Ich treffe Nik Weis zur Mittagszeit in seinem St.-Urbans-Hof in Leiwen. Also hatte der Winzer den Tisch decken lassen für eine Vesper vor dem Podcast –  und natürlich gab's dazu einen Wein: eine 2020er Spätlese aus dem Ockfener Bockstein an der Saar. Mit lediglich sieben Prozent Alkohol verkörpert dieser Wein eine heute fast vergessene Tradition – den Wein zum Mittagessen, der begleitet, ohne zu beschweren. Unter der Woche sei das für viele nachvollziehbar, bemerkt Weis, doch gerade der Sonntagnachmittag biete doch Raum für solche Weine. Oder wenn der Podcaster kommt, denn selbstverständlich gebe es Momente, in denen Wein einfach dazugehöre.
