This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit zeteo.comAs one of the co-hosts of the massively popular podcast ‘I've Had It', Jennifer Welch has made a name for herself as a sharp-witted, foul-mouthed, uncomfortable-truth-bomb-dropping political commentator. Whether you've seen social media clips of her ranting about Donald Trump's poorly applied makeup or watched her eviscerate Sen. Cory Booker on AIPAC during their viral interview, Jennifer is shaking up the way liberal media thinks about political punditry. Now, she joins Mehdi on ‘We're Not Kidding' to talk about her political journey and rise to fame. Once an “MSNBC liberal” from the Bible Belt, Mehdi and Jennifer discuss her evolution on issues like corporate influence on the Democratic party and Israel-Palestine. They also get into the recent dump of Epstein files, including Elon Musk's “pathetic” attempt to get an invite to Epstein's island on Christmas, and how Joe Biden and the Democrats once again fumbled the ball. “Merrick Garland had these files for four f*****g years and didn't do anything with it!” Jennifer says. The two also discuss:- How atheism influences Jennifer's politics (and religion influences Mehdi's!).- Why Trump appeals to evangelical Christians.- Scott Jennings, Jesse Watters, and why Republican men are “submissive.”- Whether Epstein was a Mossad spy.- Which national Democrats should be “remodeled” and which should “retire.”Subscribe to Zeteo to support independent and unfiltered journalism: https://zeteo.com/subscribeWatch, listen and subscribe to ‘We're Not Kidding' on Substack: https://zeteo.com/s/were-not-kidding-with-mehdi-and-friendsFind Zeteo:Twitter: https://twitter.com/zeteo_newsInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zeteonewsTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@zeteonewsFind Mehdi:Substack: https://substack.com/@mehdirhasanTwitter: https://twitter.com/@mehdirhasanInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/@mehdirhasanTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mehdirhasanFind Jennifer:‘I've Had It': https://ivehaditpodcast.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mizzwelch/?hl=enCredits:Hosted by: Mehdi HasanGuest Host: Jennifer WelchExecutive Producer: Kiran AlviSenior Producer and Editor: Frank CappelloMusic: Andy ClausenDesign: Alicia TatoneMix Engineer: Valentino RiveraTitle Animation: Ehsaan Mesghali

Genetics provide the context most training and nutrition plans are missing. In this episode, I sit down with Justin Harris to explain why starting with genetics removes so much of the guesswork. The body has a built-in hardware that shapes how your body responds to food, training, stress, and supplements long before habits come into play. Once you understand that framework, your decisions stop feeling random. We walk through real examples, including why some people struggle with caffeine, vitamin D, high-fat diets, or recovery even when they are doing the right things. These patterns are not random, and they are rarely about effort. We also cover when genetic testing actually makes sense and why it works best once the basics are already in place. If you want fewer guesses and better decisions around training, nutrition, and long-term health, this episode is for you. ...

As I record this episode, we're just starting off the new year. Many of you have great hopes for the 2026, and many of you may have made New Year's resolutions. Personally, I'm not a fan of them. I prefer to do goal setting, and that's what this episode will be about. No matter what time of year you're listening, I know you'll want to pay attention and do the exercises we discuss. If you're driving, or doing something while you're listening, you can always come back and listen with a pen and paper in hand. Today on the Podcast, it's just me, and I'm going to help you with “Goal to Make a Better You.” I'd love to hear how you are doing with your goals and connect in the new year. I've spent a truly embarrassing amount of money on bad marketing support.Agencies. Contractors. “Experts.” People who promised to scale my work, optimize my ads, automate my infrastructure, and generally turn my business into a smooth, passive-income machine. What happened instead was I flushed over $20k down the toilet on IP that didn't even feel like me.Not because marketing doesn't work — it does. But because most marketing agencies are built on outdated strategies, soulless aesthetics, and zero understanding of the people they're supposedly helping. And frankly? A lot of them are wildly out of touch with the current market and the politics of the people they serve. (Not all of them—I should say I have worked with some great people…I just had the sneaking suspicion I could do it better if I built the team myself…)So today's episode of Left Standing is a conversation I've been wanting to have publicly for a long time. This Episode Is About Marketing — Plus You Can Hire Me and My Faves To Do It For YouIn this episode, I sit down with three women who have been in my world for years — not just as collaborators, but as friends. They also built my website, my ad campaigns, and did the same for half my clients. We are joining forces. And you can hire us here.Together, we talk honestly about what it's actually like to market an online service business right now — in a landscape shaped by algorithm chaos, AI saturation, burnout, capitalism, and constantly shifting attention. Some Things We Say Out Loud (That Most People Won't)We talk about:* Why so many people are lighting money on fire hiring agencies too early* Why “one-stop shop” marketing agencies don't get radicals the way we do* How DIY tools and AI have made marketing faster but often way worse* Why Ads Manager keeps changing and who that actually benefits* Why solopreneurs are being asked to do the work of full marketing teams (and how unsustainable that is)* Why authenticity isn't a brand trait — it's a survival strategy* And why most marketing advice completely ignores capacity, disability, grief, and real human limitsWhy We Built Something NewThis conversation also marks the launch of something we've been building quietly behind the scenes:Waxing Moon Media

In this chilling episode of 222 Paranormal, we explore one of the most unsettling and emotionally powerful phenomena in modern paranormal research: people who enter comas and experience entire alternate lives—sometimes spanning years or even decades—before waking up in their original bodies. These are not fleeting dreams or disjointed hallucinations. The individuals featured in this episode describe fully realized realities complete with families, careers, emotional bonds, routines, and a continuous sense of time. For some, waking up was not a relief—it was a profound loss. They grieved spouses and children who never existed in this world, yet felt more real than anything waiting for them in the hospital room. We examine four deeply disturbing cases, including a man who lived ten years with a wife and children during a coma, only to wake up minutes later in real time. Another story follows a woman who emerged from her coma with a completely different personality, claiming she had already lived—and completed—another life. Doctors struggled to explain her sudden changes in behavior, emotional detachment, and unexplained knowledge. The episode also explores medical cases in which coma survivors describe experiences that resemble full reincarnations, including living entire lifetimes from birth to death. One of the most haunting stories involves a child who returned from a coma speaking and thinking like an adult, insisting he had already lived a full life and now felt trapped in a body that no longer fit who he was. Throughout the episode, we discuss scientific explanations such as altered consciousness states, closed-loop neural realities, and trauma-induced personality shifts—while also diving into more unsettling paranormal theories. Could these coma lives be glimpses into parallel timelines? Astral travel? Past or future incarnations? Or is consciousness capable of leaving the body entirely when the physical mind shuts down? This episode challenges everything we think we know about identity, time, and reality itself. If consciousness can leave the body and return changed… then where do we really go when we're unconscious? And perhaps the most terrifying question of all: What if this life is someone else's coma? Welcome to the 222 Paranormal Podcast, your gateway to the captivating world of the supernatural. Several months ago, I went through a very difficult time. My ten year old cat, Mittens passed away suddenly due to complications from his diabetes, pancreatitis, and the vet discovering a cancerous tumor in his lungs. I had to make that devastating decision to say goodbye. With that in mind, I decided that it's important to do an episode about this topic as so many people have to deal with this, and many people in our lives do not fully understand why we're grieving so much. I was going to do this episode solo, but I decided to reach out to someone who also knows a lot about this topic. Today on the podcast, Tony Wechsler and Paige Rechtman are going to discuss, “Surviving the Loss of a Pet.” Paige can be reached at her website: https://paigerechtman.com/ Her book can be found at: https://amzn.to/4pRC55MAnd you can email her at: hello@paigerechtman.comAs always, you are invited to join the Strive to Thrive Facebook group for a supportive community.... https://www.facebook.com/groups/strivetothrivepage BTW...If you love this episode, please take a screenshot, share it on your Facebook story and tag me @TonyWechsler And remember to download the eBook, Strive to Thrive at https://tonywcoaching.com/
