Mart Laul on kasvuettevõtte Dashbird ärijuht (COO). Varasemalt on Mart samuti löönud kaasa mitmetes kasvuettevõtetes nagu Stigo ja Bikeep. Lisaks start-up’ndusele on Mart rahvusvahelise robootikavõitluse Robotex üks kunagistest peakorraldajatest. Lisaks kõigele eelnevale tegutseb Mart aktiivselt kinnisvaras, omades isiklikke väikekortereid ja olles vast-alustanud kinnisvarafondi üks eestvedajatest.
