so inspired by what their grandkids are doing that they contributed $347 themselves last Thursday.  McManus is crying again! We appreciate the donations of Edward in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, Canada who gave $50, Logan and Quinn in Manzini, Eswatini, Africa $120, and Eli who is also from Eswatini, Africa and pledged $10/month for 12 months for a gift of $120. We're grateful to God for Marty in Roseburg, Oregon and an anonymous donor in Phoenix, Arizona – both of whom gave $200, Jason in Seffner, Florida who plans to continue his $25/month pledge for a gift of $300, and Bradley in Damascus, Oregon who gave $300. We were touched by the generosity of the McVeda Family-inspired donations of Frederick in Kennesaw, Georgia who pledged $28.92/month for 12 months for a gift of $347 as well as Rick in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Charlene in Wallkill, New York, and Keith in Watrous, Saskatchewan, Canada – each of whom gave $347. And we were touched by the sacrifice of Sam in Fellsmere, Florida, Brian in Dassel, Minnesota, and William in Lee's Summit, Missouri – each of whom gave $500. Plus, as I mentioned on Friday, an anonymous donor in Naples, Florida has just matched those first three gifts of $500 with another $1,500.   So, if you are one of the next 9 Worldview listeners to give a one-time gift of $500, the man in Naples, Florida will match your gifts as well. And we are appreciative of Andrew in Calgary, Alberta, Canada who pledged $50/month for 12 months for a gift of $600. Those 17 gifts add up to $6,320.25. Ready for our new grand total? Drum roll please. (drum roll sound effect) $62,383 (sound effect of people cheering) We need to raise $61,117 by midnight on Friday, July 31! That means in order to hit our final goal of $123,500 by this Friday, July 31st, God needs to prompt folks to give an astounding $61,117 in order for the 6-member Worldview newscast team to be fully funded for another year. At this newscast, we champion the truth and use the Bible as our plumbline. So, if you have been waiting until the last minute, this … is … it!  We could really use your help.  The finish line is this Friday! Would you consider being one of 25 people to pledge $100/month for 12 months for a gift of $1,200, one of 26 people to pledge $50/month for 12 months for a gift of $600, or one of 52 people to pledge $25/month for 12 months for a gift of $300? Just go to TheWorldview.com, click on Give, select the dollar amount, and make sure to click on the “recurring” button if that's your wish.   And remember, if you want to continue your monthly pledge to The Worldview that you started in a previous year, please let me know so we can count your generous ongoing gift toward our total. What does God want you to give? Go to TheWorldview.com and click on Give. Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, July 27th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Today we're diving into dysgraphia—what it is, how it's different from general handwriting struggles, and why so many kids go unsupported for far too long. My guest is Kelli Fetter, a certified handwriting specialist and occupational therapist, and the founder of Handwriting Solutions. Kelli breaks down the neurological underpinnings of dysgraphia, how it can show up differently from child to child, and why early recognition is so important. We talk about the role of assessment, how to distinguish dysgraphia from more general handwriting difficulties, and what meaningful support can look like at home and in school. This is a practical, eye-opening conversation for anyone trying to better understand—and advocate for—a child struggling with writing. About Kelli Fetter  Kelli Fetter, MS, OTR/L is a Certified Handwriting Specialist and the founder of Handwriting Solutions, LLC, where she and her team provide world-class handwriting, reading, and spelling tutoring to students virtually across the globe. What if the very thing you've been hiding is the key to unlocking everything you want? In this episode, Lacy and Jessica explore a gentler chapter of manifestation: one rooted in authenticity, self-trust, and coming home to who you truly are. They share updates from the Be Seen Challenge and unpack the subtle ways we hide: people-pleasing, over-explaining, perfectionism, and chasing external validation. True visibility isn't about being louder or more performative — it's about feeling safe enough to own your desires, trust your intuition, and let your authentic self become your strongest signal. Plus, they answer listener questions on confidence, manifestation tests, relationship shadows, finances, and embodying the liberating “f*ck it” energy that comes from truly trusting yourself. Have you ever known deep down that something in your life needed to change, but felt completely terrified to take the leap? This week, Jessica sits down with entrepreneur, content creator, and founder of Boxwood Avenue, Chloe Legras, to explore the transformational journey of trusting yourself enough to take aligned action even when fear and discomfort loom large. Chloe shares how a picture-perfect life on the outside masked a growing sense of misalignment within, and how years of inner work eventually led her to make one of the hardest decisions of her life: leaving a marriage, rebuilding from the ground up, and following a lifelong dream to move to France. Together, they unpack the realities of navigating uncertainty, healing childhood wounds, distinguishing intuition from fear, and learning to trust yourself without having complete certainty. This episode is a powerful reminder that your dreams are often waiting on the other side of the leap you've been afraid to take—and that you already have everything you need within you to begin. This conversation also beautifully mirrors the deeper work of becoming visible, authentic, and magnetic, which is exactly what we're exploring in the Be Seen Challenge.
