We chat with Kim from Boodworks Northwest Southridge High School is hosting a 100% optional 2 week Virtual Blood Drive from December 20 – January 3. This means you can donate at any location convenient for you, Pop-Up or Donor Center, Oregon or Washington, as long as it's within that time frame. You must provide the code 720B when you arrive to donate and tell them your donation is for Southridge High School. If you do not share this when you donate, your donation will not be logged for your school. Appointments are required, no walk-ins are allowed at this time. Appointments can fill up fast, so it's best to plan ahead and schedule early to ensure you have an appointment in the two week time frame. Face masks are required. Pop-Up Donor Centers are being conducted in accordance with social distancing guidelines. Donating blood is a safe and essential action that is not considered a social event, and is exempt from shutdown orders by the governor. Photo ID with first and last name is required to donate.
