What's the meaning of a name?  What happened to you?  We are a sum of our life's experiences, and it's up to us to turn them into positive experiences.  It's not so easy to let go of trauma when it lives inside your soul!  Parents from opposite sides of the track, abuse, and running away from the farm, sometimes life can feel like a cruel joke.  Samantha Hart felt like the blind pony she raised.  She says there are a lot of blind ponies out there.   Today I'm talking to a risk-taker, a farm girl, and an incredible mommy!  She says as hard as it is talking about generational trauma, she's glad she did.  Better Call Daddy: The Safe Space for Controversy. With her partner, Sam built a successful company in the advertising industry, Foundation, with over forty employees and offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. Deborah Lloyd, author of Believe and it is True: A Story of Healing and Life Lessons This book is a personal narrative detailing a transformative healing journey.  Fifty years after polio struck Deborah's little three-year-old body, she was diagnosed with post-polio syndrome, with its overwhelming fatigue and muscle weakening.  But, she did not accept the possibility of losing the use of her legs, again.
