What does quiet confidence really look like? In this episode, we're continuing our Confidence in Life series by unpacking the kind of confidence that doesn't need to shout—or even speak—to be felt. We talk about why real confidence isn't about being the loudest in the room, but about being deeply at peace with who you are and where you're going. From learning to trust your own inner voice to letting go of external validation, we'll explore the tools and mindset shifts that create lasting, grounded confidence. Plus, we share practical ways to tune in to yourself, set boundaries without guilt, and embrace the freedom that comes with caring less about what others think. Today we cover:What quiet confidence really means—and how it shows up in everyday lifeHow peace and confidence are more connected than you thinkThe role of meditation in helping you trust your own voiceWhy getting older makes confidence easier (and more fun!)Practical tips for shifting from external validation to inner trust Connect with Whitney & Stephanie: captureyourconfidencepodcast@gmail.comStephanie IG: @_stephanie_hanna_The Other 85: https://theother85.net/Whitney IG: @whitneyabrahamJoin the State of Women Conference on October 9, 2025: https://whitneyabraham.kartra.com/page/stateofwomenconference

Transforming Perspectives |Do you believe God's power correlates to some sort of magnitude of force? Certainly however more so, Scriptures exposit the power of God being evident of the character of believers having been tempered as steel, becoming as pure gold. Many being unlearned pray for more of God's power, believing it as proof of Faith. Apostle Paul, exhorts in the letters written to the Corinthians of the transformative evidence of the power of God being relatable to spiritual maturing of believers becoming strengthened by the Spirit of God to withstand suffering, trials and tribulations. Elijah, the Prophet performed a powerful manifestation over pagan gods, then became fearful for his life and cried out to God who spoke of the efficacy of power as of a still quiet voice. God's wisdom pertaining to power is knowing when and how to respond in every circumstance, learning the power of listening, slow to speak, not easily offended, not easily angered, and being quick to forgive our offenders. Notably, as Jesus withstanding false accusers without speaking a word. Also, as one of the prophets spoke of the visible workings of the power of God, “It is not by power, nor might but by my spirit, says the Lord.” Therefore, everyone can become more than conquerers in every aspect of life through Jesus Christ.Zechariah 4:6 - Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.Read, Pray and Study - Ist Corinthians Chapter 3. Transforming Perspectives | Are you aware of the biblical distinctions of Life? Its purposes today, life as a new creation by faith in Jesus Christ or life after death and the expectation or hope of life in heaven. Scriptures are specific whenever referring to Life, so that everyone will understand God's desires for creating mankind, and the heavens and the earth. In the beginning of life, man was given a charge, meaning a task to take care or obtain dominion over the things on earth. However, God's mercies intervening on man's behalf purposed to reconcile man back to his sovereign will. In doing, God decreed the Way for mankind to obtain a new life, as a new creation by faith in Jesus Christ. The new life is inclusive of the promise of salvation in Jesus Christ. Wherein, a believer enters eternal life, a destination, dwelling under the rule and order of eternal God, not confined to any chronological timing of beginnings or ending. Distinctively, Everlasting Life is a condition as believers being transformed as a new creation, having no ending. Resurrection Life is a state of being whenever a believer has passes (dies) from this life yet remains or sleep until a designated time in the end with which a second death has no power.Pray, Read and Study : 2nd Corinthians Chapter 5; the Gospel According to John Chapter 5, and the Book of Revelation Chapter 20 verse 6.Thank you for subscribing and listening to our Podcast's Episodes! One of the things that moms wrestle with most ispatience. I sure have. There are days when the end of our rope is very short. But the Jesus mom has resources at her disposal to walk with more patience. Have you ever heard the saying: “Don't pray for patience”. Welcome to Divine Savior Church in Doral, FLMessage: A High Call To A Lowly LifeSeries: Shine Like StarsService Host: Pastor Caleb SchmiegePhilippians 2:1-11In this world, it seems that it is important to show everyone who you are, what you have accomplished, what you deserve. Someone has to speak up for you, and it might have to be you! If you aren't watching out for yourself, who is going to? But the greatest possible contradiction to this is the heart and core of the Bible. We must humble ourselves if we are to be exalted. Put the interests of others before ours? But if we do that, then who will take care of us? Who? Jesus will. The very one who showed us what it means to humble Himself for our good. The One who gave us life by doing so. So, let's imitate Him. Let's learn what a truly great life is – it begins with making ourselves lowly.Support the showMoved to give? http://dschurch.link/givedoralFor more info about our church please visit our website: https://divinesaviorchurch.com/dscdor/

Nothing robs us of the joy of being a mom more thanfear. Mom fear runs the gamut of things to be afraid of. It is something that begins a lot of times before we even become a mom. For me, it was a fear of whether I would be able to conceive or not. Once we do conceive, we fear that we will lose the baby. There is fear of the birthing process and if everythingwill be okay. In this opening message of our Gospel Life series in 1 Corinthians, Gareth explores how the gospel is not only what we believe but what transforms every part of our lives. Drawing powerful parallels between Corinth and Stellenbosch, he shows how the church is a gathering of sanctified saints, called by God and sustained by His grace. Even in our messiness, God is faithful—He will keep us guiltless until the end as we trust in Jesus.
