The MLB Trade Deadline has come and gone and the Phillies made some big moves, acquiring Giants infielder Luis Arraez and relief pitcher Brooks Raley and Caleb Kilian. But was it enough to keep up with the Dodgers, Brewers, Cubs and the other top teams in the National League?
