What if the moments that completely unravel your life are actually the ones that reveal your purpose? This week, Jessica sits down with Spirit Daughter founder Jill Wintersteen for the untold story behind her spiritual work. Known for her astrology insights, moon rituals, and intuitive teachings, Jill opens up about the chaotic chapter that shaped it all: a federal investigation connected to her partner, life under constant fear, and what it took to rebuild from rock bottom. Through breathwork, meditation, and deep inner healing, Jill shares how nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and forgiveness moved her from survival mode into alignment with her intuition. As she released shame and healed old relationship patterns, she found her purpose, built Spirit Daughter, and manifested the grounded partnership she once thought was impossible. If manifestation feels clear in theory but difficult in practice, this episode explores why tending to your nervous system and working with your protector parts may be the key to finally expanding into the life you want. The ark of the covenant sits at the heart of the tabernacle. And the message it speaks is that an imperfect people need a pathway to a perfect God. And God in His wisdom has provided that pathway. (Matt 5:17-18, Ex 25:1-22, Deut 10:1–5, Heb 10:1, Gal 3:23-27, Jn 14:6, John 1:29, I Cor 6:11, Jn 8:12, Jn 6:35, Jn 14:14, Matt 27:51, Heb 9:11-14, Heb 4:14-16, I Cor 2:2, Acts 17:27)
In this episode, Jennifer Wallace and Elisabeth Kristof are joined in person by Dr. Lovey Bradley, NSI certified practitioner, BrainBased facilitator, and facilitator of the NSI BIPOC Affinity Group. Together they examine how racial stress and systemic oppression live in the body, how they shape nervous system patterns across generations, and what post-traumatic growth actually requires when the environment itself keeps activating survival. Dr. Lovey opens by sharing what brought her to this conversation, including a moment of messaging Elisabeth out of frustration, asking why race still has to be such a defining factor, and what it would take to start breaking those walls down. The answer they keep returning to: it starts with having the conversations. From there the episode moves into the physiology of racial stress, how chronic exposure to discrimination activates the HPA axis, elevates cortisol, suppresses progesterone, and drives the specific health disparities that show up disproportionately in melanated bodies, including fibroids, endometriosis, heart disease, hypertension, and chronic pain. Dr. Lovey names what she sees in the women she works with and connects those physical realities directly to suppressed expression, ancestral stress load, and the specific demands placed on bodies that have never had the systemic safety to soften. Elisabeth grounds the conversation in current research including the work of Resmaa Menakem on embodied racial trauma and Tema Okun's writing on white supremacy culture, which she connects directly to nervous system dysregulation rather than personality or ideology. The episode also traces how cultural conditioning normalizes threat-based behaviors like urgency, perfectionism, and emotional repression as efficiency or success, and what that means for everyone living inside those systems. Dr. Lovey also shares the story of how she accidentally created a healing community for melanated women after a single post went viral in a Facebook group, and what the response revealed about the collective hunger for real, unperformed connection. Topics Covered How racism functions as a chronic threat signal that reshapes the nervous system, not just belief or behavior What the HPA axis, cortisol, and progesterone have to do with racial stress and women's health outcomes How suppressed expression contributes to physical disease in melanated bodies What Resmaa Menakem's framework adds to neuro somatic approaches to racialized trauma Why white supremacy culture traits like urgency and perfectionism map directly onto chronic stress behaviors How the urgency to fix or regulate can itself become a form of bypassing in healing spaces What post-traumatic growth looks like at a collective level, not just an individual one Why witnessing state violence on social media is a genuine nervous system stressor, even for those not directly targeted How Dr. Levy's community for melanated women came to life and what it is building toward Chapter Markers 0:00 - Why This Conversation Had to Happen 01:57 - Welcome: Racial Trauma, the Nervous System, and Post-Traumatic Growth 07:25 - What Racial Stress Looks Like in the Body, for White and Melanated Bodies 10:44 - Post-Traumatic Growth at the Collective Level: What It Actually Requires 15:35 - The Danger of Regulating Out of Activation Before the Cycle Completes 18:09 - The Neuroscience: HPA Axis, Allostatic Load, and Chronic Racial Threat 24:27 - How Racial Stress Shows Up in Hormones, Cycles, and Women's Health 29:25 - Resmaa Menakem, White Supremacy Culture, and the Nervous System 38:42 - Dr. Levy's Community for Melanated Women and What It Is Building 41:35 - Witnessing Violence at Scale: What It Does to All Nervous Systems 49:11 - What This Work Has Made Possible: Dr. Levy on Choosing to Create a Different World 51:59 - Closing Reflection: What Post-Traumatic Growth Requires of Us Collectively Ways to Engage with Neurosomatics: Neurosomatic Intelligence is now enrolling : https://neurosomaticintelligence.com/nsi-certification Join us for a two week trial of neurosomatic practices at rewiretrial.com Free BrainBased neurosomatic workshop for entrepreneurs at rewirecapacity.com Sacred Synapse: an educational YouTube channel founded by Jennifer Wallace that explores nervous system regulation, applied neuroscience, consciousness, and psychedelic preparation and integration through Neurosomatic Intelligence. You can have a loving partner who compliments you, supports you, and chooses you every day—and still feel completely undesired. The surprising truth is that the problem usually isn't your partner's attraction… it's how desire is being interpreted and received in your relationship.Feeling sexually desired is one of the most powerful emotional experiences in a relationship. It boosts confidence, deepens connection, and brings energy into your partnership. But many people in long-term relationships quietly struggle with the opposite feeling: “My partner loves me… but I don't feel wanted.”In this episode of Sex for Couples, certified sex therapist and intimacy coach Heather Shannon explains why feeling desired can be more complicated than it seems. Even when your partner appreciates you and cares deeply about the relationship, subtle psychological patterns can block you from actually feeling their attraction.Heather breaks down three common reasons people stop feeling sexually desired by their partner, and how shifting your perspective can dramatically change how you experience attraction, connection, and intimacy. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeWhy feeling desired is partly an internal experience, not just something your partner createsHow an external locus of control can unintentionally make you feel rejected or unwantedThe subtle ways your partner may already be choosing you and expressing attraction that you might be missingHow old beliefs about worthiness or attractiveness can block you from receiving desireWhy couples often experience “mixed signals” around attraction even when both partners care deeplyHow body image, stress, and life transitions (like parenting or aging) can impact your ability to feel wantedPractical ways to start receiving your partner's desire instead of dismissing itWant Help Improving Your Sex Life?If you're struggling with mismatched libidos, emotional disconnect, or feeling unwanted in your relationship, Heather works with couples and individuals to address the deeper psychological patterns behind intimacy issues.Learn more about her Pathway to Passion coaching program and request a free consultation at:

We've never done an episode quite like this before. We sat down with writer and creative Allie Carr—twice. In October 2025, she was just beginning to emerge from a really difficult chapter. When we spoke again in February 2026, her spark for life was fully back, and the seeds she had planted were unfolding in real time. In the months between, Allie moved through a Saturn return, career pivots, financial uncertainty, and a deep shedding of who she used to be. What looked like falling apart was actually falling into place. This conversation is a reminder that manifestation often has a full arc: the breakdown, the becoming, and the moment it all clicks. If you're in your own hard season right now, this episode is your life raft. Want to see where her journey began? Watch her original episode on our YouTube channel. In this episode of House of Learning: Understanding the Doctrine of the Temple, Meghan Farner and Cory Jensen explore the five modern temple covenants and what they truly require beyond surface-level religious compliance. This lesson reframes temple covenants as a progressive spiritual ladder rather than a checklist — revealing how each covenant builds upon the last and invites deeper levels of personal revelation, sacrifice, embodiment, transformation, and Christ-centered living. The five covenants explored include:✨ The Law of Obedience — learning to follow God through personal revelation ✨ The Law of Sacrifice — offering a broken heart and contrite spirit ✨ The Law of the Gospel — embodying Christlike character and lived discipleship ✨ The Law of Chastity — integrating body, desire, identity, and faithfulness ✨ The Law of Consecration — offering one's life in service to God and othersViewers will learn how these covenants operate as a developmental pathway rather than rigid rules, how personal revelation guides individual spiritual growth, and how covenant living prepares the soul for spiritual maturity and divine partnership with Jesus Christ. This episode also explores how these covenants connect to ancient covenant structures, how they unfold through a lifelong process of sanctification, and how they shape identity, purpose, and spiritual stewardship. If you've ever wondered what the temple covenants truly mean, how to live them authentically, or how they shape real spiritual transformation, this lesson provides deep clarity and practical spiritual insight.

The Bible's book of Daniel tells us that one day, knowledge and innovation will increase exponentially in our world. And it could be surmised that the prophet was looking ahead to our day, but maybe he was looking even further. The technological advances of the 21st century are no secret. In the ancient world, an ocean voyage could take months. Now, a person can have breakfast in New York City and dinner in Paris.Communication is beyond anything our grandparents could have imagined. The number of mobile devices at this moment stands at 7.22 billion, a slightly bigger number than the human population of our planet. There are more than two billion personal computers around the globe. People in Asia can chat in real time with friends in Chicago or anywhere else. Such communication is instant and constant. Consider that as recently as World War II, whole armies could be on the move before the enemy was aware.Travel is easier, too. There's a wonderful story from our friends at Our Daily Bread, in which a teen on a mission trip shared the Gospel with an elderly man in Jamaica. He was disabled but listened intently when she described new life in Jesus and the hope of a new body in heaven. He asked her, “Will you dance with me up there?” He accepted Christ.Romans 1:16 says, “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.” We have almost limitless ways to get a Bible into someone's hand. According to The Bible Society, between 1816 and 1975, 2.5 billion Bibles were printed. Many people, of course, still prefer to hold a book and read the printed word, and that method has been responsible for many millions of conversions over the years. It's exciting to think that now, 100 million Bibles are being printed every year. Technology brings advancement here as well. That remarkable YouVersion Bible App has been installed on 300 million devices around the world.Knowledge is increasing drastically. We have the greatest opportunity in all of history to share the Good News of Jesus with the world. God has given us the means to use technology, prayer, and one-on-one conversations to bring people to Jesus. What will you do with your finite amount of time? It's up to you.Let's pray.Father God, your provision for us is wonderful. You've made it possible for each believer to share their faith with close friends and family, as well as those around the world. Give us a sense of urgency. In Jesus' name, amen. In this conversation, Wendy pulls back the curtain on the childhood money moments that shaped her financial identity, what it truly means to align your capital with your values, and why she believes democratizing access to capital is the greatest investment any of us can make. Key Topics: How early experiences with divorce, financial instability, and home loss wire your adult relationship with money Why viewing money as a secondary currency—not the goal itself—is the mindset shift that creates lasting financial freedom How to trust your gut when selling an investment and why harvesting gains at the right time beats chasing the next high Navigating inheritance with grief, gratitude, and a clear-eyed vision for what becomes possible Why writing your first angel check is less about expertise and more about learning to jump into the deep end The case for investing in women founders—and why it's one of the highest-return moves you can make financially and for the world How giving with purpose—through leadership gifts, institutions, and intentional capital—creates a legacy that outlives us all Connect with Wendy Ryan online: Website: https://www.learnleadlift.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/wendyryankadabra/ Find more from Syama Bunten: Attend a Salon near you: wealthcatalyst.com/salons Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/syama.co/?hl=en Join Syama's Substack: https://thewealthcatalystwithsyama.substack.com/ Website: https://wealthcatalyst.com Download Syama's Free Resources: https://wealthcatalyst.com/resources Wealth Catalyst Summit: https://wealthcatalyst.com/summits Speaking: https://syamabunten.com Big Delta Capital: www.bigdeltacapital.com
We have all sinned, but some of us have become desensitized to sin and its consequences. The remedy is repentance, a changing of the mind from our way to God's way. We cannot truly change our mind and feel godly sorrow unless we come under the conviction of the Holy Spirit. It is a change that can only come from the inside. What if your core wounds aren't things to conquer, but parts of yourself that just need to be seen, heard, and understood? And what if the reason manifestation feels effortless in your imagination but impossible in action has nothing to do with motivation…and everything to do with your nervous system? This week, Jessica sits down with somatic therapist and parts work expert Sarah Baldwin for a conversation that will completely reframe how you understand manifestation. Together, they explore why your nervous system calls the shots on what you attract, and how the self-protective patterns you developed as a child are quietly keeping you from stepping into your purpose, relationships, visibility, and expansion as an adult. Using Somatic Experiencing & Internal Family Systems (IFS) and spiritual practices, Sarah explains how our minds are made up of different "parts" — inner voices or emotional states, each with their own fears and roles. The parts that learned to protect you in childhood don't disappear; they keep running in the background, quietly shaping what you believe you're allowed to have. Unblocking starts with getting curious about those parts rather than fighting them, and learning to become a loving, attuned parent to your inner child. With nervous system regulation and parts work, you'll move through fear without forcing it, gradually expanding your capacity to hold more goodness. If manifestation feels clear in theory but sticky in practice, this episode will show you why, and guide you in softening the walls that have been keeping you from the life you've been waiting for. In this episode of House of Learning: Understanding the Doctrine of the Temple, Meghan Farner and Cory Jensen explore three major covenant structures found throughout scripture — the Sinai covenant, the Davidic covenant, and the Abrahamic covenant — and how all three operate within what is called the “new and everlasting covenant.”This lesson reveals how God mercifully extends covenant relationships to humanity through multiple structures: collective covenants with nations and communities, intercessory covenants through proxy saviors, and personal covenants with individuals and their posterity. Together, these patterns reveal a divine system designed to bless, gather, protect, and spiritually mature God's children across generations. You'll learn:✨ What the Sinai covenant teaches about collective covenant responsibility✨ How the Davidic covenant reveals intercession, proxy leadership, and spiritual stewardship✨ Why Jesus Christ is the ultimate intercessor and covenant mediator✨ How the Abrahamic covenant demonstrates personal covenant relationship and divine promise✨ Why God honors covenant across time, nations, and generations✨ How covenant structures support spiritual ascension and becoming✨ What the “new and everlasting covenant” truly meansThis episode also explores biblical examples including Moses, David, Hezekiah, Abraham, Joseph Smith, the Book of Mormon covenant tradition, and how covenant structures may continue to unfold in modern spiritual development. If you've ever wondered how covenants operate beyond individual belief, how intercession functions spiritually, or how God organizes collective spiritual growth, this lesson offers deep insight and spiritual coherence.

What if the dream feels “too big” because you haven't built the capacity to hold it yet? What if success isn't missing you—but waiting for you to feel safe enough to receive it? This week, Jessica sits down with actress Karolina Wydra (Pluribus, Sneaky Pete) to talk about the long game of manifestation. From growing up in communist Poland and internalizing scarcity and suppression, to stepping away from acting at 39 to become a mother, Karolina's story is one of surrender, self-trust, and divine timing. It's a true testimony to something central at TBM: what is meant for you will not miss you. After years of inner work, Karolina landed a life-changing role on Pluribus, fulfilling a longtime manifestation of working with Vince Gilligan. Through EMDR, nervous system regulation, Expanders, journaling, and radical honesty with herself, she shares how subconscious reprogramming helped her release the belief that her dreams were “too big” and instead expand her capacity to receive them. If you've ever feared success as much as failure, this conversation is a reminder that manifestation isn't about forcing—it's about becoming safe enough to hold what you've been calling in. In this episode of House of Learning: Understanding the Doctrine of the Temple, Meghan Farner and Cory Jensen explore covenants not as legal contracts or religious checklists, but as sacred relationships of love, union, and spiritual transformation with God.This lesson reframes covenant as an invitation into intimate relationship — the merging of identity, loyalty, and purpose between God and the soul. Drawing from biblical symbolism, ancient covenant patterns, and temple theology, the discussion reveals why covenant is ultimately relational rather than transactional. You'll learn:✨ Why covenant means relationship, not merely agreement ✨ How ancient covenants symbolized the merging of identity and unity of heart ✨ Why pride and spiritual superiority undermine covenant consciousness ✨ The three components of covenant: initiation, obligations, and blessings ✨ How Christ is revealed in scripture as the Bridegroom ✨ The spiritual meaning of sacred marriage symbolism ✨ The Hebrew concept of hesed (covenant love and loving-kindness) ✨ How covenant deepens personal intimacy with GodThis episode also explores how covenant relationships evolve through spiritual growth, how divine mercy supports the learning process, and why God's desire is union rather than compliance. Viewers are invited to reconsider their relationship with Christ as one of devotion, trust, love, and becoming. If you've ever felt that faith has become overly transactional, rigid, or institutional, this lesson offers a healing and expansive vision of covenant as sacred relationship and divine intimacy.
Shifting our relationship with fear is central to the evolution of consciousness. Our suffering arises when our thoughts, feelings and sense of identity are shaped by fear. As we learn to attend to fear with mindfulness and care, we discover the vast tender presence that has room for the waves, and can fully cherish this life. ParentingAces - The Junior Tennis and College Tennis Podcast
Welcome to Season 15 Episode 8 of the ParentingAces Podcast! This week, Lisa is joined by the parents of 2025 Little Mo International Champion Olivia Arage - Lynn and Michael Arange. It's always interesting to hear about a young player's developmental journey through tennis. While Olivia is early in the process, Michael and Lynn have done a great job so far of keeping her love of the game alive while ensuring she is getting the right balance of instruction and competition and a life outside of tennis.Finding the Little Mo series has given the Arage family a great way to help Olivia hone her competitive muscle while learning that tennis is about more than hitting a fuzzy yellow ball across a net. Olivia is making friends from all over the world, learning about other cultures, and developing a working knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world. If you would like information on Little Mo, visit their website at https://mcbtennis.org/. Feeling like the wheels are coming off your life—or the world? The Year of the Fire Horse is here, and the old paradigm is dissolving fast. For some, it feels like rock bottom. For others, a slow unraveling. This week, Lacy and Jessica unpack the collective stripping, ego deaths, and visibility fears rising to the surface—and why this acceleration is actually a portal into your most authentic self. If you've been stuck in perfectionism, burned out by optimization culture, or clear on your purpose but unable to move, this episode unpacks what's happening beneath the surface. Through the lens of TBM tools, human design, Chinese astrology, and nervous system regulation, they explain why hustle, formulas, and “matrix authenticity” won't carry you into the new paradigm—but why a more aligned, authentic approach will. This season isn't about fear. It's about releasing what no longer fits so something truer can emerge. The real question is: are you ready to stop performing and step into your true purpose?
