In this episode Roy and Cam talk to Omar Khateeb and Anthony Duerr. The men behind the revolutionary app are hoping to change the game of the recruitment process. Their app JobPixel is a video based hiring app. Employers can post their jobs with a video instead a simple description online. Candidates can then respond via video. This allows the employer to see how the applicant talks, the way they carry themselves, and things you can't normally see by just reading a resume.

In this episode of #SMDMM we talk to Ike Krieger. A man with over 30 years int he sales industry. Ike started off owning one of the largest piano businesses in the state of California. After seeing the electronic keyboard however, he realized that the days of the old school piano were numbered. So Ike made a decision to take all the experience he had in sales and use it to train other people. Ike has now been training for over 30 years and has no reason to stop.
In this episode Roy and Cam talk to Randy Block. A recruiter turned career coach with over 30 years in the business. Randy started out in the Army when he was younger and then used the skills he learned as an Officer to transition into recruiting. He mainly did retainer recruiting will allowed him to really focus in on candidates that would be best for the positions. Now Randy is a career coach but he doesn't tell people what they want to hear, he gives them advice on how to be in the situation they want to be in while holding them accountable for their actions.

Before retiring suddenly, she was the Career Field Manager for Military Training Leaders (The First) and was on on track to becoming a Command Chief. However, things change as we all know, and she made a decision for her family. In this episode we have Retired Sergeant Major Spadaro, Former Command Senior Enlisted Leader of United States Indo-Pacific Command. As he likes to say he was responsible from Hollywood to Bollywood and the Penguins to the Polar Bears. Anthony explains to us how his life's journey took him from New Jersey into the Marine Corps and how his 35 year career has taught him many lessons. He separated from the military this past April and has been adjusting to civilian life. In Episode 2 "It Ain't About the Money, It's About The Power" Roy and Cam sit down with Retired SEAC #3 John Wayne Troxell. John spent just shy of 38 years in the military and held the highest position in the military that an enlisted member can hold. The Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Joint Chief of Staff is an honor and a privilege. It also comes with a lot of knowledge! So Roy and Cam decided to pick some of that knowledge in order to share with you! They talk about why he joined, his time in the SEAC position, the skills he has been able to acquire from all services during his time, and how his transition went to the civilian sector. He talks about the things companies are looking for in their workers, and great ways to stay motivated. He also explains his philosophy to staying strong, PME Hard!
