'cause 99% of people are just intimidated by it." - Chris CamilloChris Camillo has been ahead of every major tech wave for decades. While his college classmates sat through semester-long courses, he was reading the textbook in a weekend and moving on to the next challenge. When the internet emerged, he watched in disbelief as people clung to outdated systems instead of embracing the obvious future unfolding before them. Now, as AI transforms everything from how we work to how we think, Chris sees the same pattern playing out again - except this time, the gap between the prepared and the unprepared is widening faster than ever. He's cracked the code on something most people miss: you don't need to become a tech genius to dominate in an AI world. What Chris shares will flip your entire approach to learning and staying relevant. He's found the shortcuts that let you absorb 14 hours of AI research in 60 seconds, discovered the people doing the heavy lifting so you don't have to, and identified why resourcefulness trumps credentials every single time. While 99% of people wait for AI trends to hit mainstream news, Chris reveals how to spot opportunities while they're still emerging. He's watching history repeat itself - the same way mall.com's "experts" completely missed how e-commerce would actually unfold - and this time, he's making sure you're on the right side of the revolution. This isn't about predicting the unpredictable; it's about developing the one skill that keeps you ahead no matter what changes.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter

You're eating clean. You're exercising. You're doing all the “right” things, and yet, the weight isn't shifting.Meanwhile, your husband cuts back on beers and drops a stone. Your friend starts walking more and slips into jeans from her twenties. If you've ever asked yourself, “Why is it so easy for everyone else… and I'm still stuck?”, this episode is for you.In this conversation, I'm sharing what I've learned from years working with women over 40 in my clinic, including:✅ Why comparison hits harder when your own body isn't responding✅ The hormonal and metabolic shifts that change the rules after 40✅ The real reason willpower and motivation aren't the issue✅ How to move through the stuckness and finally see progress, without starving yourself or overtrainingThis isn't your typical weight loss advice. It's a real talk for real women navigating real life.If you're exhausted, frustrated, and quietly wondering if something's wrong with you, this is for you.
This week, we're taking a look at the comparison trap that's louder than ever in 2025. We see everyone's highlight reels—but how do we keep our feet grounded when the pressure to “win” feels constant? Together, we explore tools to protect our peace, embrace our unique journeys, and remind ourselves that true success is personal, not a competition. Let's break free from social media's illusions and build roots that hold strong.

Karen Read's NARCISSIST Playbook: Blame Everyone Else | 12 Examples of Zero Accountability DESCRIPTION: PATHOLOGICAL BLAME-SHIFTING EXPOSED: In this psychological deep-dive, we examine how Karen Read has blamed literally EVERYONE except herself for John O'Keefe's death. From vast conspiracy theories to attacking grieving witnesses, Read displays textbook narcissistic behavior that mental health experts say reveals her guilt. The 12 most shocking examples of Read's blame game: Claiming the ENTIRE Canton Police Department framed her Accusing the Albert family of murder with zero evidence Blaming O'Keefe for "making her" drink and drive Attacking EMTs for "contaminating" the scene Accusing the snow plow driver of "destroying evidence" Claiming her own friends "misremembered" her confessions Blaming the judge for "bias" when rulings don't go her way Attacking the media while hiring a PR firm Accusing prosecutors of "hiding" non-existent evidence Blaming alcohol for her "not remembering" killing O'Keefe Claiming witnesses "conspired" to frame her before the body was found Even blaming the weather for "confusing" the evidence Dr. Patricia Matthews, clinical psychologist specializing in personality disorders, explains how narcissists create elaborate alternate realities where they're perpetual victims. Read's inability to accept ANY responsibility - even for undisputed facts like her drunk driving - reveals someone incapable of admitting guilt. We examine how this blame-shifting strategy has backfired spectacularly with the jury, who've watched Read point fingers at everyone while refusing to testify herself. When you accuse dozens of people of conspiracy but won't answer questions under oath, credibility dies. The victim here is John O'Keefe, but to hear Karen Read tell it, she's the real victim of everyone else's lies. Classic narcissist. Classic guilty behavior. #NarcissistExposed #BlameEveryone #KarenReadGuilt #ZeroAccountability #PathologicalLiar #PersonalityDisorder #VictimMentality #ConspiracyExcuses #RefusingResponsibility #TrueCrimePsychology Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? By encouraging a learning mindset, filtering feedback based on experience, and building intuition through repeated exposure, Guleri outlines a clear path for both founders and investors to succeed, even when others get rejected. ➡️ Show Linkshttps://successstorypodcast.com YouTube: https://youtu.be/Po7Iizv6AA0 Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/tim-guleri-legendary-vc-tech-founder-with-multiple-ipo/id1484783544 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/252iSPH5VnpBfvk6RdzVdi ➡️ Watch the Podcast on YouTubehttps://www.youtube.com/c/scottdclary See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
The 3 Big Questions We're Answering: 1. How can we effectively cope with the challenges of personal safety and well-being while balancing work demands and relationships? 2. What strategies can we implement to redefine success in our lives, especially when facing significant personal obstacles? 3. How does vulnerability in our relationships enhance connection and understanding, and how can we leverage this to foster a supportive environment?

The second part of the podcast devoted to the importance of Process is itself broken down into 2 parts - the practical part of the process that impacts the physical work you do and the prices you have (or don't have) that helps you emotionally and mentally prepare for the work that you need to do. Sales is not an easy job and you can find yourself under pressure from a number of different angles day in day out. Having a process in place or putting some order into your work means that you are able to build up momentum in your work and to create a particular rhythm' to your selling. Having a clear objective within allows you to focus on progressing in a particular way but also gives you more certainty that you are in the right place, the right job with the right opportunities beckoning. Giving yourself the best chance you can is all you can do - how you start your day, your mindset, the structure you out to your work and how you deal with the challenges are all very much within your control. Once you find the right process that works for you.
Episode SummaryIn this episode of The Alcohol Minimalist Podcast, Molly dives into one of the most challenging but common scenarios: staying committed to your goals when everyone else around you is celebrating with alcohol. As summer ramps up—bringing with it weddings, barbecues, vacations, and concerts—the social pressure to drink can feel stronger than ever.Molly explores the neuroscience behind our desire to fit in, how FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) hijacks our behavior, and why choosing intentionality over impulsivity can feel so hard—but is absolutely doable. She shares mindset tools, practical planning strategies, and science-backed techniques to help you enjoy life fully without sacrificing your peace or self-trust.What You'll Learn in This Episode:Why our brains are wired for social belonging—and how that impacts drinking decisionsWhat Solomon Asch's conformity studies reveal about peer pressureHow FOMO combines scarcity and shame (and how to spot it)Ways to shift your thinking from “missing out” to “building something better”Four brain-based tools you can use to feel more confident at social eventsThe power of novelty in rewiring the brain's reward systemHow to ground yourself in the moment and align with your long-term goalsTools & Concepts Discussed:Play the Movie to the End – visualizing the real outcomes of drinking off-planIf–Then Planning – a simple framework to prepare for triggers ahead of timeDistanced Self-Talk – how using your name can help regulate your emotionsGrounding Techniques – practices to stay present and calm in the momentThe Behavior Map – Alcohol Minimalist's foundational tool for changeNovelty as a Catalyst – why small, intentional changes can shift how you feelIdentity-Based Decisions – aligning your choices with who you are becomingReferenced Think Thursday Episode:“The Brain Loves Novelty—Use It to Reinvent Summer” — a short companion episode on how newness boosts engagement, motivation, and brain health.Mentioned Resources:Drink Less Success: More Dry July – Molly's 31-day email program + live coaching Takeaway Quote:“Peace isn't about perfect behavior. It's about aligned behavior. It's about becoming someone who desires alcohol less—even when the world around you doesn't.”If this episode resonated with you, share it with someone you love. And remember: peace is the goal—not perfection.Low risk drinking guidelines from the NIAAA:Healthy men under 65:No more than 4 drinks in one day and no more than 14 drinks per week.Healthy women (all ages) and healthy men 65 and older:No more than 3 drinks in one day and no more than 7 drinks per week. One drink is defined as 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. So remember that a mixed drink or full glass of wine are probably more than one drink.Abstinence from alcoholAbstinence from alcohol is the best choice for people who take medication(s) that interact with alcohol, have health conditions that could be exacerbated by alcohol (e.g. liver disease), are pregnant or may become pregnant or have had a problem with alcohol or another substance in the past.Benefits of “low-risk” drinkingFollowing these guidelines reduces the risk of health problems such as cancer, liver disease, reduced immunity, ulcers, sleep problems, complications of existing conditions, and more. It also reduces the risk of depression, social problems, and difficulties at school or work. ★ Support this podcast ★

Send us a textIn this high-energy episode of The MLO Project, Frazier and Michael "Hot Sauce" McAllister cut through the noise to reveal what actually separates elite loan officers from everyone else grinding it out in the mortgage trenches. They break down the non-negotiable traits that every top producer shares—laser focus, decisive action without second-guessing, and communication skills that turn prospects into clients and clients into raving fans. But here's the kicker: it's not just about what they do, it's about what they don't do.The best LOs have mastered the art of detachment—they stay above the drama, ignore the distractions, and refuse to get pulled into the chaos that derails average performers. They maintain crystal-clear vision on what matters and commit fully to their decisions instead of constantly pivoting.Frazier and Hot Sauce emphasize that time and relationship management aren't just nice-to-haves—they're survival skills. The mortgage game rewards those who can ruthlessly prioritize and build genuine connections, not those who chase every shiny object or new strategy. The bottom line? Success in this industry isn't about having the perfect CRM or the latest lead generation hack. It's about mastering these fundamental principles that most loan officers overlook while they're busy looking for shortcuts.Stop chasing tools. Start building traits.Join our HighLevel Facebook GroupTMP is presented by: Empower LOConnect with us at mloproject@empowerlo.com

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls' Night! I'm so excited. We're officially back for Season 21 of the Girls Night Podcast! Can you believe it? Twenty-one seasons of this show started in my bedroom closet when Carl and I were newlyweds and trying to figure out life, and here we are - still figuring it out together, just in different ways. This season, we're going back to the heart of Girls Night. This show has always been for women in their twenties and thirties who are navigating the biggest decisions of their lives. Maybe you're single and wondering if you'll ever meet your person. Maybe you're newly married and trying to figure out how to blend two lives into one. Maybe you're thinking about having kids but you're not sure about the timing, or the finances, or if you even want to be a mom at all. Maybe you love your job but you're wondering if there's something else out there for you. Maybe you're feeling stuck, or lost, or like everyone else got a playbook that you never received. If any of that is you - you are in exactly the right place. Now, I have to tell you something. This summer, I'm doing something that feels pretty scary to me, but scary in the way where I know, "Oh gosh, this is definitely what I'm supposed to do." I'm going to be doing more solo episodes. Just me, talking to you, like we're having coffee together or texting back and forth. No guests, no interviews – just the conversations I wish we could have if we were sitting across from each other right now. I'm trying to listen and follow where I feel led, and this is where it's taking me. So we'll see where it goes! But I'm excited to go there with you. Before we dive in, I want you to know something: this is a safe space. You don't have to have it all figured out here. You don't need a polished answer to "So what's next for you?" In fact, if your honest answer right now is "I have absolutely no idea," you are in exactly the right place. Today we're talking about something I know so many of you are feeling – that nagging sense that you're falling behind in life. That everyone else figured out the secret playbook while you were... what? Making coffee? Scrolling Instagram? Living your actual life? Here's what I want you to know right up front: You're not falling behind. You're not broken. And there's nothing wrong with you. What you're experiencing? It's not a you problem - it's an us problem. I'll tell you what I mean by that in the episode. Let's dive in! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Do you consider yourself a master negotiator when it comes to finding the "best" deal on a new school backpack, but suddenly get amnesia when it's time to justify buying yourself a coffee that costs more than a dollar? This episode dives deep into why buying that cute top feels like a federal offense, but splurging on your kid's every whim is a walk in the park. It turns out, selfless spending can actually release dopamine, the brain's feel-good chemical, making it easier to be generous with others while self-spending can lead to guilt due to conflicting beliefs. Feeling exhausted from trying to change family members who just don't seem to get it? You're not alone, and this might be draining your energy more than you realize. After experiencing this frustration while living with my mother for several months, I noticed the same pattern emerging in my coaching clients—the belief that if only their loved ones would change, everything would be better. This expectation creates a loop of disappointment that feeds directly into burnout. The hard truth I've learned through neuroscience and personal experience is that people rarely change because someone tells them to. Most humans are motivated by pain or avoiding pain, not by a desire for self-improvement. This explains why your heartfelt conversations about how someone's behavior affects you often fall on deaf ears—they aren't feeling enough discomfort to motivate change on your timeline. The pathway to freedom from this exhausting cycle isn't trying harder to make others understand. Instead, it comes from focusing on how you show up when triggered. When I stopped expecting my mother to change and started examining my own reactions—taking time to process my emotions before responding—something unexpected happened. She noticed. These shifts in my behavior sparked her curiosity in ways my words never could. This approach isn't settling or giving up. It's recognizing that modeling change is far more powerful than demanding it. Children learn by watching, not by being told, and adults aren't so different. By breaking your own patterns and responding with awareness rather than reaction, you create space for others to become curious about their own behavior.Ready to break free from this energy-draining cycle? Saying yes to everything might look generous on the outside but it's often fear, not confidence, calling the shots. In this episode, Corinne Morahan talks about what really drives our constant “yes-es,” and why it leaves so many of us drained, overbooked, and quietly resentful. Are you saying yes because you want to… or because you're afraid of what it means to say no? Corinne shares the moment that changed everything for her: realizing that jumping in too quickly wasn't helping. It was keeping others from stepping up and keeping her stuck in a cycle of overcommitment. From there, she explains what it actually looks like to say yes with intention. Corinne breaks down how to tell the difference between an aligned yes and a knee-jerk one, and how to build a calendar that reflects what matters most. You'll hear her take on pre-deciding your boundaries, creating white space on purpose, and checking in with your future self before you commit. If your week is packed with things you agreed to out of guilt or habit, this episode will help you shift course. Where are you leaving yourself out of the equation, and what would it take to stop? It's almost summer, so let's talk about one of my favorite ways to pursue intentional connection with our kids and friends—having a book club! Reading books together has been one of the most connecting activities for me since I was a little girl and my mom read aloud with me. It has remained that in my life until now, as I have read books with my kids and with my friends. And then what has taken our reading together to the next level is to celebrate the books we've read together by having a book club meeting/celebration—you can call it what you want. These book club celebrations have been a huge part of my kids' childhood. They have loved them! And still do. And the book club I have had with my own friends for 12 years is still going strong and bringing me so much joy!Book clubs are a way to take reading to the next level and make it feel more special. Invite friends! Make fun snacks! Dress up! Or just gather some friends to sit around the picnic table, have some popsicles or iced tea, and talk about the book you read together. No matter how you do it, being intentional about gathering to read a book together and then celebrating it will be a gift in your life. And I am inviting you to try it this summer! Some of the resources mentioned in this episode:My book, Adventuring Together, that has a whole chapter with instructions for a kid or mom book club and book lists. Wild Turkey asked Buffalo Trace for help. Buffalo Trace said, “Sure, we'll use your recipe... but we're gonna do it our way.” Fourteen years later, Wild Turkey tasted the final product and basically said, “Yeah, this ain't it.” What followed is a bourbon hand-me-down saga involving secret barrels, shady brokers, inflated secondary prices, and a bunch of bottles now floating around under a lot of different labels. Was this a rare collectible masterpiece—or just a $3,500 accident? In this episode of The Spill, Matt, Jason, and special guest Kendra dive into the infamous Buff Turkey debacle, tasting the whiskey, unpacking the shady labeling, and debating whether this whole thing was a smart pivot or bourbon dumpster fire.
