For the longest time in human history, outer appearances have been worn like a mask or the latest trendy look that may be deemed "youthful". Some people think a fountain of youth exists. As much as we do to look youthful or blend in with the younger generation we should dive deeper into what truly makes us feel youthful. Small hint, it is all in the lifestyle that we live.
Ttv, Film, Social Media, and all of the streaming platforms are constantly changing. With all of these changes that I have noticed. I decided to take an educated guess and share my predictions with you.
Hiya! I just want to say thank you for listening and supporting me. 2023 was ROUGH, but I learned a few KEY things. As always follow me on socials at @fanneoflife

Welcome back, everyone! In this episode, I talk about my desire to become rooted in a church, recent tv shows that I have been enjoying, and enjoying a slow-paced Sunday. In the main topic, I talk about the conversation about having kids. When you turn a certain age it is on your mind heavy. I want kids, but I want to do a few things before I start that chapter. Let me know what you think about this format.
Hello listeners and welcome new listeners. I have been away for a while but baby I AM BACK! In this episode I am talking about where I have been and what I am doing in this season of my life. Lately I have had A LOT of time to think, breathe, live, explore more of my passions and start a fitness journey. I wouldn't consider myself a fitness girlie, just a woman who want to honor my body as much as possible. Tune in and let catch up! In this episode, we recap Rap Sh!t. This recap is filled with spoilers, so if you haven't seen this show you may want to listen after you watched the season. Rap Sh!t in my opinion is a combination of drama and comedy. Shawna and Mia begin to pursue a career in being the next biggest rap duo. Both women are very different in the way they rap and how they present themselves in the world online and in person. Black Business of the week: Savvy Sugarista in Sanford Florida. Hello listeners! In this episode, I share some tips on how to make new friends. As an adult, it can be hard to make new friends because of how awkward it can be. But we must push past the awkwardness or whatever fear we have. I saw a quote a while ago that said "You haven't met all of the people who are going to love you". That quote is so true because you are going to meet a lot of amazing people in your lifetime. Friends who will become family, people who will become lifelong partners, and people who will be there for you in ways you could have never imagined. Interrupting your regularly scheduled Black History Month content to ask... Does anyone else feel like this month is about pandering, selling merchandise, and acting as if everything is okay? When in reality our history is trying to be erased? (FL wicked Governer). In this episode, I TRIED not to make it sound like a rant... Hopefully, this episode makes you think about how this month has been for the past few years. Let's continue the conversation online: Twitter and Instagram: fanneoflife
Lately, I have been forgetting my why. My passion, drive, faith, and the reason why I took this huge leap of faith. After praying, reading old journal entries, and scrolling through my old Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube channel post and videos it all came back to me. In this epsiode, I share some honest truths about myself. Maybe you can relate if not I hope what I share helps you avoid these situations or thoughts. One of my favorite app (Twitter) has reminded me of these things with a recent campaign. Sharing my ideas and gifts is something that I hid for so long. The verse mentioned hiding talents Matthew 25:14-30. Black Business of the week is Hyper Clear https://gethyperskin.com/products/brightening-dark-spot-vitamin-c-serum
