Cheers to one year of The G'63 Club & the first guest of the season! In this episode, I'm joined by my roommate Domi, and our raging ADHD takes us on a ride through a series of questions from the Lonely Ghost game "Do You Believe in Ghosts?"—don't worry, it's not as spooky as it sounds! It's just a conversation starter game, and that's exactly what we had. Lots of laughs and plenty of side quests along the way!All Socials @https://linktr.ee/golden.63

[Video on YouTube] This week, my roommate and close friend, Sol Orellana, joins the club to delve into the mix of excitement and nervousness that accompanies graduation and the transition into the real world. It's natural to feel a bit lost in the transition, but there's also a sense of optimism and anticipation for what lies ahead. It's a time to embrace the journey, to take risks, and to trust that with time and patience, the path forward will become clear. It's okay to not have everything figured out!
[Video on YouTube] See people for who they are, not what you want them to be. I learnt this lesson the hard way when I ignored countless red flags and got into a relationship, or lack thereof, because I needed a distraction from the pain during my moms final months. As much as this experience broke my heart this moment changed the trajectory of how I value relationships and made me realize how I deserve to be treated. This is the era of ending "situationships". As always I will see you next Sunday :) Instagram & Tik Tok: TheG63Club

[Video Episode on YouTube] For as long as I can remember I have struggled with my mental health, but I was always against medication. This past year it got to the point where I was in no position to be able to support my mom battling cancer, because I could not even support myself. Finding the right coping mechanisms takes time and is not linear, but finding that balance is truly life changing. This episode is very vulnerable, but I want people that are struggling to know that they are not alone. As always, my email is open for anyone needing to talk @theg63club@gmail.com.

This week, I delve into the significance of accepting and allowing yourself to experience anger and distress in the face of challenging situations. The idea is to convey that there's no pressure to always "see the light at the end of the tunnel" or to quickly "get over it." In my own journey, I've transitioned from the expectation of getting over the loss of my mom to adopting a mindset of getting through each day without her by my side. This shift emphasizes the importance of taking things one day at a time and acknowledging the ongoing process of adapting to a new life without a loved one.
This week, join the club for a conversation with Lara Smith, CEO of Lusomé, as we delve into the keys to work-life balance, the importance of building a supportive community, and empowering women.
