This is Not a Run Club

This week Luke Gledhill joins the podcast again on the eve of the third LA Marathon which the Grand AC community has participated in. This year, most of the participating members are running the half distance in support of the Alzheimers Association, however, 5 Grand AC community members will be running the full.  On this episode, Luke and Riley talk about the LA Marathon last year, Luke updates us on the Saturday run club culture and how to conduct oneself as a new member of the group. Daniel Vogel is joining the pod once again to recap his experience running an Ironman Triathlon successfully. Dan trained for the Ironman for months, it's an interesting process which takes huge discipline and dedication. Luke Gledhill and Riley Arntz guide the discussion, it's one you won't want to miss.

This week is a very special episode, Dee Murthy takes the host seat to interview our primary host, Riley Arntz. Riley owns a CPG consulting firm, focusing primarily on the Amazon marketplace. Over the years, Riley has successfully built and overhauled over 50 e-commerce businesses from household names to small startups. Riley has been attending the run club for over 18 months and he credits the run club for much of the success he has achieved over the past couple of years.

In episode 11 of This is Not a Club, we sit down with Ryan Tierney of Paradise Media, a publishing and production firm focused on travel and tourism. In this episode, we talk about Ryan's early career at a technology company in the bay area and how he decided to pivot into pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship and production.

We talk about his life, career as an entrepreneur, and his quest to achieve something legendary in running.
