    The past. It's something we all have and, since we're human, we don't always make the best decisions. We're human beings, and as such, we're prone to mistakes and failures. We do things we're not proud of. We act in ways that sometimes hurt or harm other people, sometimes we even do so intentionally. Or maybe we've been the victim of someone else hurting us and we blame ourselves. But what does this do to us over time? How does carrying around our past failures and mistakes hurt us and what can we do about it?
