If you've been here for a while, you know the ōNLē Methodology is not about quick fixes or trendy shortcuts. It's about bringing the body back into balance so that you can truly heal from the inside out. And while there are many pieces to that, today we're focusing on just one of them - silver. This episode is a little different. You're about to hear a live recording from a session I recently hosted with our silver manufacturing partner, Doug. We had several guests joining us live and over a thousand questions submitted ahead of time. We condensed those questions down to the most common and important ones so that in this one conversation, you get answers to just about everything you've ever wondered about silver.Silver, for me, was one of the most intimidating parts of our healing journey. When our naturopath first sent me home with a couple of bottles, I had so many fears and questions. That's exactly why I wanted to have this conversation with Doug. This is an honest, transparent look at what silver actually is, how it works in the body, and what makes the silver we use in ōNLē products so different from anything else on the market. My hope is that this episode addresses your fears, answers your biggest questions, and gives you the confidence to use this tool as part of your own healing journey. Because that's what the ōNLē Methodology is about: education first, so you can lead your own healing with confidence. Thanks for listening! Cory Phillips and Craig Sandlin discuss the Cincinnati Reds edging the Pittsburgh Pirates 2-1 at PNC Park, snapping a three-game losing streak. Nick Martinez delivered seven strong innings for the Reds, allowing one run on four hits and two walks while striking out four. Noelvi Marte was the offensive star, doubling three times, driving in one run, and scoring another. His first double in the fourth inning tied the game at 1-1 by driving in Spencer Steer, and his seventh-inning double led to the go-ahead run on TJ Friedl's sacrifice fly. Emilio Pagán secured his 25th save, navigating a leadoff walk in the ninth with a game-ending double play assisted by Elly De La Cruz. The Pirates scored first in the third via Jared Triolo's double and Tommy Pham's sacrifice fly, but their offense managed only four hits, with Spencer Horwitz contributing two. Carmen Mlodzinski took the loss for Pittsburgh in a bullpen game. The Reds moved to 61-57, staying in the NL wild card race, while the Pirates fell to 51-67. The series continued with Zack Littell facing Mike Burrows on Sunday. By the time Roman Anthony is 30 years old, he will have made well over $100 million on MLB contracts alone. This stems from the Boston Red Sox latest extension which the 21-year-old rookie signed for eight years and $130 million. That number could go even higher if he hits certain markers. The earliest Anthony would be able to hit free agency is 2034, when he is 30, so the Red Sox will have their rookie star for the foreseeable future. Jake and Jordan give their thoughts on the deal and what it means for the future of the Red Sox.Andrew Vaughn has stepped into the spotlight in his new home of Milwaukee. The former 3rd overall pick struggled during his time on the White Sox. It got so bad that at the time of his last game with Chicago he had a -1.4 WAR, good for the worst in MLB. Since being traded to the Brewers, not only has his WAR turned around, but he also has an NL leading 1.146 OPS. Jake and Jordan dive into what sparked this turn around, if Vaughn can keep it going and what his career looks like going forward. A major league debut is happening on the diamond this weekend, but this person won't be wearing a glove. Jen Pawol is debuting as MLB's first female umpire in a regular season game. She is scheduled to be behind the plate for the series finale of the Marlins vs. Braves on Sunday, August 10. The guys discuss this historic moment. It's that time of the week. The Good, The Bad & The Uggla!
