Today I'm joined by Isaac Goldman. Isaac is the National Accounts Manager and Internal Communication and Strategy Specialist at Eclipse Foods. Isaac has been at Eclipse Foods since June 2019, when he was the first full-time employee, and has served in a variety of interesting roles on the sales and operations side. Isaac has been involved in food since the very beginning of his college career at Emory University in Atlanta, and he has great stories on how to break into the industry through hustle and a positive attitude.

Parendi Birdie, co-founder and CEO of Asentia, and early employee of Mission Barns and Eat Just, joins the podcast to share her experiences working in Alt Protein. Asentia is a new startup in the blended meat space. Parendi splits her time between Texas and The Bay Area and has spent her entire career in Alternative Proteins and plant-based meat.
