Super Bowl Week in our home town was definitely one for the books. The City's buzz was real as the whole NFL universe descended upon New Orleans for the big game, and the three of us took part in as many super bowl related events as we could - which, even if they weren't large in number, we definitely had a front row seat to the city putting its best foot forward, which has been met with rave reviews by pretty much any national media outlet and reporter covering the game. So, we recap our own perspectives on what was a great week, including getting the chance to meet the real GOAT, especially of our Saints, Andrew Christopher Brees. We also get into Corey taking on the "Quarterback Scramble" drill at the Super Bowl Experience, which he claims brought back old times in the Jesuit High School backfield. But...did he pick up right where he left off or pick himself up off the turf in front of his daughters?? You'll have to listen in to find out. Also, we dive in a little bit into the Super Bowl itself. Did the Eagles 40 point performance get us more behind the idea of Kellen Moore as the expected next Saints HC or was that more of a "total team" stat? TUNE IN! WHO DAT?!
NFL Veteran Geoff Schwartz joins the show to talk about the NFL, recapping Super Bowl LIX, the Chiefs Struggles in that game, and how Mahomes played a part of it, Jalen Hurts and where he stands among other QBs in the NFL, Kellen Moore taking the head coach vacancy in New Orleans, and more!

Super Bowl LIX wasn't the only big NFL news on Sunday, as 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel reportedly requested a trade during his exit meeting with Kyle Shanahan in January. Deebo and his agent also reportedly were granted permission to seek a trade partner to facilitate the deal. Matt Maiocco and Jennifer Lee Chan break down Samuel's time with the team from his All-Pro 2021 season to his dip in production since signing a three-year extension that started with a very public hold-out. Matt and Jennifer discuss what the ramifications of moving on from Deebo are, both contractually and from a roster-construction standpoint. The 2025 49ers wide receivers room no doubt will be different this coming season. Who will they sign? Who will step up? Matt and Jennifer attempt to answer those tough questions on this episode of 49ers Talk.--(1:00) Recapping lopsided Super Bowl LIX outcome(5:00) Deebo has requested a trade before – this request feels different - 49ers willing to deal(9:00) Might be best for the 49ers to move on, Deebo's request takes pressure off 49ers to instigate trade(17:00) Where does the 49ers' WR room stand without Deebo in 2025?(29:00) With NFL Combine coming up, could it be favorable environment to kick-start trade talks, Purdy extension?
