He started his entrepreneurial career in the fitness business, running a personal training contracting company, which ran personal training for seven gyms across South GA. He got his start in real estate in 2017 with the purchase of a 30-unit mobile home park. Keith set a goal to acquire 100 units in his first year, and he was able to achieve that goal on the last day of the first year. He now owns five mobile home parks and is expanding his portfolio.
