Wayne (Georgetown University), and Kasey Pipes (Former Bush speech writer); and panel presentations by Louis Fisher (Library of Congress), Brian Flanagan (Grand Valley State University), Karen Hult (Virginia Tech University), Dale Herspring (Kansas State University), Thomas Keck (Syracuse University), Michael Nelson (Rhodes College), Mark Rozell (George Mason University), Mitch Sollenberger (University of Michigan-Dearborn), Charles Walcott (Virginia Tech University), and Gleaves Whitney (Grand Valley State University).
