Dave is off on his honeymoon, so we held a contest where whoever asked would replace him in episode 39, so Marshall Alexander won. He talks to Sean and Chef Andrew about growing up in Michigan a Detroit Tiger game, getting drunk at Fred Meyers during a game of Rabble Rabble Cheeseburger Madison Bumgarner Drinking Game, and what to eat at a Detroit Tiger game. Half of the 2019 MLB season is behind us, so we report on what was and what will be. Plus, we are asking who wants to be in the next episode to replace Dave while he is on his honeymoon. 

Chef Andrew and David Everett Fisher go over the direction the Wiffle Ball Tournament is going. Then we talk about baseball's biggest villain: Ichiro Suzuki and whether he will be a first ballot shoo-in to the Baseball Hall of Fame. This comes from a 14 hour text war that Andrew's baseball team, the Multnomah Expos, had this last weekend. We then pick apart the fan's choices for the 2019 All-Star game and why we believe in the Electoral College.

Chef Andrew is out of town, so Sean and Dave sit down and talk about Oregonians in the MLB draft, our All Star picks, and not watching baseball. Who remembers how to read a box score? Also, our Wiffle Ball Tournament is less than a month away!

It is episode 33 and the boys are excited about their wiffle ball tournament coming up June 29th. They go over the home run hitters and how there are so many home runs now. We even ask ourselves, are there too many home runs? Is it ruining baseball? Is Christian Yellich and Cody Bellinger going to be chasing the Home Run record like Micky Mantle and Roger Maris did in 1961? We continue our in depth reporting on Ichiro selling PEDs to the Seattle Mariners. 

Sean, Dave, and Chef Andrew are back at it after a week of MLB baseball. Sean's Orioles are winning, Chef Andrew's Giants are losing, and Dave's A's are doing both. They go over who is hot and who is not. They rate the big three money makers; Harper, Machado, Trout, and Chris Davis who is now 0 and 48. We love a good fight and breakdown the Reds and Pirates fight We fantasize about baseball being in Portland. What would the team be named? Chef Andrew pretends to be in charge of the stadium food and talks about what he would do. Dave reminisces about Zenner dogs at Portland Beaver games.  We announce our inaugural Rabble Rabble Baseball Podcast Wiffle Ball Tournament and give some more details on that.

Baseball has started (in Tokyo anyhow) and the rest of baseball starts this Thursday! We go over the Seattle Oakland games in Tokyo, Ichiro, both as a player and as a person. Then we say, what's the deal with all those extensions!?! We don't remember seeing this many extensions signed, and what does that mean for baseball.  We finish the podcast with a huge announcement! Oh, hello there. Welcome to the thirtieth episode of Rabble Rabble Cheeseburger where Sean, Andrew, and Dave talk about the time they fell in love with baseball. They go over some of their picks for the 2019 season, and Dave explains Sean’s energy drink choice. Basically we can’t wait for the season to begin!

Sometimes we get so worked up for baseball that as we come out of the doldrums of winter, we get overly excited for spring training. Sean is that person, he has done nothing but watch spring training baseball. He watches each game three times, taking notes, sketching, making collages of what he sees. We talk about the downfall of baseball and America in the post capitalism society. We bring up Manny Machado. Sean tries to bring up the Orioles in a positive way, which was weird. There was also late breaking news. Sean retreats to his room to watch more spring training games wearing diapers while Andrew and Dave go back to their lives. 

Pitchers and Catchers are reporting! Sean pretends he is excited about the Orioles, but we all know that in early March he will be depressed and bummed. Dave and Andrew also go over what they are excited about this season. We go over the past spring training times that we were excited about. Dave admits he didn't care about the strike in 94. We also break the news of where Manny Machado and Bryce Harper signed. Give it a listen to get excited for Spring Training!

Episode 27 is here and we go over the Hall of Fame winners, and we once again learn that Andrew doesn't like designated hitters. This gets us thinking about our dream baseball teams with our favorite players. While Sean is always angry and tells us what he hates, Andrew and Dave try their hand at negativity by going over their pet peeves. We go over possible rule changes which sparks us to think of some new rules for baseball to make it even better.

The boys get to talk to special guest star, Tommy Everidge about his moving up from high school and college into the minor leagues and then finally to the big show. We learn what J.D. Drew thought of Tommy's first at bat, what Derek Jeter is like, and what Big Papi David Ortiz smells like. We get into Tommy's experience coaching, what he thinks of sabermetrics and the shift, and Sean goes fan boy on what Tommy's thoughts on Baltimore Orioles Rule 5 Draft prospect Richie Martin. A lot of great insight on what happens in the players and coaches heads in the great game of baseball. Thanks a lot, Tommy!

Happy New Year! The boys of summer try to get through winter by recalling their days playing in their youth. Dave read a book and talks about it; including some rules Mark Twain came up with in 1887. Sean, Chef Andrew, and Dave make some 2019 predictions. Plus, Rabble Rabble Cheeseburger makes some New Year resolutions and ask you to do the same. Tell us what you want more of, less of, or something different this year!

Philadelphia Phillies. They are a baseball team. Why are there Philadelphia Philly fans? Or is it phans? We bring in Nick Thornton who is from Philadelphia to tell us all about his love for the Phillies. He also tells us where the best Philadelphia Cheesesteak is in Philadelphia. Is Mike Schmidt the best Philly ever? What are the chances of Philadelphia getting Bryce Harper and or Manny Machado? A fan’s view of the Philadelphia Phillies.

Andrew explains arbitration eligibility to Dave while Sean rolled his eyes. They break down a few players that are now available as free agents. The boys discuss the new Portland Diamond Project stadium renderings, and Dave loses his temper on all the people moving to Portland that don’t like baseball. . . really gets mad. Seattle is having a latin fire sale and Sean doesn’t know a thing about the Saint Louis Cardinals.

It’s another night in the Rabble Rabble Cheeseburger offices and we are busy writing screenplays and recording podcasts. We do some readings of a couple of our screenplays of us working as the new Seattle Mariner’s front office. Sean plays the GM, Chef Andrew is the old salty manager who spits a lot, and David Everett Fisher is the clueless scout who is one talent away from being an old washed up has been. Sean, Chef, and Dave go over the awards MLB gives players. Sean is already defeated about his Baltimore Orioles, a great round of Madison Bumgarner drinking game, and we argue about, and I mean yell about Edgar Martinez’s bid to go to the Hall of Fame. We finish this exciting episode discussing Josh Hader and his racist tweets.

We finally breakdown that World Series that just happened. Boston won and Manny Machado lost. We talk about how much the free agents are worth and where they go. Some of our guesses might be right. Dave is antagonistic, Andrew is sensitive, and Sean is bristling with hostility. Pitchers should go 9 innings, Padres are going to make a lot of awful moves, Mariners are imploding, and Nelson Cruz is still going to try and play baseball.  

We are down to two teams and our 20th episode of the greatest baseball podcast ever made. We wrap up the NLCS and the ALCS and all the Gods, Heroes, and Villains. We make our World Series predictions, and Sean finally picks a new team! We also plead with you, the listener, to reach out and tell us what we can do better.

The boys go over to John Rizzo Naimo’s house to watch game 3 of the NLCS. John had just had hip replacement surgery, so what a perfect way to bring the power of baseball fandom to him. Even Andrew, a life long hater of the Dodgers, decided to show up. They talk Brock Holt’s cycle and how he didn’t start the next game, they talk analytics versus gut instinct, and Sean sees fit to bitch about the shift again.

There is a lot to talk about since we last recorded. We talk wild card games, and Dave was upset since the A’s lost on his birthday. Poor Colorado, Cleveland, and Atlanta are already going home while Boston and New York are tied 1-1 and Houston waits to see who they will play. Milwaukee and Los Angeles get ready for the NLCS. We also talk about pitching traditions, Tampa Bay’s chances if they had made the post season, and Sean has a temper tantrum.

The boys convene after two tie-breaker games and talks about them. They also go over notable feats from the 2018 year, who is walking away, and what didn’t happen this year. We talk shit about Max Scherzer and baseball writers. Sean threatens to do massive Rabble Rabble Cheeseburger layoffs while Chef Andrew and I threaten to strike. CEO Sean Power

The Baseball season is in it’s last month and we break down the remaining schedule of the teams with post season dreams. Chef Andrew and Dave talk about their three plays and Sean complains about pitchers logged on their social media accounts during the game. Also Madison Bumgarner’s name gets brought up a lot, so make sure you have a designated driver and someone to make sure you don’t choke on your own puke if you’re playing the Madison Bumgarner drinking game.

Chef Andrew goes through his superstitious pregame warm-ups, which includes a Dutch Rudder. They all go through different beliefs that may or may not change how well a player plays. Sean and Dave welcome Andrew back from his absence and then get right into breaking down the American League. Sean keeps up his defense of stats and all things Yankees. Sean tries to explain the difference between pitchers and throwers. We also hire John Rizzo Naimo as our on field reporter.

Dave and Sean got ditched by Chef Andrew, so John Naimo joins us to break down the National League. We also talk shit about the soccer club, the Portland Timbers. John Naimo says that Joe Buck should be replaced by basketball hall of famer Bill Walton.
