Remind is a powerful thing and we can use it to control our outcomes. Use confirmation bias in a positive way instead of the way we most often use it, negatively.
I hear it all the time. I want to lose weight but I don't want to lift weights because I don't want to look bulky. I don't want to lift heavy because I don't want to look like a man. Can't I just do cardio?
TOTD: you must have what it takes and if you don't then develop it. You are worth it. Push through all the bull shit and become great. I believe in you.
