I've seen so many "fall-outs" this year!! Specifically Issa and Molly from HBO's "Insecure," which honestly hurt the most! (I'm too emotionally involved in scripted television, I know) So, what do you do when bridges have been burned with a LONG TIME friend?! After time, are you open to repairing? I'd hate to ruin the vibe, but grieving is such a huge part of life that always seems too uncomfortable or I guess rather sad to discuss, let's change that! If you know me, you know how often I like to talk about my Mom's life which inevitably leads into the conversation of her after life, it's a form of grieving for me. In what ways do you grieve the loss of a loved one? Do you avoid conversation around it? It's difficult to determine what could be deemed as, "healthy and unhealthy" forms of grieving but do you have any examples? "Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness.
