It'll really help me spread the message to more people, and get guest to come onto the show. MESSAGE FROM THE ME: It's an amazing feeling to be back, and in the swing of things with this platform. I took a much needed break, and was able to asses the things, and direction I want to go with this podcast. I harp on the importance of Mental Health for Athletes, and unfortunately was not taking care of mine. This episode is important to me for many reason but the one that stood out the most was Donta mentioning the importance of "Pressing." In life we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to get the things we want, and try to have control over every little thing. However, we control nothing, and have to be grateful for every opportunity that we get. I'm a strong believer that if you put the work in, and do it organically everything will work itself out exactly how it's suppose to. With that being said, do me a favor today, and take a step back. Stop " pressing" look at how far you've came, and how close you are to getting to where you want to be. This is probably by far my favorite episode to date solely for the fact that this is the meaning of life. I use to watch Xavier back in the day when he was in the early phases of his career, and say to myself "I can't wait to get like this guy!" He was a beast, and still is! Now having the opportunity to interview him, and just talk about our lives and journeys it always comes full circle man. Treat people right, be patient with yourself and your journey, and always believe that you're capable of much more than you think, and watch how things begin to work in your favor!
