But when Tyra's son Jerel gets a new car... the tight street parking becomes even tighter. Everyone takes the situation in stride, except for Tyra's next-door neighbor, Richard Green. He's suddenly full of complaints of Tyra and Jerel encroaching on his space. Most of his claims are either petty or unfounded, yet he becomes increasingly righteous and angry.
