They also talk about her long career, having her finger on the pulse of a city like in Spike Lee's seminal classic Do the Right Thing, interpreting the past with limited visual information for films like Steven Spielberg's Amistad (which also earned her an Academy Award nomination), how she made the leap from acting to costume design, the significance of her middle initial, and more.

Somehow we’ve made here, to the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – Black Panther. Chadwick Boseman reprises his role as T’Challa / Black Panther from Captain America: Civil War in this solo outing from director Ryan Coogler. The supporting cast is flawless – Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. Following the events of Civil War, and the death of his father, T’Challa returns home to the African nation of Wakanda to take his rightful place as king. When an old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s place as king and Black Panther is tested. Furthermore, the young king’s title is challenged by a long lost member of the royal blood-line. Does it live up to the hype? Or is Black Panther just a bit of filler before Avengers: Infinity War?
