One of the best feelings in the world is to enjoy the fruit of one's labour. The mere thought that a thing is the result of your toil and hardwork leaves a ln undiscribeable sense of contentment. Enjoy this piece.
We have all fallen victim to comparing people or being compared to others. It tends to be beneficial only if it is done in a positive light. Comparing ourselves or our loved ones with others only robs us of the joy and fulfilment of living our lives fully. Have you ever been criticised wrongly for being "different"? This one is for you. Enjoy
There is a saying that "Life will humble you". This is because the experiences we encounter, whether good or bad, often remind us of how little control we have over life's events. The journey of life is truly a humbling experience. Enjoy!

At one point, we may have thought or asked ourselves this question:"Who am I?" Are we defined by the sum total of what we are capable of, or a culmination of what others see us to be? I don't have the answer but it's worth giving it a thought.
A child often displays a set of virtues and vices. While the virtues are considered child-like, the vices are seen to be child-ish. Join me as I outline 4 of these child-ish tendencies that must be eliminated on the pathway to maturity. Enjoy

There is a tendency to allow situations delay until it's too late to act. This piece suggests that sooner is better than later.
This is one of my favourite poems! I came across it on Facebook some years ago and I have loved it ever since. It recounts the story of how Jesus and His disciples encountered a raging storm as they crossed lake Galilee to the land of the Gadarenes (Mark 4:35-41). Aside the vivid description of the setting and the occurrences, it draws attention to how easily we get overwhelmed by what we see, forgetting the power of the God we serve. I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I have over the years.
A story of 3 people with different experiences who came to visit their village Sage. Little did they know they shared a commonality. Enjoy!
When unforgiveness festers for too long, it turns to bitterness. And bitterness if unchecked, destroys the soul, spirit and body..... literally. This piece highlights the risks of bitterness and unforgiveness. Enjoy it.

This poem is a reminder to us all that we are a sum of our past encounters and experiences. I am of the firm belief that we do not become who we are overnight. If we can choose our encounters, we must choose them wisely because they will contribute to shaping our future. A special Thanks to Perez Musik for allowing me to use his song titled "The sun will shine again" as background music.
At one point in time or another, we have experienced the loss of a loved one. This poem, Inspired by true events from a personal perspective and stories of others, seeks to capture the shock and confusion that one may go through in enduring that moment of loss. The intention was not to make it an emotional piece as the period of grief is usually filled with a good amount of that. May this poem be a voice for anyone who doesn't have words enough to express how they feel in such a moment of loss. Be Inspired, healing will come! A special thanks to Bart Millard for sharing his story with the world and for the background music (I can only imagine). To all who have shared their stories with me, one way or the other, this is to you. Much Love.
This is an original poem written by me based on inspiration from the song "No Longer Slaves" by Zach Williams. As I watched his ministration at the Harding Prison, I was inspired at the serenity it brought to the inmates. Even though physically they had been denied freedom due to past mistakes, they sang the chorus passionately declaring "I'm no longer a slave to fear. I'm a child of God". This is why the song is used as the background tune, I do not own the rights to it.
