This is a personal message. I can't think of any message that is worth listening to or of any consequence that isn't personal and intimate. We often say out God is a personal God, and I will say it again, our God is a personal God who desires truth in the inwards parts of man. Everything we do in the sight of God is always personal and intimate. Take a listen to a very intimate and personal message.

The purpose of God in being sent to the world.

The series "And God Said" has been filled with the incredible workings of God. Today, we got an eye full. That is, we got our eyes singular and focused in the light of God. Of all the scriptures in the bible, the beloved John speaks a powerful truth. He said, "God is light, and in Him is not darkness at all". What a powerful revelation of God. Think this word through. God gives light to produce a revelation (light) to the fullness of who He is. And in turn, we take the light to expose the darkness in this world. We are the children of the light. Or better still, we are the children of the day. Can I encourage you to take a few minutes to hear this message? I will change your view of life and any other issue you might happen to be looking at in the world.

Our series "And God Said" started with an incredible message and altar service. Furthermore, we stopped to investigate the origin of God's Word. Did you know that the bible is written because God moved? That's right. God moved. The bible chronicles His movement, and while He moved, men and women were moved of the Spirit to speak about their experience. What they heard and saw is the origin of the Word of God or what we call the bible. Why is that important to know? Well, for one, God's actions speak louder than words. The bible is written in part because He moved. And because God is does not change, we can rightly expect Him to move again. The series "And God Said" is a sure way to gain the much needed faith to truth His word. He has proved His word by what He has done. How powerful is the knowledge of knowing what He does is a true outcome of His character? Take a moment to listen to this message. It will change your relationship to His word and give new emphasis to the action or movement of God.

This is the message that will change your calling and give brand new focus to Christian living. In the series Inspired, we considered what it means to walk in the Spirit. Paul said for as many as are led of the Spirit, these are the sons of God. Have you been led of Him? Is your life marked by His guidance? Over many years of public ministry, I have had people ask what is it like to be led of the Holy Ghost. Oddly, a believer's life should be marked by His inspiration. We should be walking in His divine guidance. What marks us for fellowship with the Holy Ghost is faith. Faith in Christ gives the Holy Spirit influence over our daily lives. Take a moment to listen to this message and see if your life has the marks of divine inspiration. A message like this one will change your life!

Today was the last stop in the series Weak Things. This message was as personal as it gets. We took some time to look at the betrayal of Judas in respect to God's purpose in the crucifixion of Christ. Could we go a step further and say God used Judas to prepare the way for Jesus to be crucified? Furtherstill, can we confess Jesus chose these disciples to follow Him? It is amazing that every disciple in his own way betrayed the Lord, and ultimately, Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss. Think on this. Jesus chose the very men who would betray and yet He choose them anyway. Now take a moment to thing of all the relationships in your life. Have any of your personal relationships betrayed your trust? Have you been offended? Jesus revealed to us a powerful lesson in relationships and I hope you will take some time to hear this message. It will empower the relationships around you to produce God's will in your life.

In the third message in the series Weak Things, we stopped by to investigate a situation so bad it caused the nation of Israel to cannibalism. Literally, they begin to eat their young. As bad as this situation was, God had already sent a word. He is going to put an end to a severe famine by opening His flood gates. In 2 Kings 7, we read about an abrupt change in a situation. In fact, it would be resolved in less than 24 hours. Oddly in the church, we stopped talking about the Windows of Heaven. It is as though God isn't able. The gate keepers keep telling us God can't change it. Why bother with how it is because nothing will change? Today, I tell you will full assurance of faith that I know He is able and I believe you do too. Take a moment to hear what the Windows of Heaven truly mean. This is a prophetic message for the ages. Be blessed as you watch and hear the Word of God preached.

Did you know God is looking for a place where He can demonstrate His glory and be Himself? It is said God's eyes run to and fro over all the earth to find a place where He can show Himself strong. It stands to reason that we should have seen more of Him. To think that God is running and actively searching for someone to whom he can demonstrate just how incredible He is, we should see His power everyday. Sadly, this is not the case. In order for God's power to be made perfect, it will take more than weakness. The scripture gives us a mighty combination. It is said we must have a perfected heart towards God in order to see His manifested power. Has your heart been made perfect? You might ask, how do I make my heart perfect? Take a few minutes to hear this message. In a clear and concise word, you will hear what it takes to make a heart perfect in the sight of God.

We began a brand new series called Weak Things. Over the next couple of weeks, we are are going to look at people, events, and situations that produced the perfected power of God. Namely, places where weakness was exemplified for the purpose of God's glory to be displayed. Today, we stopped by to investigate the weakness of Paul. Paul had every reason to glory in the flesh. Times when it would have been convenient to be glorified in order to make his case. Instead, Paul became weak for the power of God to be displayed. Take a moment to listen to this message. We answer tough questions like what is the glory of God. What does the word holy mean? How does holiness play upon glory. This presence of God filled His house in the preaching of this message. God will make full proof of this message in the hearing of it! Be blessed!

We finished our series "The Names Of Jesus" with a great finale! We identified the meaning behind the surety of the truth of the vine. He is the true vine! Jesus said He is the true vine by which all believers produce the fruit of the Kingdom of God. How true is this vine? We investigated the first and second miracles of the Lord to show the truth of His claim. Take a moment to listen to today's message and you will see the proof of His divinity as He the Lord of time and space! He is the true vine!

What a marvelous series called the Names of Jesus! At HPC, we are taking the much needed time to investigate His names. Today, we come into a wonderful name. It is the name Jesus self described. He said He was the Resurrection and the Life. Did you know this name is the heart of God towards us? There is no name as sweet as to say He is the Resurrection. And to say, He is the Life. Both of these names embody the eternal nature of God. God has every intention of living with us forever. In fact, the very angels testify of the eternal nature of God and confess He lives for ever and ever. Because He lives forever, He made sure you would too. For that reason, He is called the Resurrection and the Life. Take a moment to hear the marvelous name of Him and be enriched with His marvelous love in this powerful message preached with you in mind.

If you want to know the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, you will have to know the Lamb of God too! What a powerful thought concerning the Lion and Lamb. Today, we stopped to read the 5th chapter in Book of Revelation. What a powerful and unique observation of Apostle Paul who began to weep at the loss of mankind in his unworthiness to open the book of his future and his blessings. The Apostle weep before the throne of God. As he wept, an Elder touched him and told him to weep not for the Lion of the Tribe of Judah was worthy to open the book. When he turned to see the Lion, he saw a lamb that looked like it was slain. What a mighty illustration of just how connected these two titles truly are. Take a moment to listen to today's message. Knowing the names of Jesus will change your life and produce greater faith too.

You have heard of the Son of God. We attribute worship and diety to the Son. Yet, have you heard of the Son of Man? Both titles belong to Him and Him alone. He is both Son of God and Son of Man. Each title is a reflection of His complete and utter dominance over all the enemies of God. Today, we stopped to examine the name Son of Man. It is in this title His victory applies to each of us. He is God in the flesh. He is here as a human being. He is the second Adam. Take a moment to listen to this message. You will be amazed by His supernatural ability and purpose as man

The Names of Jesus "The Good Shepherd". What a powerful service! The names of Jesus are incredible and wonderful for building faith. Can there by anything more beautiful to say when we say the Lord is my Shepherd? Has He been a good Shepherd to you? It is important to note how good He really is. His goodness is expounded by His completed work on the cross. He died so that you might live. His victory is now your victory! And because He was made to be a "sheep" for us, He rose us all into a new life and a new pasture. Take a moment to hear His name expressed by the Good Shepherd and build up your faith in His name.

Our Father is so amazing. Can you believe He wants to have a close and personal relationship with you? Of all the ways God could approach us, He comes close as a Father. Greater still, He sends His Son to be our husband. Think about that expression for a moment. God sent His Son as a Groom. He is called the Bridegroom for a reason. Today, we stopped to see just how intimate God purposes to be with each of us. In fact, we stopped to investigate the 4th Chapter of the Book of St. John to see the intimate conversation Jesus had with the woman at the well. Can I encourage you to take a few minutes to hear this message? It will change the way you hear the Word of God and how you relate to Him.
