A weekly Running podcast with a difference... We lead, you follow... no embarrassment, no leaders, no falling behind... your pace, your level, our session! Each sessions is different, designed to elevate your running regardless of you level, Beginner (BLUE), Intermediate (RED) or advanced (GREEN)! No one enjoys plodding the pavement, the same route every night or staring at the same spot on the treadmill. We are here to take you on a different journey every session. Once you try it there’s no way you’ll go back to the old treadmill. It’s exciting, It’s intense, adventurous, unpredictable, but achievable! It’s far from boring and it’ll push you to reach new limits. We are here to make you fitter and faster and the end goal is always worth it. You’ll increase your endurance and work your way through a variety of intensities. Trainers on, headphones in... standby!
