The Border Patrol
The Border Patrol w/Steven St. John and Nate Bukaty podcast is a highly entertaining show that I thoroughly enjoy. However, there have been some ongoing issues with podcast uploads that have been frustrating for both myself and other listeners. Despite this, I keep coming back to the show because Steven St. John (SSJ) is undeniably the greatest of all time (GOAT).
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the humor and camaraderie between SSJ, Nate Bukaty, and Jake "Pounders". They constantly roast each other in a playful manner, making for genuinely funny moments throughout the show. Additionally, their combined years of experience in Kansas City sports provide great analysis and insights into various eras of local sports teams. This combination of humor and sports knowledge makes The Border Patrol the best show in the city.
However, one major downside to this podcast is the ongoing issue with missing episodes or delayed uploads. Many segments go missing or take a long time to appear on platforms such as the 810 website or podcenter. Despite efforts to fix these issues on my end and reaching out to Jake on Twitter, it seems like there may be a problem on their end that needs addressing. It can be frustrating as a listener who wants to catch up on missed segments or listen to episodes at my own convenience.
In conclusion, The Border Patrol w/Steven St. John and Nate Bukaty podcast is a highly enjoyable show filled with humor, analysis, and great guests. While there are ongoing issues with missing or delayed episode uploads that need attention from the team behind the show, it remains one of my favorite podcasts to listen to regularly. I appreciate their enthusiasm and playfulness towards each other, creating an engaging listening experience.
