This has been such a fun project! Thank you for listening and supporting us!For Episode 3, we're live from Bearded Owl Brewing in downtown Peoria to talk with Nick Babcock, Founder and Head Brewer there. We really hit it off with Nick, the beers were awesome, and we loved learning more about a place we both love to spend time at.They just celebrated 2 years as a business, so we were grateful to learn more of Nick's personal story, the story of The Bearded Owl, how a home brewing collaboration led to the name of the brewery, why Nick considers his family to be his greatest accomplishment, and some events they have going on each week. And at the end of the episode, Austin brought in the first beer he recently brewed at home and had Nick give his honest feedback. Austin says it was "the best day of his life," so there's that. This was a fun one and we're excited to share it!Links:The Bearded Owl on FacebookThe Bearded Owl on InstagramIf you enjoyed today's episode, be sure to subscribe on whatever platform you prefer so you don't miss a future episode of the podcast.
