Her podcast reads a list of items usually in numerical, chronological, or alphabetical order that are all part of the same category. Helen suggests stringing a few episodes together if you need a little more time to drift off to dreamland. Six episodes per season, each season is published quarterly. There are also special holiday episodes. We discuss alternatives to traditional sleep time for people not on a set schedule like work at home, flex work schedules, college students and retirees. How napping during the day may help. Good sleeping habits are essential to Mental Health and Helen's podcast may be just the help you need to fall asleep. It's better than sleep aid medicine. We need as much protection that we can get against EMFs as it significantly affects our brain as well as health factors such as sleep, fertility, and several more. This also affects other living beings such as plants and animals. In this episode, Kashif is joined by Juraj Kočar, CEO of Attune Health and Somavedic Technologies. Juraj has a Master's Degree in Computer Science, and is a Biohacking and Health & Wellness Enthusiast. In this week's episode, I had the opportunity to sit down with my dear friend and supporter of women everywhere, Siri Hoffman. Whether body, mind, or spirit Siri is guiding us all to slow down, take a breath, and tap into our awareness and trust. As a mama of 3, Siri is well versed in the struggle of doing it all and has found ways to simply walk the path in a way that aligns for herself, her family, and her clients. Siri Hoffman is a Lover of Life, Seeker of Laughter, Mama, Entrepreneur, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Wellness Enthusiast, and Lifetime Student. She strongly believes we all deserve to be supported and to know how to support ourselves with tools for self-care, mindfulness, intention setting and the ability to manifest our intentions through action and awareness. She believes deeply in the vast capacity of our hearts, that love is stronger than fear, and that we are more powerful and capable than we could ever imagine. Siri believes that through conscious movement, yoga practice, affirmations, self-care, and the practice of simply paying ATTENTION, we can truly impact and empower ourselves to show up as the best version of ourselves every day.If this episode inspired you in some way, take a screenshot of you listening on your device and post it to your Instagram Stories and tag us, @pamgodboiscoaching and @siri.hoffman.In this episode you'll hear:Siri shares the stories that got her to where she is at on her journey, and the understanding that like nature we are beings that align with the seasons' ebb and flow. The struggle is created from over-doing, hustling, and pushing towards big things, and missing out on the stuff that matters. Learning to identify your own signs that Shit is not going so great! How shifting from a doing phase of life to a being phase of life shifts your life, business and relationships. What to do when you are stuck on the hamster wheel and how to get off and embrace joy. Siri talks about the impact of energy exchanges, and how having the right people in your life can help you feel better energetically. She discussed the challenges of running a successful business and parenting 3 children and actually taking care of yourself! We discuss practices to find more joy, decrease stress and embrace the things you want in life. Tonight in #ShredYourBody, guest host once again, Heather Sica-Lenard breaks down the incredible, multi year journey of Karolyn Ward Davis. Karolynn is a 60 year old Methodist Preacher's Daughter from Virginia who now resides in San Diego, CA. She describes herself as a Truth Seeker, Lifelong Learner, Empath, Highly Sensitive Person, Personal Development Junkie, Wellness Enthusiast, and since coming alive again in late 2020, an ER SHREDDER! Also in 2020, she earned the official title of Certified Hypnotherapist/Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. She says she's come a long way on her personal journey of shredding and transforming her own obsolete beliefs of never being enough, needing to please and receive acknowledgement from others, and be sick or perfect to get the love she wants. As have so many, Karolynn grew up relatively sickly and experienced years of childhood sexual abuse (from outside her family), which left her with body image, and self worth issues. Those beliefs followed her into adulthood, shaping many of her relationships, life choices, and experiences. Through her therapeutic training, Karolynn recongnized that in her subconscious mind, as a child, being sickly actually “served” her in a way that programmed her to cling to that as an unconscious part of her identity. She didn't know that genuinely feeling healthy, and feeling good about herself were available options until she moved out west, grew up, took personal responsibility, and discovered the power of food, natural health alternatives, and more recently, the power to rewire her language, beliefs and subconscious mind. After 15 years of transforming and sustaining her physical wellbeing through our partner company's products, she had simply gotten used to it. She felt good (way better than most people she knew), but as she approached 60, still faithfully consuming her shakes and vitamins, cleansing occasionally, and walking almost every day, she began to feel alone and disillusioned in her health journey. Her passion for sharing the tool that had initially been so profoundly exciting to her was waning. Lockdown came. Her husband's work situation shifted and brought him home while their only daughter was away at college. As empty nesters at home together for the first time in 20 years during lockdown, food, nightly television and “Happy Hours” became the “new normal.” ER SHRED came to the rescue while the prayer was barely even on her lips! With shredding as a new tool in her toolbox, Karolynn is finding herself, reigniting her enthusiasm, restoring balance, and taking her wellbeing to a new level. Thanks to this magnetic, authentic, resonant community, she's doing so in great, resonant company! Join Heather and Karolynn tonight at 8:00 pm est.

Jailyn Jenkins believes that each and every learner deserves lifeworthy conversations that promote community and deepen content understanding. Jailyn joined Michelle Morris Jones on the Phenomenal Teaching Podcast to unpack the PEBC Teaching Framework and specific ways in which teachers can promote student discourse that is meaningful, culturally responsive and sustaining, and inclusive of all voices. First and foremost, we must invest in building relationships with students and establishing rituals and routines that promote talk in our classrooms. This involves examining our internal biases and beliefs about who's holding the power and knowledge and who gets to have a voice. Laying the groundwork for rich and lifeworthy discourse begins on day one by engaging students in conversations about their lives and interests as well as content. This creates an expectation that each and every student has something to say that is valuable. When planning for discourse Jailyn considers: Lifeworthy Topics: What matters for students? How can you build a bridge between content standards and life outside of school? Intentional Planning: What do you want students to talk about and how will that build community or understanding? How are you going to scaffold the conversation for student success? Multiple Entry Points: Can everyone contribute something to the conversation in some way? What modes of discourse or languages are students able to use to express their ideas? Open-Ended Questions: Are questions crafted in a way that promotes critical thinking or are they designed to elicit a particular response? In what ways can students explore the “how” and “why” rather than the “what” or “who?” In closing, Jailyn encourages us to double down on lifeworthiness by building authentic relationships with students, expressing creativity that leads to innovation, and putting ourselves in the seats of students. Jailyn Jenkins, "Educator, Advocate, Wellness Enthusiast" teaches science, facilitates professional learning opportunities, and serves as an instructional coach in Aurora Public Schools. Jailyn has a Bachelor's in Education from ASU and a Masters in Education Administration from GCU. She is a Denver native, loves adventure, trampoline parks, and just about anything that brings joy! Follow her on Instagram @Ms.Jenkins.Science The "Phenomenal Teaching Podcast" is brought to you by Public Education & Business Coalition (PEBC) and is intended to elevate the strands of the PEBC Teaching Framework which is illustrated in Wendy Ward Hoffer's book, Phenomenal Teaching. Thank you for joining us this season as we strive to elevate the stories of educators who are making schools and classrooms more phenomenal than ever before by implementing community, planning, workshop, thinking strategies, discourse, and assessment strategies that promote agency, equity, and understanding.

Rewinding to one of my favorite episodes. I recently re-listened to this episode and deeply needed to reminder and thought I'd share with you while we navigate the holiday season and interact with people who we may wish to connect with on a deeper level. This conversation can offer some perspective. Jenny D. Brice is helping us to better understand attachment theory and how we can use it to deepen our connections. Deepening our connections can result in more joy, satisfaction and fulfillment in our relationships. Jenny says in fact that “There's nothing more disheartening than spending time tending to your mind, body and spirit, only to return day after day to a relationship where you feel emotionally unsafe and abandoned, with no tools to communicate your needs effectively. If your relationships are not nourishing you, they're depleting you.” Jenny believes in the power of personal narratives to radically re-shape one's life, relationships and experiences. Her mission is to elevate and encourage the practice of self-realization through awareness, acceptance, compassion, communication and appreciation; with the knowledge that people are genuinely doing the best they can with the mindsets and resources they have. Jenny is a clinically trained Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of Individuals, Couples and Families. She is Core Skills certified and trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Level I trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She is also a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner, a thirteen-year Public Health Professional and passionate Wellness Enthusiast. Her aim is to support clients in vibrating higher in all aspects of their human experience, by helping them improve the quality of the tools within their reach. We cover all things life, showing up, pivoting, with bouts of belly laughs. Siri is a breath of fresh air!A note from Siri:Hi All! I am absolutely THRILLED and immensely grateful to give you all a little window into my life, my heart and my mind, with my very dear friend, soul sister, and GODDESS, Katie Spiller. A bit about me; I am a Lover of Life, Seeker of Laughter, Mama, Entrepreneur, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Wellness Enthusiast, and Lifetime Student. And my life is a SHIT SHOW!! In the best way. A magically wild, amazing, crazy, abundant, challenging, laughter infused CIRCUS. I am married to the love of my Life (even though I want to kill him sometimes), and am a mama of 3 amazingly different and extraordinary young children (even though I want to kill them sometimes). Growing up, people and connection was always my language. And humor was also a big part of that. Laughter has always been my favorite medicine. I have always felt a strong pull to encourage people to connect with their own bodies, their own healing process, and well being journey. To create a level of awareness and attention within our own realities, where we are going and how we can create JOY and EASE in that process. I strongly believe we all deserve to be supported and to know how to support ourselves with tools for self-care, mindfulness, intention setting and the ability to manifest our intentions through action and awareness. I believe in the vast capacity of our hearts, that love is stronger than fear, and that we are more powerful and capable than we could ever imagine. I believe that through conscious movement, yoga practice, affirmations, healthy eating, skincare, selfcare, and the practice of simply paying ATTENTION, we can truly impact and empower ourselves to show up as the best version of ourselves every day. As a lifelong student, being a parent has been my GREATEST teacher. As a woman with drive, passion, career goals, and a major zest for life, the balance of parenting 3 young ones AND moving forward with all my passions and purpose is not always easy. It is a dance, and sometimes, it's a really really bad dance, but a hilarious one. Bad like someone who steps onto the dance floor with no rhythm, trying to do the waltz to some 90's rap tunes. Moments sync up and many don't. But I keep dancing, and laughing, and falling, and dancing again. My hope in this podcast with Katie is to share this human experience that is wild, crazy, hilarious, challenging, joyful and one of the most extraordinary learning experiences possible, if we choose to see it that way. If we KEEP DANCING, even if it's entirely to our own rhythm, regardless of the music playing around us. If we KEEP SHOWING UP and keep participating in the amazing SHIT SHOW that this life is, abundance, love and joy is inevitable. I hope you may see some of your own story, your reality, your own beautiful shit show, in mine.
